Ive never been so disappointed with a business without even going to the place first. I called this morning and asked if they had an available appointment for 11am. She asked what I needed? I said a fill. She asked if I had gel on, I said yes. She then asked how will you pay? cash? credit? check? I asked if it mattered? She said ok, ok, you can come now? I said no I will go at 11 because its my lunch break. But I will not be going there. She already it made it seem like she was going to do rush work and Ive never been asked how I will pay before. I immediately called somewhere else and they were the complete opposite so sweet and not pushy at all. Maybe better phone service will get you more customers.

I love going to Les nails and getting my nails done. I love Lyn, she is the best,takes notice of every tiny detail on my hands and does a fabulous job of making them look super clean and gorgeous when she is done. I have only been going to this salon for over 15-20 years since the beginning. They never raise the rates so I can give bigger tips.

Went in for pedicures. They don’t have pedicure chairs, it’s a very cheesy set up. The pedicure was so quick and the lotion for the 1 second rub, no massage, just a fast rub was so watered down. The pain job was terrible. The French manicure on the toes was uneven and the polish I got was streaky. Got a beautiful flower but it’s dead center of the tip of the toe so it looks way off. My daughter is now getting another pedicure since yesterdays was so bad.

This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to!!!!!! it looks like a 5 year old did my nails with their non dominant hand! On my toe the lady only did half of my toe nail. on my fingers she did the first coat horizontally and there were bubbles in it. The polish was on my skin and some parts were missing on my nails. Some of the workers there were rude like when i asked them to redo a nail because it was literally a joke how bad it was and then she gave me the stink eye. It seemed like they were in a rush to finish even though there was no one waiting. it is not worth the money you spend. it is better to do it your self or go to a better nail salon and spend more money because the manicures and pedicures are horrible!! never go to this spa!!!!!!!!!!1
