Brian Fortune was AHHMAZING! He was early to the scheduled appointment time, which never happens with most repair techs. He was friendly, time efficient and provided great customer service, fixing the door hinge on our dryer at no cost. I highly recommend using this company if they have more techs like Brian :)
Requested Service to R&R Garbage Disposal and explained the Drain which the Dishwasher was draining through too was not functioning so explained may need Dishwasher tested and repaired once Disposal was installed, ask for estimate, they told me $64.95. Seemed OK since I was providing the Same Make and Model Disposal presently installed, simple R&R. On their arrival, they said estimate to install would be $89.95 in addition to $64.95 Trip Charge. I objected to this explaining prior agreement, they left without repair and while I was speaking with front office. They then billed me $84.95 for Services Rendered, and stated would accept $64.95 in settlement for TRIP CHARGE. Buyer be ware. (This review is specifically for the 321 Thornton address, but could not locate for review)
Our dishwasher installer (Tabor) was amazing! Our house is put together using odds and ends but he figured out how to make it all work. I cant imagine having someone else do work in our house, definitely call them 👍
My refrigerator broke, they can out quickly after making an appointment and got it fixed the same day. Fair price for the repair.

Not sure why i keep getting to deal with Brand Source. i bought a warranty for my dishwasher from Appliance Factory, and they use Brand Source..Technician showed up on time within 2-hour window and found a couple issues. He started the diswasher on quick cycle and said that he couldnt stay for the 20 minute cycle - even after i mentioned a draining issue. the 2nd issue needs parts. its a spray arm that will be fitted by a twist-to-lock. he charged $213 for part and installation, but will deduct the $65 service call. i originally agreed, but then look at ge-direct online and the parts is $35. i asked brand source why they charge $213? They said they use original GE part and warned me that ge-direct may not carry original GE parts.. but eventually agreed to cancel the order and just charged me $65. Then a few minutes later somebody else called me to say that my dishwasher extended warranty is cancelled, because i plan to install (twist-to-lock) the spray arm myself. Brand Source is a total joke. the next time an appliance store offered you warranty, make sure you ask whos the warranty provider, otherwise the joke is on you!
Im really not usually a complainer- pretty mellow. But I felt the need to shareAfter 4 visits from their technician and 2 months without a washer, they were unable to repair my machine. On the 3rd visit (I even took the morning off work) their technician didnt show up. No phone call- nothing.They call the night before and give a 2 hour window of when theyll come, which makes it a bit of an unknown for us working folks to schedule around. . .After the 4th repair, I was offered a replacement washer. And Kelsi was very respectful to listen to my complaints, validate them and help come up with a solution.So it was a bit of a frustrating experience, but hopefully my experience was anomaly, as it appears from the other comments that some people have had a great experience. .
Originally I posted this at the wrong store. Weve been having a lot of trouble with our Samsung refrigerator, but our technician Jay has been nothing but professional and thorough in his attempts to remedy the issue. Im not happy with the fridge, but Jays persistence in trying to get our issues resolved has been appreciated.
We had an issue with the heating element in our dryer and a squeak. Jay was the tech they sent out and he took care of both issues and gave us some tips on preventing heating element issues in the future. Awesome service and I cannot recommend them or Jay enough!
Most unprofessional service dept that I have ever dealt with!!! Just plain rude.
