Dr banker is highly skilled and equally compassionate. He’s also fun! Nurse sherry is supportive. Seems to have the most up to date equipment. Been going to his father and to him for many years. Always feel safe in his care.

The best dentist that I know of. I had consultations at several other dentists, should have visited Creative Dental first and skipped the others. Dr. Banker took great care of me, will recommend to others.

Dr. Banker is a fabulous dentist, combining state-of-the-art work with a warm and caring personality. He spent two years rebuilding my mouth after a face-down fall, and this mouth is infinitely more appealing than the original was! In spite of his hectic schedule, Dr. B takes frequent courses to stay up-to-date with the latest in dentistry. He demands perfection of himself and gives his all to achieve it. We moved a few years ago to Randolph and sadly had to leave our favorite dentist, Dr. Joseph Banker. After a traumatizing experience my 8 year son had encountered here with the new dentist in Randolph, we decided to take him to the best dentist we have ever been to in order to show him that not all dentists are like the one he had a bad experience with. We needed to restore his trust in dentists. My son was nervous at first due to the bad experience he had just 1 week prior. Dr. Banker was so great with him. Anything that may sound too scary for him to hear, he simply talked to Dad privately. He filled a small cavity that my son had and my son didn’t even notice. The rest of the scary things that were talked about in front of my son by the other Dentist in Randolph, were confirmed to be non issues or not things that my son needed at the time. My son was so comfortable and even shared some laughs with Dr. Banker. Let’s just say that we will be making the 1hour drive to keep seeing the best dentist we have ever experienced! Thank you, Dr. Banker, for the amazing work you do and having the best bedside manner!

I’ve been to a handful of dentists over the years, mainly because I never was pleased with their service, and because I admit I am not the best with follow up appointments. I feel like my life changed since visiting Creative Dental. The staff is so heart warming, Dr. Banker is super knowledgeable and blunt sprinkled with wit and humor, far unlike any doctors I’ve met. His work is amazing. My teeth were riddled with stains and surface cavities, and we are currently taking steps to revitalize my smile. I’ve grown from never visiting the dentist to making my appointments well in advance, and even showing up early! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Dr. Banker is excellent in every way. Once when I commented on his enthusiasm, he said something to the effect of Dont you want your dentist to be really into teeth? He is great. However I am less than enthused with the receptionist, who at times can be rather abrasive.

I’ve been going to Creative Dental for 5-6 years now, and I can wax poetic with my experience. I had a terrible experience at my previous dentist which made me fear something I used to appreciate and look forward to. Dr. Banker and all his staff have made my whole life better by their kindness and great work alone. The office is comfortable and amenable. Everyone is kind and easy going. I feel respected at every step and put at ease when the nerves work themselves up. I don’t mean to oversell or sound insincere, but I have nothing ill to say. I used to cry at my old dentist because of how nasty and uncaring they were. Going to Creative Dental has been walking out of the dark and into light and fresh air for me. Dr. Banker is friendly, informative, extremely talented at what he does, and always does an excellent job explaining what he is doing and thinking. Unlike some dentists, he’s also very concerned about minimizing any pain. I’ve been going to him for the past 6 years, and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon. The office staff are also helpful and friendly, which is not always the case even with good care providers.

Its rare that one is happy to go to the dentist, but Dr. Banker is one of those rare cases where you actually look forward to your appointment. Not only does he have an amazing staff and a really caring and funny manner that makes you relaxed and comfortable but he does amazing work with efficiency and amazing pain management when necessary (speaking from a multiple root canal experience and from my moms experience with her implants.) I have no qualms in recommending him.

Love, Love, Love Creative Dental. Dr. Banker is super gentle and in tune with you - the slightest flinch and he stops to check if I am OK. The whole staff is wonderfully friendly and I love that I am the only person he is working on - my last dentist worked on 3 at a time. The topper is I finally have the smile Ive always wanted. He is a perfectionist. I recommend him to every one who asks.

