Wonderful place. I’ve came here since I was about 15 and now I’m 23 still coming. Asia is amazing. She always gentile and cleans my teeth in a timely manor. The entire staff is very welcoming and always will to accommodate you. I love this place and will never leave!!!

This is a great practice. Everyone from the dentist to the receptionist is polite, professional, talented and efficient.

Excellent experience here always. Even when I didn’t have insurance, they were always willing to work with me and make sure I didn’t over pay, or pay for unnecessary things. Asia is the best, always so friendly and does a fantastic job. Would recommend definitely.

Ive had nothing but a great experience here. The front staff is awesome. Theyre so sweet and work with you the best they can. The clinical staff are very friendly and make the visits a lot less stressful once you get back for your appointment. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Oh. He has great bedside manner. Very professional. I will keep coming here for sure.

I arrive a few minutes early for my appointment since it was the 1st time at this location. The receptionist greeted me very warm and friendly. The waiting Room is well lit and comfortable. My way time was very short I was taken back immediately the procedure explained and completed with no complications I was given instructions set my next appointment and was on the way within Less than an hour.

I take both of my kids here and everyone is so kind and makes sure they are very comfortable. Aisia is AMAZING! She does an amazing job cleaning and has truly made the dental experience for my kids. I highly recommend!

Each visit here is just as good as the last. My daughter loves coming here and I love the staff, they are super friendly and provide great services. I would recommend 😊😁

I have been going to Redwood Dental since 2001 and everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. They have great customer service and always answer my questions and explain things well.

I would highly recommend them, EVERYONE was so nice and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I usually have mild anxiety when I go to the dentist, but this time I had no problem with that. They were awesome.

After another dental office would not return my calls in an attempt to schedule an extraction, my insurance company referred me to Redwood Dental. All the ladies in the office were very nice. Dr Yao was excellent.

Front desk is always friendly and the dentist I see is friendly and does a great job. Always feel comfortable and happy with the results. Highly recommend, and Ill continue using this office for all my dental needs. Redwood Rocks!

Great dental office. Very clean and friendly staff. But please be aware. They No Longer Accept Medicaid! They stopped accepting Medicaid in January. It sucks because finding another dentist and staff as great as Redwood, to coordinate with my work schedule, all while having Medicaid is almost impossible.

I visited with very severe tooth pain. They were able to get me an appointment early the following morning after my initial call. They were very thorough with there examination and gave me plenty of differing plans to choose from to fit my budget and needs. The dentist Dr. Yao was fantastic, very attentive to my needs and making sure I understood everything and was comfortable at all times. Would highly recommend Redwood Dental of Westland to anyone looking for a good dental experience.

Aisia does a great job cleaning teeth. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Yao good job checking your teeth for cavities.

Over priced they want $140 for what Gentle dental did for free a simple cement job one tooth too. I think they are nice just if you got it like that money wise.. I think Ill stick with Gentle Dental in Wayne on Michigan Ave ..My opinion of course

I just started going to this place and my Dentist is Dr. M ( cant spell his full name) He is an awesome Dentist and I love that he is so supportive to me. The whole staff is welcoming and very kind. I believe that my Dentist should receive a raise and everyone there should also. They are the best and make me feel like I am family.

I went here when I was a kid and now that Im back home this is still my favorite dentist office. Service is always great and they make you feel welcome everytime you walk in. Definitely referring to anyone I know

Made appt. Was seen next day, knew i has to gave tooth pulled. Didnt feel needle at all. Doctor was great explained everything. Excellent bedside manor. Hygienist was awesome Gentle and made me feel comfortable all way through procedure. Highly recommended and will be back to take care of fillings..

I highly recommend this office. I have just completed Invisalign treatment and I am very happy with the results. The staff has been kind, professional and very skilled. I chose to do Invisalign to improve my bite and improve the look of my smile. It was not a simple case and the staff was always encouraging and supportive. Im so glad I chose the treatment and this office staff.

They got me in same day and took care of the issues in my mouth even tho they had to stay an hour after closing and got me.on my way. The staff was super friendly and funny.

I have been searching for a dentist to help me with my jaw pain. And though they couldn’t do anything themselves everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. From Dr. Joe who listened to my complaints without dismissing what I was saying to the front desk that is helping me get into an oral surgeon which is such a hassle. I love this office and will never go anywhere else

Jefferson is a jewel! My crown came out. Just popped out. After dealing with the lackluster person on the phone (treating the problem like it was no big deal and treating me like I was inconvenient to her day) I was so relieved to see him. He greeted me warmly, apologizing for the problem and had it fixed within minutes. I was pleased that I got in and out UNTIL I received a bill for this service. Ive only been to Redwood for dental services but they denied it was their work. The end of my relationship with Redwood Dental!

The hygienist there are friendly. However the doctors and front desk staff are rude and they dont like to explain things. I am a perio surgical assistant myself so I know how things should be presented to patients. I WILL NOT be returning here and I dont recommend any patient to come here if you would like genuine, friendly care.

The office staff is Very friendly. The DA’s are awesome and Asia and Dr. Yao did great with my children.

Redwood is the best!! I can not say enough good things about the staff and facility! They got me in for an emergency extraction on 12/28/16, i had been in excruciating pain for over a week then I called there office desperate for someone to help me( a dentist a few days prior wouldnt do anything because i was 39wks pregnant) thank god for Dr. Remer!! I had a note from my OB saying an extraction was safe and she got it right out! Thank god because I had my daughter on New Years Eve:) I recommend them to everyone!

Dr bo did great on my teeth wouldnt want any other dentist ..dont like dentist but the make you feel very welcome here...thank you now i can accully smile in public now 😃
