I called them late on July 7th 2021 and the owner Jeff responded said he would be out in the morning because of a downed tree on my fence. he came in the morning and he gave me a fair estimate. his guys came out and fixed the problem. He even was able to pop my fence back into place and saved me an insurance claim. theae guys are professional and responsive. they treat u like family. call theae guys 1st always

The crew from MLS is awesome. They came to help us in the park in our neighborhood. This is the third time they have helped in our neighborhood park clean up we do every couple years. The crew was very professional, all their equipment is top notch. I strongly recommend them for any of your tree removal or trimming needs.

Jeff came, assessed the health of our trees and explained in detail the steps he would take to bring the trees back to good health. His team came as scheduled for the feeding and treating of the trees. Within one week, my wife and I could see a noticeable difference the appearance of the trees. We also had MLS Tree Service remove two trees and trim overhanging limbs back to our property line. The team did an excellent job with the trimming and cleanup. We look forward to doing business with them later in the year to perform the major tree trimming for our remaining trees.

I called Jeff and he came to give me a quote within a couple of hours, the next day Matt and the crew showed up and started the work, they did a better job than what I had expected trimming the trees over hanging onto my house.They were very professional and left the work area cleaner than they found it.My first experience with a tree service and I was not disappointed in quality, appearances or price.

Jeff Doyle and his team did a spectacular job removing six trees and stumps in our backyard. The job requires skill and precision as the trees were extremely overgrown and enclosed in a small yard with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence, a wooden shed and no room for accessing vehicles or chippers nearby. Jeff’s team expertly fell all of the trees, removing all the wood and stumps. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism of Jeff Doyle and the MLS team.

I was very impressed, to do a job on Sunday, on very short notice as an emergency call within two hours is fabulous. MLS Tree Service is excellent! Powerful persistent winds downed a huge portion of a dead tree in my yard onto my neighbors front lawn. But a good portion was still standing, and I was extremely worried that the rest would come down on mine or my neighbors house. Rick, from MLS Tree Service, was over in less than half an hour, took a look and saw what he needed to do. He, and few others, had the tree down safely within the next hour! They did a wonderful job cleaning up. Jeff and Rick were understanding and provided great customer service.

After receiving advertising flyer and researching MLS online, I called the number on the flyer. The owner Jeff Doyle answered and we agreed on a time for an estimate. Mr Doyle arrived as scheduled and provided a very competitive quote for both trimming and feeding my trees. In addition he had a current copy of his company’s workmen’s Comp. and liability insurance . Jeff and his crew arrived at the appointed time, Jeff introduced me to his foreman Rick who proceeded to do a wonderful job both trimming and removing several trees and feeding as we agreed upon. The overall experience was Enjoyable and handled very professionally by MLS. I will be using them again, And recommending them to family and friends.

We opted to save our tree from being removed and have it fertilized and the dead branches removed instead. It took awhile to get the tree trimmed due to weather conditions, but the MLS owner, Jeff Doyle, consistently answered our calls and came through on his promise to provide customer satisfaction. I was amazed when 4 vehicles pulled up to my property and amazing and expensive equipment started rolling into my yard. I thought that this equipment must cost tens of thousands of dollars and yet they quoted me a very reasonable price for the job. Asked to have some old overgrown trees removed from the side of the house and —— went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! This was the best experience that I’ve had with a service company ever, they were prompt, fast, and very efficient. I had them out on short notice on a Saturday, the job was done within two hours. I would recommend them to family and friends I will be using them again for all my tree care needs.

Paid $2000 in summer of 2018 for my trees to be treated. Was told they would come back healthy. If not, and we decided to remove the trees, we would be credited for the treatment done on them. Called Jeff, he gave me the same quote to remove the trees as two other tree companies. Jeff was supposed to stop out and give me a better price. Never heard back from him. So much for the credit for the treatment and tree removal.

Jeff Doyle is NOT an Arborist as he claims. DO NOT HIRE this person like I did, in a hurry, without due diligence, ignoring that voice inside that says “something is NOT right” I was anxious & hopeful he could help my dying pine trees. All the documents he hands out at the consultation are EXPIRED. He has NO LIABILITY or WORKMANS COMP insurance. He is not licensed to apply fertilizers or pesticides. He claims he does work, yet there is no evidence that he did anything with regard to applying his “very expensive”, “special order materials” to combat insect, disease, & fungus on my Trees and shrubs. He took $1,150 of my hard earned money and did nothing and refuses to refund my money. Be very careful…

MLS did a great job removing 3 trees. Trees close to my decking and amongst others that needed to remain unscathed. Trees came down and clean-up was spot on. A+ Good work!

I contracted MLS a few years ago for my house in Canton and they did a wonderful job and just had them back out to re-trim my trees this year and again top notch service, the owner was very responsive and the crew that showed was wonderful and did a great clean up job. My trees never looked better!!

