Team A came out and removed two large trees from our backyard. They were so kind and professional. I was amazed at how quick they got the job done. Lastly, I have worked with a lot of tree removal companies for work, never have I ever seen a company clean up as well as this one! They left my backyard, front yard and neighbors yard looking flawless.

Franks crew were professional and responsive. I had a large tree in my front yard that needed to be taken out. Great company to work with! The A-team came and removed two trees that were close to the power lines. DTE had hacked the middle of the trees up and left large limbs hanging over the fence line and my neighbors shed. While they were on site, I requested a couple of other trees be trimmed and they took care of them. The crew did a great job cutting down the trees and cleaning up the site. I highly recommend them and they will be the first company I call for future jobs.

This company was the lowest of 3 quotes that I got to take out a tree that was close to my pool and house. The crew that showed up was professional and worked quickly but safely. I got an estimate from Al on 12-29=20 to have this giant silver maple trimmed in my backyard,it was overgrown and I worried it could fall on the house.They called on Tuesday and said they will be here on Thursday.. a crew with 7 guys came and went rite to work, in 2 hours the tree was trimmed perfectly all cleaned up, and I was super happy. I would recommend this bunch to anybody, and I got the winter discount!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a limb come down in a storm. Andy with Franks was the only service that responded quickly among several called. The crew with Rocky and 9 other guys just finished up in only about one half hour. They cleaned up the downed limb, trimmed 2 trees and totally removed another that was dead. Great work. Fast. We had a big pine removed and stumped, a huge limb over the back of the house cut down and a tree that uprooted from the recent storm cut off and stumped. These guys know what their doing. Possibly the best Contractor I have ever worked with!Frank came to the house right on time and gave a very fair estimate to remove two trees, three stumps, and clean up my other trees on side of the driveway. On the day of the job, his team of seven people showed up right on time and got to work, they did a FANTASTIC job setting up, taking the trees down, remove the remaining, and clean up. Andrew came out right away and quoted a great price to trim trees in my front yard. The job was scheduled and Robin, the foreman for this job, and his crew arrived on time. Within an hour they trimmed and shaped a severely overgrown tree in my front yard, maintaining the canopy established by this mature tree but at a higher level. They also trimmed hazardous, dead branches from a second tree. The crew did a great job cleaning up. My yard looks so much better with the tree trimmed and I no longer have to be concerned with the huge, dead branches from the second tree falling in my yard, or worse, on someones head. I will be using Frank Jastrabeks Tree Service again to trim and maintain other trees on my property. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

The company came out today to remove a bunch of branches and bushes I had cut down over the weekend. It was a pretty good size pile, they had the job done in 10 minutes. Good price and nice workers. Will use again.

Update:06/05/2019After posting the one star review I got a call from the company to apologise sincerely for the the scheduling issue and explained how the rain and some miscomunication delayed their schedule.They showed up on time with all their tools and were professional in approaching how to trim the tree, making sure not to damage nearby trees.They got the job done in 30 minutes.They explained why they cannot trim more of the tree for the good of it.The cleaned the place well.05/30/2019No showI got a quote to get one tree trimmed and remove another small one back in early April.He said he will call me in a week to get the job done.Never heard back from them again.P.S. Im not sure why they posted this response (attached in photo) to my review even before I updated it!But just like them I never deviate from professional standards and I always appreciate honest reviews.

This company is very unprofessional. They blocked our driveway with a road cone then one of the employees threatened my husband when he hit their cone while pulling into our driveway. Im disgusted by their behavior and wouldnt suggest hiring them for anything. Horrible!
