I have been looking for 2 tree removal services and reached out to 6 different tree removal services providers. The quote PPM Tree provided was by far the best of all. They were very professional and prompt. Kudos to the team that worked at mine. Very organized, perfect coordination and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job removing the trees and grinding the stump. Post job, They cleaned up my backyard, driveway and my neighbors driveway, frontage of the home leaving no marks of two huge trees being cut. I am so happy and satisfied that I chose PPM Tree Service. They are the best! They are the right choice!!

Amazing company! We had the company come out and give us a quote on about a 60+ year old Silver Maple tree. They were the only company willing to show us they were licensed and insured from the beginning, and they by far had the best quote! Scheduling was a breeze, even doing it on a cold winter day. The tree removal was an amazing process to see. The tree was carefully taken down in sections. After the tree was down, the company cleaned the property like they were never there. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you need a large tree taken down. Amazing customer service from start to finish!

After recent severe storms, I had difficulty finding an emergency tree service to clear all the damage. The few places who returned my calls would take several days to send an estimator to the site. PPM was able to send an estimator the day I contacted them, and a crew the next day. I was out of town, and Brian kept me fully informed on progress and was very responsive to all my concerns. He and his crew did a great job!

PPM Tree Service & Arbor Care, LLC did a great job for us. They were very prompt and quick to complete the removal of approximately 40 trees. They also followed our requests and saved the exact trees we wanted to maintain. Would definitely recommend them.

Did a great job trimming my tree..

Our maple tree had grown out of control into the utility lines, our other tree, our neighbors trees, and over our house. I emailed PPM on Sunday and they got back to me Monday morning with an estimate ready to go and came out Tuesday. They got the job done really quickly and gave us a step by step of what they were doing and how it would benefit the tree (and others). They were quick, professional, and super informative. They also did a nice job of tetris-ing in the driveway and not blocking the street (no street parking). They even moved the lawn furniture we forgot about and put it back.

The crew that came out was extremely courteous and professional. The tree was on the boulevard and my neighbor, who wasnt home, had parked one of their cars directly across from the tree. The crew climber was poetry in motion to watch. In less than 15 minutes he had most of the tree topped with the exception of the limbs over the car. He decided to err on the side of caution and fell the tree along the street away from the car and proceeded to cut it up from there.The rest of the crew worked seamlessly running the Ditch Witch to get the large limbs into the shredder and pick up all the remaining debris. Finally after they ground the stump they removed all the chips from my yard and put them on the stump pile that the city will collect later. The whole process took less the 2 hours and when they left, aside from the stump pile, my yard and street looked as if nothing had happened, it was truly impressive.Im not one to post reviews unless things are very good or bad. My experience with PPM Tree Service was very positive and I have already recommended them to several friends who are looking to have some trees removed. Great Job guys!!

If everyone portrayed this level of professionalism, life would be so much easier.I had the pleasure of working with Bryan. Very well-natured and high spirited guy. You can tell he knows his stuff. Was quoted an unbelievably good price to remove a huge, dying sycamore tree from my front lawn which was shedding all over my lawn and roof.Their receptionist was super friendly and called me twice in the days leading up to their scheduled services to address any questions or concerns. When the big day came, a well trained team of over 12 men tackled this goliath of a tree in around 5 hours.The cleanup was even more impressive. Its as if this tree never existed. Bryan even educated me on taking care of the space where the stump used to be and how to treat the ground moving forward. We will be using the mulch for a large landscaping job we have coming up!I highly recommend their services. Their pricing is great and their work speaks for itself.

Too expensive..i live 30 second drive away wanted almost 50.00 for delivery.

Nothing but good things to say about PPM. Bryan is professional, responsive, and does everything he can to ensure customer satisfaction. The crew worked efficiently and did great work. Bryan worked with me to create a custom project combining his teams expertise with my desire to DIY where possible. I know who Ill be calling first next time I have a landscaping project.

I called and PPM came out right away to give us an estimate. The following morning they were here and within an hour our tree was removed. OMG!!! I would have never thought watching tree branches being removed and sculptured would be so much fun!! All the guys in the crew were professional and informative. I learned things about my tree, in which I had no clue!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to service your tree needs. From the initial phone call to inquire about the company, until my last call to thank the company. This experience was VERY unexpected. Who knew trees could make a person this happy? I did not personally use this service, a neighbor did but watching them I dont think I would use their company. The crew on the ground each had a cigarette in their mouth the entire time. That is so unprofessional. There is a time for a cigarette.break, while at a job is not the time. Also, instead of parking one behind another on the same side of street they parked both large trucks side by side making it difficult for people to maneuver down the street. Ironically there is a dead end one house to the left. Lastly, while the ground crew waited for more branches to be cut and sent down, they were goofing off like little kids and running all over my lawn and other neighbors as well. I have now, I have no problem with fun at work, just make aure you arent on other peoples property with no regard. The lack of professionalism they showed would keep me from ever recommending them no matter if the job was quick and clean. There are other companies around with the whole package.

EDIT *** 6/9/19 ***Employees came out to fix the fence. Brian stopped by to look at it and make sure it was done. As Brian was leaving, my SO asked what he was there for, I explained to confirm the fence was repaired, and my SO responded with well thats a no since I can see it (damage) from here. They had repaired some of the fence. Employees came back out. After those repairs were complete, I noticed the replaced post is higher than the others (not too noticeably) and something seems to be causing the panels on either side of it to V out at the top.After all is said and done, I probably would not use the company again.If you decide to hire PPM, I would STRONGLY recommend carefully inspecting anything that may have been damaged and withholding payment until all services and related repairs are 100% complete.EDIT *** 5/26/19 ***I paid a few thousand for another large tree removal a few months ago. In the process, my fence was damaged, including a post. PPM fixed what they could at the time, but said they needed to come back after the ground thawed to replace the post. I began calling them a month ago. The first time I called, I was told someone would call me back. I waited a week and a half with no response. I called Brian and left a message with no response. I waited another week and called again from my work phone number and this time my call was answered. Brian apologized and said they would be out sometime the next week. By Friday, no one had shown up or contacted me. I contacted Brian and he said the next week. This is now into week 3 with no contact. I advised Brian I am putting my house up for sale and this is something that needs to be completed as soon as possible. Had I known I would have had this much trouble getting the promised repairs, I would have withheld payment. I will update this review if/when the fence repairs are completed.Estimate was received quickly and was a great price. I had a very large, diseased tree and they were able to remove it quickly and cleaned everything up. Crew was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Im very happy with the service and will be using them again.
