All of the employees here are very nice and professional. They do not berate you if you have any teeth issues, which Ive encountered at my previous dentist. Also, they are very helpful on the phone!

I am in love with Westfield Smiles! IN LOVE! The team at the front desk are always welcoming and kind. I never have to wait and are seated right away each time! Dr Feret is very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Cardinale is so sweet and has the most gentle hands ever! I felt so relaxed in her chair as she fix an old filling. I recommend Westfield Smile to all my family and friends. I have nothing but good things to say about them!!

I went into Westfield Smiles after a one year hiatus because of Covid. Samantha was my hygienist who Is never had before. She was amazing. Informative, upbeat, courteous and professional. It was a very thorough cleaning and she worked very hard. She said my gums may be tender and told me what to do if they were ( they weren’t) she made sure I was comfortable and felt safe throughout the cleaning and she was so meticulous. I especially noticed when the polishing part came as she concentrated on every individual tooth and contour. I booked my next cleaning with Samantha that day! Well done Sam!!!

I have been coming to this practice for 11 years. Im always met with kindness. The staff are all very caring, helpful and comforting. If there is something i dont understand from my insurance company the staff take their time and explain it. My hygienist is Michelle! She is amazing! Her time and attention to detail in cleaning sessions are flawless. My entire family comes here. My son had his first cleaning here and my husband comes here too. Its hard to find a great family dentist like this one. Dr. Feret knows whats hes doing and gets the job done! The office manager is the most compassionate person and is very comforting and generous with her time. I cant say enough good things about this practice. Im relocating down South and just may fly up here a few times a year just to keep them as my dentists!

Like many others, I am not a fan of going to the dentist and will prolong the visit for as long as possible. However, after visiting an Ortho, I unfortunately had to face my fears and see a dentist. I’m so happy that the folks at Ocean’s Ortho recommenced this place. From making the initial appointment, to the cleaning/procedure (yeah, got a root canal done here), to processing payment - everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about everyone in thIs office. They talk you through every step and made sure you understand what’s being done and why. It alleviated most of my anxiety and made it painless. I highly recommend this place. Ana (Hygienist), Alice, Donna, Galia And Dr. Feret and Marks are amazing.

In fact, when my daughter was experiencing tooth pain two days before her wedding, they fit her in at a moments notice and were able to alleviate her pain. I went for a cleaning approximately two weeks ago with Rebecca and she was wonderful! Super sweet and super efficient. Now I’m just leaving from having a filling and Dr. Feret and Donna did amazing! I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect and it was over before I knew it and felt nothing! Barbara in the front is super sweet and helpful! Westfield Smiles is hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to. I have always had an extreme fear of dentists due to past traumatizing experiences, but Westfield Smiles changed that. The staff is professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable. There is absolutely no shaming. My hygienist, Samantha, is fabulous - she has been working with me to reduce and reverse my periodontitis. She is very encouraging, friendly, and always does an excellent job with my cleaning. Westfield Smiles also has an amazing dental plan for those without insurance and they do not recommend unnecessary work. I drive a half hour for my appointments and it is well worth it!

Im in my mid 50s with a family, so Ive experienced a number of dentists over the years, and I have to say that Dr. Feret is excellent. His staff, which is like a team, have always taken care us quickly, and comfortably. Exams and cleanings are always thorough and complete, and anytime any issues have come up, all the options are always very well explained. Emergencies have always been taken care of instantly. Outstanding.

From start to finish the hygenists, doctors and administrative/support staff I interacted with were friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. This, my first visit, I was warmly welcomed, given a quick introduction/tour and ushered into a comfortable room to fill out an in depth medical/dental questionnaire. They were thorough with my history, their scans and x-rays, cleaning and answering any and all questions I asked. It was a pleasure and I will be back for my 6 month cleaning in June! Thank you!!

