Ive hired Mike for a couple projects/year for about the past 10 yrs....since before he started Renewal Property Maintenance LLC His work ethic and attention to detail are second to none, and he is very personable and respectful. RENEWAL may not be the cheapest company out there, but the rates are definitely fair, more affordable than the bigger guys. I sent a message on Tuesday regarding getting a quote for some cleanup in my very overgrown backyard. Thursday afternoon Mike came to give me a quote, started the job Friday, and was all done by Saturday afternoon, even with some extra work we added in. Mike was quick to respond and worked incredibly hard, and the service was very reasonably priced. All in all, we are very pleased with the service and excited about how great our yard looks now.
