Tammy #6 has been doing a great job on my nails for years now. She also gives a great pedicure!!

Disappointed!! Took 2 and 1/2 hours to do a pedicure and a full acrylic set with 3 colors on the full set. Was originally told by the man doing both it would be 35$ for each. Then when I went to pay the lady charged me 40$ for the ped and 55$ for nails. She charged because I added color. Which I was originally told wasnt extra. The nails are not even. The man doing them said they looked fine on top of it. He trimmed my baby toe nail so short.. he then proceeded to say it couldnt be painted. So now I am walking around with only 4 nails painted on 1 foot. Needless to say I will never go back.

They should be closed down & I will be disputing my charges. I came for a pedi and I asked for a soak off they told me they couldn’t soak the 2 nails n I should wait by the time the pedicure was over the nails were lifting n needed to come off like I said.DO NOT COME HERE SAVE yourself a headache n money .

Not the cleanest place Ive been too.Pedi was decent. Got a full set and that evening my nails began to chip off close to my cuticles.The first three photos attached are from today ( wednesday) the last photo is from the day I got them done ( sunday) the nails are beginning to lift from my actual nailsI was going to return to have them repaired but thought it would be best to go to my regular salon and get the quality I normally receive.The trip here was a birthday gift so I didnt want to complain much but I definitely will not return here. Pretty disappointed.

Kathy does excellent work. She takes her time when she does my nails and I have no complaints. I recommend this nail salon

Just terrible. Didnt want to listen to what I wanted . My nails are so bad on my way to different nail shop too have COMPLETELY redone. 80 for WHAT Im irate. I WILL BE DISPUTING THESE CHARGES FOR NOT RECEIVING WHAT I PAID FOR. Will never return and suggest nobody else visit.

Don’t waste your time. Find another place to go to. She rushed and my nails look horrible. 28 dollars for this … I’m embarrassed. Will stick to going to “Bamboo nails “ !

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Went in for 2 pedicures and they rushed through it. When I say rushed, I mean we arrived at 5:23pm and my receipt says 5:41pm. Water was cold, nor did we even have the chance to enjoy a soak. My tech hurt me TWICE. I noticed the filth of the techs chairs too.. disgusting. When we were finished, the tubs werent cleaned out, just rinsed. 🤮 By time I got home, the polish on my 2 pinky toenails had already came off! & it didnt feel like shellac at all. We made sure to wash/disinfect our feet after our experience also. I Paid $78 for this. lol. When I called to complain to a manager, I was told to come back in so she could fix it, and said that I was being difficult. I explained that Im not comfortable getting work done there ever again and politely asked for a refund on my pedicure only. I was told no .. because its only one or two toes. I ended up going back up there to get my money back, where I noticed the built up DUST and lord knows what else all along the front windows. First and last time going here. This place is filthy.

This is now my second time coming to this place where they haven’t listened to me when i tell them what i want. i got my nails done today and wanted sparkles and the lady tried one kind, and when i told her i didn’t like it she then told me she couldn’t do what i wanted. didn’t even get up to try and find a different one or anything, she just said she couldn’t do it and then charged me full price for it still?? i can’t believe that’s how it’s become. i used to come here all the time and i will never come again.

My pedicure always looks good. I never have to wait long, they acknowledge me as soon as I walk in and they offer me water. Very quick and friendly service.

I got my real nails done with shellac. She had to redo my nails 2x. It’s polish all on my cuticles. Just overall a terrible experience.

Not the best place but not the worst. I got a full set of acrylics and french manicure design I was originally told it was 27$ plus 5 dollars for the design but I paid 40$, thats 8 dollars more, idk if the lady who did my nail didnt know or added her tip to the bill after I gave her a 5$ cash tip. The nails came out pretty good however she was verry rough on my nails and kept jerking my hsnd around.

First time here. Appreciated that they took me as a walk in even though I did see them turn away other walk in customers. But overall dissatisfied, overpriced and nails look just alright. Lady told me $65 and I payed her in advance and when she was done she told me it was $70, when I asked her why she said she used gel on my nails when I know for sure she used Acrylic and most important I didnt ask for gel nails. I came in for an acrylic full set. So she lied to get herself a tip. Do not recommend, take your money somewhere else. Will not come back.

I used to ho here years ago. I went a week ago for a fill in with some embellishments spent $55 not even a week later lifted and falling off. It was a rush job and a bad job will never go back there.

I went here 3 weeks ago and they put shellac on my toes even thought I said no. I went today and the guy kept insisting on shellac. And I kept saying no. They wouldnt use the color I picked because they said it was ugly. Then he painted my toes with colors he chose and taking it off because he said it was ugly. After painting and repainting he tried to sell me on the shellac again and I told him I wanted the check.after he wanted to do my nails and I kept saying no I just wanted to leave. I had to threaten to leave without paying before he let me.cash out.