This review is for a teeth cleaning, X-rays and checkup.This was my first time at this dentist and I had a great experience. I called to make the appointment and later to get directions, and both times the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The waiting room is nice, and I was seen in a timely manner. I was thrilled when the nurse actually went over all the paperwork I had done (as a new patient) with me. No one enjoys filling out pages of information, giving it to a person who doesnt even glance at it, and then asks you all the same questions over again.The office was modern and clean. Some of the equipment can be slightly awkward; some X-rays are standing up and there is no place to spit or rinse directly beside the chair. You do have a clear view of all of the X-rays and pictures on a nearby monitor, which is nice. The cleaning was done well, and throughout the visit the nurse clearly verbalized everything she was going to do before she did it.When I saw the dentist at the end, he looked over everything thoroughly and triple checked before making any recommendations. I was then given a the best goodie bag Ive ever gotten from a dentists office, and transferred to an administrator. She took the payment for the visit and gave me comprehensive pricing for the procedure that was recommended. I find that pricing in the medical community is often intentionally cryptic, so it was very refreshing to be in a office where it is handled in a very straight forward manner.I found all of the staff to be exceptionally thorough, and had a very good experience.

Came here as a new patient today. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Baraba at the front desk was very helpful, and the hygenist Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She was so informative and really took the time to thoroughly clean my teeth, and explain what I had going on with them, and even explained all my xrays to me. She told me what she was doing every step of the way. The woman who checked me out (I forgot her name, sorry!) was also great! Will definitely be returning. Big thanks to the great staff here!!

Ive been going to Dotor Feret for over 20 years- never had a bad experience. Use to live in Fanwood and have moved over 20 miles away, but wouldnt give up going to see Michele and Donna, who are amazing for cleanings or those hard to reach tooth cavities !

Dr. Feret and his team receive five stars in every category. As is not uncommon for someone my age, my gums would bleed whenever I flossed and were swollen due to neglect. It was no surprise when I learned that I had acute periodontal disease, which can carry bacteria through the blood to internal organs and can even lead to an early death. The clear consensus was that I needed scaling and root planing - and the result is amazing. For several months, there has not been one speck of blood and now my gums are back to normal. My hygienist Pam has many years of experience and did a superb job scaling and planing . She is very pleasant and highly knowledgeable and imparted much vital information. I was in good hands and was made to feel comfortable and important. Pam had an assistant during the procedure, and I was also examined by Dr. Feret and assisted by others on staff. They just may have saved my life.

I was very nervous going into my appointment but the nurses were very friendly and talkative to take my mind off my nerves. Also unlike other dentists Ive been to, the nurse here talked me through what was wrong with my tooth instead of nag at me. Shout out to Carmella !

From the moment I called, I got the five-start treatment. The receptionist, Alice, was very nice and attentive on the telephone -- something I find to be impossible in this day and age, when people dont listen and you have to repeat yourself.Then when I got to the office -- all the ladies who worked there were very pleasant. The customer service was phenomenal.Michelle was a wonderful hygienist. She took the time to share some natural dental tips like brushing with baking soda once a day and using a special rinse that they sell right in the office.Dr. Feret was great too. He and Michelle were both thorough and honest. I appreciated that some of my issues werent urgent as other dentists made them seem in the past.Now, as a super bonus, Id like to say, they gave out all natural Spry dental gum and lollypops made with Xylitol -- not sugar.And it gets better ... unlike some dentist offices, its nearly impossible to get a convenient appointment. But Westfield Smiles has perfect hours to suit my busy schedule.I look forward to doing more business with them. Can you imagine saying that about a dentist?! Well, its true -- I really did have a five star dental experience.

I have been going to Dr. Feret since 2009. It started with just a tooth ache, but through his and Pams determination, the ilk that was in my mouth is on the decline. Little did I know that I had Periodontal Disease, a very aggressive disease that can make your teeth fall out. If it were not for Dr. Feret and Pam, I would be wearing dentures right now. The staff here use not only conventional dental techniques, but also cutting edge processes, including bacteria DNA matching technology. This is how I found out I had the most aggressive form of the disease I have.The folks at Dr. Ferets office are very kind, knowledgeable, and will work with you to ensure you get exactly what you need, and to ensure you are satisfied with your care. I highly recommend Dr. Feret to anyone who needs a fantastic dentist!!!
