My nails were cut too short, not shaped at all and all weird shapes not unison at all. On top of that they were super clumpy that I had to ask the lady to re due a nail but she argue w me and tried to tell me she buffed it out when it obviously needed to be redone. She then had an attitude w me, slamming the nail polish down and passive aggressively clapping hers hands of the dust. Will never go back and I never write reviews but just had to about this horrible experience.

My gel pedicure set is sooo good. Plus the guys (I forgot their names) were super friendly with me and my coworker! I went back the next day on my lunch break and got a full set with gel color.....in under an hour!! It’s not the best job I’ve ever had, but I had an hour and the nails are still great. This is going to be my go to spot from now on. Oh, and they are very serious about COVID guidelines.

Been going for years. Have 2 different ladies I like for gel manicure and 2 different ladies for my pedicure. Very pleased and highly recommend. Prices are very competitive. Can’t wait to go back again.

The salon is clean looking, but the girls who worked on me were not good. I went there with my daughter and we both got gel manicures & pedicures.They werent busy but my manicurist was soo rushed she was trying to leave to go home. It cost $90 for us both and it came out bad. My daughter wasnt happy with hers either. I wont be going back there again. and do not recommend it !

To me the technician is more important then the salon. I have my manicure and pedicure at Capri Nails. In the case of the technician who does my pedicure I would follow her to the moon. My nail technician gives 100% to please me. I find the prices comparable to other salons in the area and the customer service to be fine.

First went here about 3 years ago and was not great BUT it has improved tremendously!!! I took my daughter who is 12 and both her nail tech and mine were GREAT!!! They were very polite and did a fabulous job. They all seemed to be very happy and spoke good English. If you havent been in lately, go back and give it a try! I highly recommend Cindy and Kevin:) It is a shame that bad reviews dont fall off after a year. Nail salons have a high turnover and the techs change very often. AS of the date of this post, I found the salon both professional and affordable.

It’s a little hit or miss at this location. I’ve had good service and not great service here. They have a nice selection of polishes but I didn’t feel as relaxed as I wanted to. It is close to my apartment so I keep coming back.

Went here to get just a pedicure and was very over priced, $65 to be exact. This is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The guy who did my pedicure couldnt understand what I was saying and I couldnt understand what he was saying at all. I asked for a snowflake design on my 2 big toes and he literally just put a bunch of diagonal lines on them that wasnt even close to a snowflake whatsoever! What was horrible was that he pushed in and cut my cuticle on my left big toe and he kept putting this clear solution over my toes over and over which seeped in my cuticle and stung and hurt like crazy. Im probably going to get a cuticle infection because of how badly he injured my cuticle. (Will update if I get an infection.) The lady who priced out my visit was so nit-picky about pricing every little thing it was so annoying and I was fed up. Im so disappointed and sad about my pedicure, I hate it so much. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Customer service was horrible & their job worst! I asked them to fix a bad manicure & all of them got upset & talked between each other in their language... They hold my hand very rude & didnt even fix the problem!!! I just left frustrated because of all employees behavior... And on top of that NO manager to help me on a Sunday around 1:30pm... Whf!!!