The staff was nice but their pedicure was not as good as some where they massage your calves and put hot towels on them, but an ok go to place.

Had such a great experience my first time here. I own a business so dont get to get away very often to do nice things for myself because im so busy. I absolutely Love my nails and toe s will def be back again very soon

Came here four days ago and already two of my nails popped off did not even feel it i paid over 100 for my nails and toes went in for a refund on my nails they would not refund it why would I fix it so it can pop off again IV been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never in those 15 years had a nail come off like that let alone 2! Four days after getting them done smh its ridiculous!

It wasnt busy when I got there. Seated right away. Pedicure was over in less than 13 minutes, was looking forward to a longer leg/ foot massage. Nope. Also kept telling her to be careful about my ingrown toenails to no avail. Wont be back

Just moved to this area so i decided to give these guys a try. I was dissatisfied because the shaping was terrible & the nail polish was thick & sloppy. This picture was uploaded right after they got done.

Ive been going here for years off and on. This is the 2nd time Ive got a pedicure or my nails done since the pandemic. So needless to say Im very cautious. I was expecting a much cleaner place post pandemic but its still just as dirty as before if not worse. I will go back to Southland mall where its always clean and safe for their clients. Sorry nail art studio spend some money updating your establishment and deep cleaning.

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday. They shaped them very nice just how I wanted, BUT my 3 nails fell off 2 days later ! And I paid $70 for a just a simple ombré and 2 glitter nails.

I love the lady that does my nails here, Susan. She does a great job. I will not be returning though because when I was there yesterday there were 5 workers walking around without masks on. They have a sign on their front door that masks are required but then 5 of them, including the owner did not wear a mask. Very disappointed.

If i could rate this a negative star rating i would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is not clean. Is not sterile. They use the same nail file & skin grater for everyone. Its covid season and they are out here not even sanitizing the manicure area between guests!!! 4 days later my shellac pealed off like old paint off a barn door. LONG STORY SHORT... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE...PERIOD.

There was like a 30% upcharge for my nail. My issue with this is they did not seem to properly sterilize did not feel clean at all: so what do you need extra money for when you’re not taking measures to be clean. Not to mention my nails look like they’ll need a fillin in a week. It’s day 2 and they are messy around the nail and starting to lift. The shaping is terrible and not worth the high prices. If you’re going to remove signs about specials off the wall at least make sure the work is worth the arm and leg that you charge. If you’re going to make us pay for the months that you took a loss. The only thing they did was put up contact shields but not sanitizing. I’ll continue to do my nails at home this is ridiculous

I have been going to this nail salon for a number of years. Today is the first time I have been disappointed and very angry with the service I received. I understand that today was the first day they were open due to the Covid-19 shutdown. I was prepared for a longer than usual wait time. The place was in chaos. Some people were instructed to wait for the next available nail tech and some people were told to sign in and they would be seen next in line. And some people had called before they were open for appointments. I waited for 2 hours to be seen for shellac nails and a pedicure. My main complaint was the lack of organization and favoritism. I ended up with the owner/manager who spoke little English and could not understand what I wanted. He did a horrible job. He overcharged me and refused to take my credit card saying that they “no longer took cards”. I had been sitting there for 3 hours watching almost everyone pay by a credit card. I told him that every one else paid by card and he said “I’ll take your card this time.” I will not set foot in that shop ever again. Please do not choose this place if you are looking for a quality salon.

Absolutely wonderful! Got a gel shellac pedicure for the first time ever and I loved it. The nail technician was very nice and friendly as well. I dont like that the Pedicure Chairs are so close and in one room with the manicure tables though, I like nail salons where the Pedicure stations are usually almost in their own separate room.

I was a faithful customer for years out of convenience until I had enough! The place is dirty! They pick and choose who they want to service, constantly beg for you to do extras you don’t want and no matter how well you tip it’s like it’s never enough! My sister got fungus on her toe from this place.

Walked in at the last minute before I needed to catch a flight. I told them my time constraints and they made it work. The technician was very nice and dealt with my ingrown toe well. Really appreciated their accommodation and quick service!

Lynn did my nails. I requested white tips but she kept putting tips on my nails that were way to small, than shed put a ton of acrylic way past my actual nail. She ended up painting white over top of the white tips, which actually made it look worse. I told her and the owner I was unhappy with how they looked, but neither seemed to care.Total waste of $27.

Been here maybe 3 times for a pedi. $22I never been asked am i going to tip from any service from other Establishments before. And then when i tipped a $1. He say thats it like he really deserved that. If Im going to tip let me plz dont ask!! My last time coming here.

Worst pedicure I have ever had!!! The woman was staring at the television the whole time not paying attention to what she was doing while working on me, didn’t say one word the entire time. None of the tools looked like they had been sanitized, just sitting in a bucket carried from chair to chair. Didn’t even bother to push my cuticles back, I could have done a better job myself at home. I will never return to this so called “salon” and would advise anyone else to find somewhere else to go.

