My first visit was amazing and everything I thought I was looking for in a provider. My next visit left me in extreme pain for 5 days. Procedure before a long holiday weekend and assured if I needed anything I would get a response. I did not. Called during posted business hours with no response. Answering machine said call was being transferred and left a message. No response. I was told my phone number was not in my file and when they showed it to me my number was listed. I was told an alternate phone number was on the message but it wasn’t. No one tried my emergency contact to get a number. I was told my number was off by a digit but it wasn’t. At my visit they told me 2 other people had the same procedure with no issues. I was not those 2 patients. I was the patient who had an untreated infection. After 5 days of extreme pain I got the meds I needed to resolve the pain. In 24 hours I was feeling better. I received a lot of apologies with excuses and feel worried about any future experiences for me or any other potential client. Initial care was promising to turn out ….not so much. I waited for my second visit to write a review and was reluctant to be negative about a review but was sent a link after my follow up visit and at this point I cannot say anything positive unfortunately. I was hoping this was going to going to be what I experienced at my first visit.

I had a broken tooth and needed an emergency visit. I had just moved to the area so I didnt have a dentist yet.I called and they fit me in within 2 hours, even using their lunchtime to see me.The tooth needed pulled and start to finish 20 minutes, tops. Very gentle and painless. Very professional.My favorite part.... There was laughing and joking in the office, setting a very comfortable and light atmosphere for someone like me who gets nervous going to the dentist.Highly recommended.I found my new dentist!

I found Nexus dental to be very friendly, and honest. They explained my dental issues very thoroughly. They were good listeners, and were willing to work with me concerning billing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time visiting but I lost a filling and they were quick to get me in and get it fixed. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and they were very informative with every step of the process. I had not been to the dentist in years and they treated me as a individual not a dollar sign. I already made an appointment for a cleaning and look forward to seeing everyone at this office again.They all made going to the dentist very comfortable and did not make my anxiety flare up. I was hard to get numbed but they didn’t hesitate to make sure I was where I felt I needed to be on being numb.I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!!!

We had a gap in dental insurance, so I was looking for an office that had an in-house dental plan to get me through the year. I was happy to find Nexus Dental! I started taking my daughter too, and she is just as comfortable going as I am. We both love the state of the art x-ray machine, and I appreciate the text reminders for appointments.

From the kind front desk receptionist to the kind personable tech l and Dr. Blough is absolutely amazing! He gives you straight forward answers to your treatment and you can tell that he genuinely wants to help with your concerns and get you to where you need to be. I am super excited to start my journey with this team! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad I decided to come here !

They helped me same day and pulled. They were decent price compared to others. Super friendly and very clear with what all theyre doing and exact expenses. All around they are great, they will definitely be my dentist from now on.

My cleaning was very thorough, but quick thanks to the technology! I was asked multiple times if I had any questions or concerns we needed to address, just to make sure nothing was left out. I have a hard time taking dental X-rays, and they worked with me to make it as quick as possible! Would definitely recommend!

I hate going to the dentist because it’s often uncomfortable for me to get X-rays- Carmen was able to point out almost immediately why I had so much discomfort, after years of dentist telling me I had soft gums, and made getting X-rays almost painless!Dr.Blough made me feel like family and not a walking check book - amazing dentist and person.The Woman at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and very sweet!Highly recommend!

From front desk to doctor, the patient care here is unrivaled. I went in for an emergency visit, and have found my lifetime dentist. Laura is super friendly from the front desk. Carmen does a stellar job assisting Dr. Blough. However, Dr Blough is INCREDIBLE. He treats everything professionally but with a sense of humor. Obviously going to a dentist is seldom a pleasant experience, but if you’re going to have to be at one, I can’t help but recommend this all star team. They’ve created a patient for life by putting my needs and care above all else! Trust your family to them! They also have a cool little photo booth! If you’re better looking than me, you may actually use it! Haha.

Needed to schedule an appointment pretty fast, and Laura was able to squeeze me in the same week. The office was clean, modern and very comfortable. Dr. Blough was awesome! He genuinely cares about his patients and their dental health. Dr. Blough went over the procedure in detail to help me feel more comfortable. Definitely recommend using Nexus Dental.

The dentist scares me, a lot! I chipped my tooth at work and I was prepared to be strapped down and have my tooth ripped from my face.But no! They were so nice I wasn’t anxious at all! We will be seeing lots of each other and I feel totally comfortable coming to this office. They’re so nice!!

I highly recommend Nexus Dental in Westfield. The whole process was quick, easy and painless. I had two appointments within the last couple of weeks; the first was an initial exam, xrays and cleaning, the second a cosmetic appointment that I wish I would have done sooner. The facility is brand new, state of the art, well run and super conveniently located off 32 and 31 in Westfield. Dr. Blough is an awesome dentist. If you are looking for a new dentist, you can’t go wrong with Nexus Dental.
