Absolutely the BEST dental services out there. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but this place took away all my anxiety and made me very relaxed and comfortable. I get complements all the time of the amazing work they did on my teeth! Did I mention the staff is amazing as well. Highly recommend!!!

I have had bridge work fillings crowns and cleanings and the work has always been perfect the first time the staff is always pleasant and the doctors are excellent Parkside used to be in Detroit and I drive from Brighton and still do. I Think if u are looking for quality and perfection seriously this is truly the place. I know this sounds like I know or are connected to them but it’s the truth or I would not have driven 35 miles each way to get there when there are plenty of dentist in my area my daughter is 38 and started going here at the age of 3 and still does she has lived out of state over the years and made her appointments for when she was coming for a visit she does not trust anyone else u can trust them to do right by you

Im so glad I went to that Bridal Expo with my girlfriend (The Bride) last year (2019). There I met Dr. Sam (Cohen). I was explaining to him some concerns I had with my previous dentist.Id lost a tooth 5 years prior and was concerned that I waited too late to get an implant. He was very kind (even looking in my mouth right there at the event) and offered his services. I accepted his offer to come in for an evaluation. I loved everything about the business. The staff was friendly; the outer office was immaculate and decorated with fun and happy memorabilia showcasing the long-standing rivalry between Ohio State, Michigan State and University of Michigan. Upon being taken back to the examination/service room I could see that there were other fun themes playing out in the various rooms.I really like that Dr. Sam is young and on the cutting edge of the dental industry. I went into the office expecting to need a bone graft (as Id been told that by other dentists who hadnt even looked in my mouth). Dr. Sam said, You might not (need a bone graft), lets get a 3-D image and see whats going on. Youre young enough (love him for that) that it probably wont be necessary. Patients 70 to 80 years old need implants, you should be fine. And I was! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!I am very happy with my implant and the experiences Ive had at Parkside Dental. My hygienist, Nancy, is patient, friendly, kind and a genuinely happy person. I enjoy every visit with her. Shes given me tips and tricks to address some minor issues (staining from coffee and wine...lol) which have improved my overall dental hygiene. I like that Dr. Sam stops in to say Hi even when I dont need to see him. Its always good to see him and hes genuinely invested in my happiness with his work.I will and have recommended Parkside Dental to everybody I talk to about dentists.

I have been seen twice so far and have had a pleasant experience. Dr. Sam is an excellent dentist and the office has been ran very efficiently during my visits. I did have one issue with billing, but Barb from the office called me promptly as soon as she was made aware and they took care of it. I appreciate the promptness and professional manner of their dealing with the billing issue as some offices are not so easy to deal with. I am happy to be a patient at Parkside Dental.

I had a broken crown that began to cause pain. I was a past patient of Dr Cohen (switched because of dental insurance change). I knew I needed to return to Parkside Dental for my now pressing tooth pain because of the superior service and expertise of the office. I was informed that Dr. Sam took my insurance. He genuinely cared about my pain, made a personal phone call to make sure I had the appropriate pain relief during the process. I ended up with a root canal and a new crown. I am totally impressed with Dr. Sam! The service I received from him was top notch!! He worked with me regarding the cost of the procedure and the insurance process and I am eternally grateful!

Im 77 years old and was in a serious bind. At my previous dentist, I had the first part of a dental implant installed. When it came time to put the crown in place, I found out that my original dentist was no longer working. Seeking help, I went to Parkside Dental and discussed my quandary with Dr. Sam Cohen. He discovered that the implant was an older model and researched the company to order the two additional pieces needed. He completed my bridge and it is very sturdy. Dr. Sam has a great personality which leads to a light atmosphere in the dental office. Nancy, my dental hygienist, is devoted to her job and always passes along knowledge to me. She showed me how to use a tongue scraper which gets rid of bad breath. Im glad I found Parkside Dental Team

Amazing place! Efficient and friendly. I was so worried about a chipped tooth but Dr. Rogers just smoothed it out. The hygienist is the best one I’ve had. He was great with explaining to me what is going on with my teeth and how to better take care of them. Really could not say enough great things about the place. It was very clean. Great decor. I am so impressed with this place, especially Nancy, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth today. First, when you park, you have to call them and someone comes out and takes your temperature and lets you fill out some paperwork. After clearing the screening process I entered. They gave me a face mask and they had hand sanitizer for patients to use when you first walk in. They are very thorough in their sanitary practices and use of PPE. I thought it was a bit much, however it did made me feel comfortable and safe. My teeth felt very clean after and Nancy has a soft touch and there was no pain.