😠😠 Dont be fooled by all their flashy bright signs this place is far from flashy ...VERY dirty salon. Nails were a simple tasks to do just one color with one finger that had a cross on it. Nails were goopy with nail polish the lady called me picky when I complained my very simple nails look HORRIBLE. I posted what they look like on here in the photo area Im so disappointed I havent got my nails done and so long I havent done anything for myself in so long and then this is what happened 😠😠

This place is the worst nail salon that i ever went to . They didnt let me choose my color until my nails were done. my nails were uneven, and the workers were sleeping and were on there phones ... i will never go there again

Currently My New Nail spot Because I Moved, BUT I GET EVERYTHING DONE BY THE OLDER TINA, SHE DOES MY EYEBROWS SO GOOD😩 (Not Thin & Crooked like other places I have been too, my picture of my brows are in the photos section.) SHE IS GREAT WITH EVERYTHING, NOT RUDE AND TAKES HER TIME. HER CHAIR NUMBER IS NUMBER 9!

I was told after my card was charged that I owed an extra $5.00 because there was a lack of communication. After i tipped $5 for each person ( 3 in total ) I was told by the man up front how I needed to know about the $5. I said run my card again. He was like a mob boss. Not my fault there was lack of communication. Q1 nails in GC is so much friendlier. It is more about the person than this dump. Even when I used to come once a week and spend $50. Never again.

First time here. Well, not impressed. She went very fast but was not thorough. My hands are ok but my feet? Very poor job. I wanted my feet to look nice because I like to wear sandals. I guess since Im a man, the woman didnt think Id care or notice. I did see a friend of mine there who told me she DOES NOT go to that technician for the same reason. My friend did tell me who she would only see. If I go back, Ill be going to my friends technician.

RUDE and just want your money. I use to go here all the time and they were never the best but now they are just getting worse. I was in there recently to just get my eyebrows waxed. The lady that did them was sitting there eating a bag of Cheetos while on the phone when I got there. She got up, pretty sure she didn’t wash her hands or anything, took me into the room and proceeded to do my eyebrows while STILL talking on the phone. I don’t know which was worse, the loud, rude phone conversation or the Cheeto breath. Now my eyebrows look horrible, the left one is more square and the right one is more round. They also have noticeable hairs that she didn’t trim or pluck so now I have to try to fix them the best I can. Oh and the amount of them consistently asking if you want anything else done is enough to just make you want to turn around and leave. I kept giving them chance after chance but now I can definitely say that will be the last time they have my business.

Loved my nail lady she did beautiful ombré super quick however my finger bled the entire time she never asked me to wash my hands and I’ve had my nails done thousands of times I know I’m supposed to wash before they paint them . Also $45 for a full set of ombré ...she told me $25 before we started so I’m not sure what she added to make it cost so much . It’s been a week and all my nails are lifted and one fell off, they have all chipped at the corners and are ready to fall off . I expect to be able to go a week at minimum and then get a fill in but there is no filling my nails in they are just falling OFF! If you NEED your nails done for one event I guess you can go here if your short on options but expect sore fingers with nails that won’t last long . 😓👎🏼

Awful place I dont recommend to anyone. So when I called to make sure they were open and asked for the price they told me 22$ but when I got there they then told me 27 for a normal French manicure they kept giving me an attitude. Rude and my nails lookawful I have an appointment that translates diff language and they steady talked badly of me n my friend. Never again and the place was filthy n he tried pushing me out the door...

Got pedicure my purse on the floor got all wet. I had to tell the the time was ready to over flow..my daughter got shellac nails had a $19.99 coupon for it and they would not use it. dont go here they do talk about you and they do overcharge you.

Whatever you do, dont get your eyebrows done here! The lady gave me two different eyebrows with one a little higher than the other and when I showed her that they look different, she told me that they werent and that they look cute like that! Nothing looks cute about two different eyebrows shapes. This literally has me in tears because I must now go to WORK like this. There isnt time for me to go anywhere else to see if they could attempt to correct her carelessness.

I Love ❤️ the Sunday early hours. !!! All the staff were very friendly. The specialist who did my pedi -Jamie was so sweet. She was gentle and very patient. I kno my feet are a challenge but she didn’t flinch. My feet look and feel wonderful. Thank u for the wonderful service.

I went in on a weekend for my first pedicure ever expecting a semi - spa relaxing experience. It was extremely lacking, the salon can barley be called that I was rushed into a chair & my nails were quickly done with many polish spots on my skin. The woman barley massaged my feet & it was overall not very relaxing. I was waiting for my sister to have her nails done and the entire time they were shifting me from chair to chair.

I love this place, the staff is always super fun and friendly you never have to wait too long and my nails are always perfect. Ive been going here for years. And to the person who commented the staff is rude, Id never believe it unless you were rude first