Called last week for an estimate. Could tell immediately that my $600+ quoted job was small peanuts to the owner Jeff and he seemed in a huge rush to leave during estimate even though I wanted to know how much bigger trees would be to cut down. Anyway, we chased him down to hire him via phone all this week. We were told that our job was a filler job and he would definitely squeeze us in Thursday or Friday. He would just send his team and no one had to be home. Well its Friday at 7:39 p.m. and the trees we were in a rush to have removed because a huge fence is being installed by our neighbors are still standing. No call, nothing.I guess the other reviews are true and they dont stick to their word-which is really disheartening with service businesses. I heard about them in clipper magazine and feel they should not be advertising there. Be aware. But maybe if you have $$$$$$$$ money to cut down trees they actually show up.*Edit: your response is completely inaccurate! I was the one present for the quote NOT my husband. We never went on vacation. In fact you called us a week later apologizing for not showing up because you were in the hospital. Most all phone calls were handled by me, not my husband. I’m all for companies defending themseleves but not when they reply with out right lies. We were told no one had to be home and never requested anyone be home. We were told the trees would be cut down and a bill sent. If no one was home why call and apologize for being in the hospital?? Amazing how all the other bad reviews are suddenly gone for this company.”

MLS Tree Services offered a package to a shools silent auction which included tree trimming for all trees on your property and maintenance for 3 years. I bid, and won.This was November 2015.I called and left messages for a week or two. I got in touch with someone - Mark or Jeff - just before Thanksgiving, and was told that my white oak needed to be dormant before any trimming could happen to it.Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I wasnt able to schedule the trimming either due to weather or the holidays.In January, I had actually been able to schedule a consult to review the trees on my property, and then we had to reschedule due to a large ice storm.I called to reschedule, but all calls were ignored for weeks. Eventually, I got through and was told that one of their team was injured and their bucket used for trimming was damaged. I was assured another was on order and should arrive within the week.The following week, I was told that he was on the road to Ohio to pick up the $75,000 bucket. I am not sure why this dollar amount was shared with me other than to make me feel for how significant a purchase this was.Two weeks later, with no further responses, I talked to someone saying that Jeff was in Virginia picking up the bucket. I thought that it had already been picked up weeks prior.By this time, it is March, and my White Oak which cannot be trimmed unless it is dormant, and it has started budding. Nobody at MLS is returning any phone calls. I am constantly sent to voice mail. I was calling every other day, since I had already paid for a service through auction, and especially since this service should not have a lead time of 4-5 months.The school from which I won the auction has been unable to contact MLS.In short, lack of communication, lack of follow through, and complete lack of any services rendered make this a company that I would stay away from.

They took our deposit, initially answered our calls, made excuses why they couldnt come, and now, all their calls go to voice mail and they wont return our call. Jeff Doyle, please return our deposit. Oh, and they are still advertising in the Clipper Magazine! Weve reported them to the BBB. Check out the review below from Jack Doyle.....hmmmm...a brother or cousin???? Shame on you Jeff, for taking our money.

MLS TREE SERVICE .........removed a large tree in my next door Neighbors back yard IN CANTON MICHIGAN I was there as they were dragging large branches out across my side lawn promised by the owner any wrongs would be righted the branches which could have been cut smaller and then they would not have damaged my lawn dragging the pieces of the humongous tree to the street across my side lawn between the houses damaging it badly .... Then to add insult to injury they pulled a heavy truck in my almost new driveway when I was not home without permission staining it for life ..... so I asked my neighbor what happened to my driveway and he said they said they did not do it so I called the company and the owner denied it completely ......Then He called back a bit later saying he was sorry a new guy took it upon himself to pull in my driveway with out his knowledge ..... but unbeknownst to them all I had a video surveillance system set up on my house catching it all on video including the owner and whole crew in my driveway loading large tree thunk pieces in the back of a big truck...... so I texted him 2 clips of the video and then he calls back saying we need to talk. because he lied and knew he was lying ..... so I asked him to come back and seed the damaged area of my lawn and power wash my drive and I have not heard from them since ..... as a home owner to other home owners if you see them in your area MLS TREE SERVICE or working near your home do not leave they are untrustworthy and will not hesitate to harm your property in order to make their job easier THEY DONT CARE AND WILL LIE TO YOU IN A HEART BEAT TO GET AWAY WITH IT AND THE OWNER IS THE WORST........ DONT LEAVE THEM AT OR AROUND YOUR HOUSE UNATTENDED .... I may take this to court because of the outright lies alone. and I have all the video to prove it. I almost wanted to let it go but these people are pathological lairs starting with the owner.BEWARE OF MLS TREE SERVICE.TIM K