Dr. Kerwin made my visit quick and easy. His humor and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I was able to watch ESPN while having work done on my teeth. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

We started going to Dr. Rogers well over 20 years ago, as he was highly recommended by a friend. My family trusts him implicitly because he is an excellent dentist. He crowned my top 4 front teeth and they look unbelievably natural. His assistant Robin is excellent in her position and could not be kinder, they make a great team. I came to this office seeking a second opinion for my son Leo James, and I will now be bringing my entire family for our dental care. Dr. Sam is great and all the hygienists, especially Julie and Laura, are personable and great with kids. The atmosphere is homey and relaxing at a place that can often be anxiety provoking. They have coffee, water, and juice as well as plenty of toys for the kids. Five stars for sure!

Id been a patient of Dr. Steve Cohens since Dr. Kurtis retired. He did extensive dental work including capping my front teeth. Dr. Cohen ws gentle and reassuring throughout the process. After several years living out of state, Im back and living in Traverse City. Coming down to Westland for dental care is well worth the drive to me. I had two teeth extracted by Dr.SeirHe is a great dentist and is very thorough in explaining the treatment plan that may be needed.I need a lot of dental work done and Dr. Seir explained what my options are. When he extracted my teeth it was quick, easy and painless. I appreciate his good work and calm demeanor. The Dental hygienist Jetta is a sweetheart! She is very kind, warm and welcoming and she makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. I will be a returning patient from now on.

I came from a dental office that was very uncomfortable to be in. The atmosphere was one that made me feel like I was a horrible patient who did not take proper care of her teeth. At Parkside I have never felt that. Dr Seer is kind and informative, but never pushy. I absolutely love my hygienist, Ross. He is thorough, and always concerned as to my comfort. I am always surprised that he remembers the personal details of my previous visit, even about my family and my travels. I never feel like he is judging me about my dental care, but I always leave wanting to do a better job. The staff behind the counter is always very kind and helpful, as well. This was my second time going to Parkside with extreme tooth pain. I am so impressed, once again. The first time I had a bottom wisdom tooth removed. They were very professional, and made sure I didnt experience any pain. This second time was yesterday. I woke up with extreme pain, Pakrside got me an appointment for the same day, diagnosed the problem, and again, removed a wisdom tooth. Although it took several attempts to get me numb, they stayed by my side the entire time and made sure I was completely out of pain before continuing. Parkside will be my permanent dentist from here on out.

My first visit was today. I am petrified of the dentist and this place has been amazing. I left my 20 year regular dentist and wished I would have came here a long time ago. Dr. Sam is amazing!

I called in yesterday for a same day emergency appointment because of severe pain I was experiencing 3 weeks after a root canal from another dental office they saw me the same day my appointment was at 1:15 I was out of there by 2:00pm with tooth pulled and everything I need for after care. I had the worst experience at previous dental office the dentist poked me more than 23 times to numb for root canal and didn’t even prescribe antibiotics for after care. Dr Rogers numbed me up within 5 minutes and explained everything to me as he removed my tooth I am so overwhelmed and thankful for this dental staff now they will be my permanent office thank you so much Parkside for getting me out of pain quickly and being there for me when no other office in the area would even try to fit me in.

The dentist is usually the last place I want to have to go to but not Parkside Dental. I have been with this practice from the days of being on Warren Rd. and yes I followed them to Westland. I have never felt pain when receiving care, even for my root canal. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who asks.