What a refreshing way of dentistry, I am in the process of having work completed that was left unattended by my other dentist. I have 100% trust in Dr Banker, so much so that my wife now goes (she had a bad experience with her dentist after hers retired). my daughter who is 6 went with me for a procedure and she now has an appointment for a cleaning this month, her choice. the staff is awesome and Dr Banker is in a league of his own. Ive never been a huge fan of the dentist office (along with many others), but Dr. Banker makes the experience less painful. The office is a welcoming place and all of the staff are really friendly. As well as being a great dentist, Dr. Banker is a really funny guy too. Definitely made me dread going to the dentist a little bit less. If you are new to the area or looking for a new dentist I would definitely recommend Creative Dental Care.

So I have very high anxiety with dentists. Sounds cliche but I really had horrible experiences to make it worse with other dentist. Dr Banker and his team worked with my anxiety. They were so calm, professional and mostly patient with me. The bedside manners of both doctor and hygienist we’re impeccable. Outstanding! You don’t find that nowadays and to find it here has made my family and I life long patients. This team is so great that I refuse to see anyone else and through new babies, new carreer it was 9+ years I did not see any other dentist. Just went back yesterday and he has not changed. His work is absolutely perfect. He works with your insurance and budget. Gives you a plan to start working on a healthy smile. Still the same kind, professional and thourough dentist that I met 9+ years ago.

I have been going to Dr. Banker for 15 years and he is excellent. He redid my whole mouth from ugly silver fillings to beautiful white fillings. He is a true artist!

It is very difficulty for me to find enough good things to say about everyone at Creative Dental Care! I am one of those patients who was in complete fear of going to the dentist, and therefore stayed away for way too many years. Dr. Banker and his staff have been able to work with me to get me to the point that I am able to much more easily deal with my dental hygiene (still not totally fearless, I must say, but they are tremendously helpful and understanding). I would never have predicted any dentist could have so much success with me, and I am very grateful. He took the time to consult with me, and calmly but honestly explained my options for various issues. From Dr. Banker himself, to his fantastic hygienist Jess, as well as his assistants and receptionists, everyone is both professional and personable, helping to make my experience there be a positive one. A horrible dentist with horrible inexperienced hygienist, in westfield NJI was a left with a permanent damage with significant bone loss and thousands of dollars in expenses as I tried to fix the damage that went undetected from the dentist; not only that, he falsified his records to state that I did not reveal the names of doctors once he learned of the serious health issues I was facing (and still dealing with). His hygienist was also very unprofessional and an amateur. Not only she did not really clean my teeth (compared to other hygienists) but also mentioned she had to go for a massage at massage Envy so had to cut my time short. It seems thats the standard care and service across the board in that office. I dont know how this man got his license and this business.One positive : He has a nice office

Where do I start. I have never written a google review in my life but I had to for the experience I had with Creative Dental. From the front desk with Denise and Massiel to the hygienist Leah who cleans my teeth to Sherry who is the Assistant all the way up to Dr Banker my experience was nothing but exceptional. I was in bad shape. I had a very bad dentist prior to coming to Creative Dental. When I say bad within 2 days of my first appointment with Dr Banker he scheduled an in office anesthesiologist to put me under bc of the pain I was in due to poor past dental work I had while he worked on my teeth. He immediately got me out of pain which was crucial. Over the next 18 months we did cleanings, implants, posts, and crowns. I also did Invisline and Teeth Whitening. I am the person who truly hates going to the dentist. The anxiety alone kills me. Not once in 18 months did I feel any pain outside of just being sore after a dental procedure. The office always worked with me on appointments and payments and Dr Banker and his assistant Sherry were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this office and would never go to another dentist after this experience. I know I gave them 5 stars but if I could give them 100 stars I would.

We (my husband, 2 adult sons & I) have been patients for 0Over 7 years since I am now adding this to my 7 year old Google review. We just visited after a year hiatus for Covid-19. New hygienist, new better procedures. We will continue coming to Creative dental forever.I left this review in LinkedIn in Feb 2013:I recommend Dr B to everyone. I insisted that my adult children take the train from NYC (his office is right across the street from the Westfield station) to have Dr B do their dental work. And boy, are they glad to have followed Mamas advice. Not only was extensive dental work done perfectly, but root canals work was painless for my husband, my daughter-in-law and me AND when there was a bit of discomfort, DrB came in on Saturday to resolve the issue.No wonder Dr B a NJ monthly in Top Dentist year after year!
