Van did a great job fixing my moms Wolf cooktop right before Christmas! It was fast and everything works perfectly now. If I need to fix anything I will definitely call this guy.

I do not think there has ever been a more surprisingly satisfying time when I needed my cook top repaired. I, of course, have the general preference of wanting to be prideful when people walk into my kitchen or use my stove. I also had to cook on it, and so it is basically common sense for me to want to get it repaired for a cheap price and a fast speed. I needed the job done quickly so I called this appliance repair service company. They got the job done in no time and it was done very well. They even cleaned my stove for me and did not charge me for it. I was very happy with the service. It was even pretty cheap, and affordable. The guys were very nice and jolly the whole time. Thanks a lot.

These guys are great! I’ve had to call them twice, one for a refrigerator repair and another for an oven repair. Both times they arrived within the time frame and worked quickly and efficiently. They are always super friendly too. I will continue to call them as needed.

The staff was very friendly. The appointment was available on Saturday. The technician was prompt and polite. He installed a new ice maker and fixed my washer right away. The price was reasonable.

I called Allen and sons appliance repair at 6:30pm and technician was at my house at 9pm helping fix an overfilling washing machine. He was honest with the repairs and made me feel in control of the next steps. I added them to my contact list in case I need their help again.

A joke company. After 3 days of listening to “we will be there between 12 & 3”, and 9+ hours of waiting for these jokers, I found their excuses hilarious. I think they must hire Home Depot stragglers and try to run this mismanaged joke of a company. I called a competitor and got great service - on time!So, my advice - Try anyone else!

I’m writing this for my poor sister!! She is livid with this company, after being rescheduled 3 times, she finally had a guy show up to repair her Ice Maker, because she has had it repaired in the past she already had parts and serial numbers that she wanted to pass on when she made the appointment so part could be ordered ahead of time and just put in, but they wouldn’t take it, so guy showed up and had to order part which meant she had to be available another day for replacing the part!! He was there for all of 5 min. and charged $ 165.00 for labor ( 5 min. 2 screws ) she got scr*+ed by this company!!

Amazed by Allen & Sons Appliance repair.They came out on a Friday within 1 hour. Of course the oven that would not work for the last 2 weeks worked when he tried. Pure magic.Highly recommend them to all appliance repair service.

I call Allen & sons Appliance Repair to chick my refrigerator because it stooped workingThe repair man come and tell my wife the fan motor need to replacement this fan cost 70$ and will charge me 250 $ and he tray to tell my wife to take decide fast to fix or notI say no this is expensive. Then i buy this motor and i fix my refrigerator by my self and spend only 50$ .And before the repair man leave he ask my wife about our nationality .And this was unacceptableWe don’t recommend this place

My Fridgidaire double wall ovens timer display went out. I called Allen & Sons Appliance Repair to come out and take a look at it. After looking the oven the repair man said yes it was the timer and needed a new one. I was quoted a price of $250.00 for a replacement timer. I dont mind a repair company making some money on the part but when I checked on the cost of the part it was $89.00 by the original manufacturer. Thats a hell of a mark up! I was also quoted another $250.00 to have it installed. Thats a total of more than $580.00 for the replacement of a timer that should have cost $89.00. I did some searching on the net and found a 3 minute video on how to replace the timer. They said the entire job would take less than an hour.Decided I was getting ripped off and am going to do it myself instead. Its a no brainer,,, $89.00 or $580.00. Ill take the $89.00. I they would have charged a reasonable price Id have them do it but not at their over priced repair quote. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

This is free estimate? so I called them over. Made appointment so I thought free estimates only $65 to fix it. The tech came didn’t even spend 3mints just to tell me I need a new one. $65 dollars just to check and tell me I need a new one. Bad service

Fixed Maytag set (dryer new rollers) washer just needed balancing. Called them and got a same day appointment - tech called when he was 15 min away to let me know he was on the way. Bada bing bada boom! work is backed up and im a happy camper.

Scheduled a service for my dryer. They said on Saturday between 11am and 2pm. I called around 1:30 to find out if they were running late. The lady said they needed to cancel. Bad business!

So helpful on the phone, directed me on how to get a part I need. Thank you.
