I always have wonderful experience with this dental office. Receptionist and dentist are awesome! Their hygienist was very gentle and thorough with my recent cleaning. With all my past appointments I rarely have to wait. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I love lasting impressions! I started going here in my mid twenties and never had a good experience at a dentist until Lasting impressions! The staff are always so nice and welcoming! Dr.Flannagan always answers my questions in ways I can understand and talks me through the process. I’ve had a couple fillings and both times have been so quick and pain free. I moved out of carmel and still drive 45 minutes to the office because my experience has just been so great! I’ve told several people about lasting impressions and highly encourage you go here if you are looking for a new dentist! You will not be disappointed. The best care and the best staff in town!

After years of avoiding the dentist because of a bad experience and fear I have finally found my new home! Lasting Impressions is the best there is hands down. Our entire family goes (13, 23, 25, 47, 50 and soon my mom will go too, shes 73). No matter what age, what level of care you need or what your level of comfort is, Dr. Kevin and his team will take care of you and make you feel like family. They work with you financially and are supportive and compassionate when you have to reschedule. Every single member of the staff is warm and professional. We will never go anywhere else!

One of the best Dental staffs I have ever dealt with. Dr Flannigan is a genuine person and will give it to you straight on what changes you should make to better your smile. This is honestly the first dentist that I didn’t dread going to. I am lucky to have found them in my time of need and thankful for the help they have given me to get me on the right track to a healthy smile!

My crown broke over the weekend and my regular dentist was on vacation. By Gods grace Dr Flanigan got me in first thing Monday morning and resolved the issue. My experience was definitely 5 stars. The ENTIRE staff was very friendly and helpful. I just can’t express how happy I was with everything.

In the time of COVID it’s a relief of how safe you feel at a dentist office! Lasting Impression staff take cleanliness seriously. Chairs are cleaned before being seated for dental work, staff remove gloves between working on teeth and typing notes on the computer, and they even have medical grade air purifiers. I’m a long time patient and have always felt Lasting Impression has done a thorough job cleaning and caring for my teeth and taught me to have a deeper understanding of oral health.

As usual my cleaning today was great! The staff there is wonderful. I have had several hygienists during my time there and all have been great. I have learned better ways to take care of my teeth. Things I hadn’t been told by other dental providers. Side note, I continue to see them even though their office is not as convenient since I work from home now.

This was a 6 month visit. The office was set up so I did not encounter any other patients. I checked in & had a temperature check and then back for a cleaning. Everyone was pleasant and there was no wait. That had all the health safety standards handled and I noticed an air purifier in the exam room.Kristina the dental assistant and Dr Flannagin were great!

Went in yesterday for my cleaning and x-rays. The office was very clean and staff was friendly. Hygienist was gentle and did a nice job with my cleaning. I don’t love going to the dentist but this place is not intimidating at all. Dr Flannagan is easy to talk to and he took his time discussing my exam. I would highly recommended this office.

I recently moved to the area and scheduled a new patient appointment for my entire household. They were able to get us in very quickly. The first appointment was super thorough. The doctor actually sat down with a copy of the x-rays and a computer graphic of my teeth and went over everything going on. This was great because I knew we were getting on the same page so there would not be surprises in the future. He explained to me what he saw and what he thought a long term plan for preventative care would be. The hygienist then came in and did a great job; she was on the same page as the dentist, gentle but performed a good clean, and did a good job of explaining what she was doing. We will be returning for future appointments and I would recommend Lasting Impressions to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My appointment yesterday at Lasting Impressions Family Dental was the first appointment of any kind I’ve had since early March when everything closed due to the coranvirus pandemic. I was a little apprehensive about whether or not it was safe to go. However, as soon as I arrived I was very impressed by the safety measures they had in place. Dr. Flannagan took the time to explain all the changes they have made to ensure the safety of their patients and staff which I really appreciated and put me at ease. The entire staff here is so amazing! I have been going here ever since I moved to Carmel appreciate how great they are. During cleanings they are very thorough and take the time to properly explain everything they are doing. Dr. Flannagan is also wonderful at his job. Last year i had to go in for an emergency wisdom teeth removal. the pain was too much and was affecting my work. they were glad to help me in my time of need and helped me. ive been going here ever since. Kevin is kind, patient, and very thorough with explaining my treatment plan. they are not pushy on any work, they really care about whats best for your teeth. nothing but smiles and good attitudes in that building. i highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work.

Both my husband and I have been thoroughly impressed by the care and professionalism at Lasting Impressions with Dr. Flannagan and his staff! They are personal and friendly! I feel educated and equipped after every visit. The staff has also helped me work out issues with my insurance and I never feel like decisions are being made over my head. The staff communicates with me at the beginning of each visit what I should expect. I feel like they go above and beyond what is expected!

I just went for my first visit. Everyone was very kind, efficient, and the cleaning was gentle but very thorough--so thorough that I was reminded of a couple of gaps near my gums!Follow-up: I went in yesterday 22 weeks pregnant to have a 10 year old crown replaced, and Dr. Flannagan was very sensitive to my pregnancy/comfort. The staff was congratulatory and wonderful as always!

I hate going to the dentist but the staff at Lasting Impressions completely changed my perspective. They have great new technology that my old dentist did not which made my overall experience much more pleasant. They are knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt like they were trying to sell me a service I didnt need. Its nice when a Dr. spends as much time talking with you as Dr. Flannagan does! I brought my 3 year old son in for an exam and x-ray after a nasty fall left one of his front teeth bent inward and possibly damaged. Dr. Kevin Flannagan and his staff were very attentive, informative and reassuring in an otherwise stressful situation. Not only did they get us in quickly, the care we received was professional yet compassionate. The extra reassurance and information provided let me know we were in good hands with Lasting Impressions Family Dental.

I went here for three years and generally always had a feeling I should go elsewhere. After a cavity turned into a tooth extraction in the middle of getting the cavity drilled, I never went back again. I wouldnt advise going here. There are better options in Carmel.

Dr. Flannagan uses some very cool technology in his office like a cameras to show you before and after pics of the work he has done. Also, a TV directly overhead so I dont miss Judge Judy while having my annual cleaning. Friendly, professional, courteous, clean, brand new facility and equipment. Must go to Lasting Impressions in Carmel.

The dentist wants only those new patients who can take an xray with him. They recommend an xray without even physically examining. I declined to proceed.

I live an hour + away, but because Dr. Flannagan and his staff are friendly and professional, I dont mind the drive down. Its important for me to connect and have trust in my doctors.
