The whole experience took 5+ hours and cost $204. that seems extremely expensive, but I felt bad that the stylist had to stay late to finish so I paid the full amount and left a nice tip. Once I got home and was really able to digest the finished product, I was beyond upset. The coloring isnt fully finished and needs to be fixed...and the stylist got hair dye all over my clothing, but thats not even the main issue. The basic haircut I asked for looks unfinished and sloppy. It actually looks deliberately bad. The fact that a stylist could accept $204 and send someone home this way is APPALLING and flat out wrong. All trust in your brand has been lost.I am asking for a refund because this whole experience has been sloppy, unprofessional, and highway robbery to be honest. I tried to be nice, but it seems as though everyone is just brushing me off because they dont want to deal with it. I am a customer who is seriously upset.All I want is a refund so I can get this fixed somewhere else and I will be out of your hair. No pun intended.

I have often left with a completely different haircut than what I’ve asked for. That wouldn’t be too bad if they had done specifically what I asked them not to do.But most annoying is that apparently some of the stylists at this Supercuts are “not comfortable cutting women’s hair. So can you actually come in a this other time when a stylist who can cut women’s hair is here?” Are you kidding? So a woman can’t get her hair cut at this salon at a time that’s convient for her. And I’ve now wasted a few extra hours of my life waiting around because I mistakenly thought the hours posted online were for all costumers, not just men.

Been going to this Supercuts location for many years, the best stylist there is Fabiola, she is just as her name suggests, Fabulous!!! This location has gone through new ownership and leadership and is even better now. Everyone that goes here is very happy and parking is convenient plus they have all the best products in stock! Definitely the best Supercuts in the area and reasonably priced as compared to other local salons. Don’t forget to ask for Fab and tell her Richie sent you!

This Supercuts has been my go to hair stylists for years. The staff is always professional, courteous and always willing to answer all my questions and concerns, especially during this pandemic. Their salon is clean and has see through curtains separating their work stations, which helps keep it from feeling claustrophobic. I will continue to use this Supercuts and have to congratulate the Fabiola, the Salon Manager, for making our visits comfortable and fun.

Thanks to Fabiola for another wonderful experience at this Supercuts. All the staff greet you at the door and are always helpful with all of my salon needs. They are very accommodating and always give a five-star experience. I always look forward to getting my hair done here and look forward to future visits.

Made an appointment using the app. Get to the store and told they’re not taking appointments and it was going to be an hour wait. Left and went to the local barber for a little more $$.

I feel safe during this time in their facility. They are folowing safety guidelines while maintaining a friendly comfortable atmosphere. Fabby is the hairdresser that works with me she has been working with me for a while she is very understanding to my condition of lupus and leukemia I had some patches of hair fall out due to this and she never lets me go without a hair cut that is covering the patches and that I am happy with. She has boosted myself esteem while going through this hard time in my life. it’s nice to have someone care enough to make sure I have a cut that I am happy with it helps with my recovery not worrying about someone staring at me cuz of hair loss patches I would recommend this place to anyone. We love the Westfield Supercuts! I take my finicky 3yr old here for cuts monthly and we always love the cuts he gets. They’re patient when he starts squirming, very gentle with him, and I love how the cut comes out.

Fabi was amazing with my 4 year. She was nervous but Fabi took care of her. I loved the way she cut her hair.

Ive been going to Supercuts in Westfield for nearly 2 years now. I know they can get quite busy, so I always check in via their website and never have had to wait more than 10 minutes. I previously received a haircut from the first available stylist there. However, now I always see Elizabeth. Shes always very pleasant and we have a nice conversation while she cuts my hair.She does an excellent job and I definitely recommend!

My daughters are regulars. Today was my first experience here. Very pleased! Friendly, professional and got a great cut. Excellent value.

This week I walked in this location. First time ever. Got a haircut and a beard shape up. AT the beginning I was very tense. But after 5 minutes, I realized the I was in good hands. Vianey gave me one of the coolest haircut ever, and a super duper beard shape up, I walked away with a higher self esteem. She is very courteous, Very encouraging, and highly professional. Have been to this salon 2 times in the past 6 months.I had a terrible experience this past weekend. Two members of the staff yelling at one another, escalating a personal fight in front of at least 6 customers. I spent over $100.00 for services + tip. I ran out of there. PS my haircut is awful. Nothing like what I’d shown the stylist and about 2 inches shorter (bob) than I’d requested. With all the verbal fighting that was going on (my stylist was fighting while they were cutting my hair) I did not voice my opinion and just wanted to leave ASAP. I will NEVER go back. Save your money if you are looking for professional atmosphere at your salon.

This place allows you to reserve a time online for a cut however when you arrive, they dont honor the reservation. Barber did not understand the difference between a scissor cut and a clipper/buzz cut. The two people working were rude and discussed previous customers in a derogatory manner. They received a phone call while I was waiting for my son,someone asking if they had barbers come to the home. The person who answered the phone was quite rude and condescending. (I know that some people are homebound. That doesnt mean they dont need services such as haircuts. They dont deserve to be treated derisively.) I will look for another barber for my son. The best part about this place is their convenient location and ample parking.

My husband and I used to love this place. It was affordable, fast, and super convenient. Alberto did a fantastic job and everyone loved him. HOWEVER, he is clearly no longer there and the quality and customer service is no where near what it was.My husband got a simple buzz cut and the hairdresser cut into his neck so badly with the clipers he was bleeding. It was horrific. I added a picture. They gave him burn cream that expired in 2013 and didnt make him pay. When I stopped in to find out their insurance info (he had to be seen by a doctor it was so bad) the manager was rude, unhelpful, and could only tell me to call corporate. She didnt even have a contact number. Instead she told me to Google it. Completely unacceptable in my opinion.Ive written a lot of reviews, usually all very positive but I had to change this one to more accurately reflect how bad this place has gotten. We will never return.

The price is the driver that gets me in a chair here at the Westfield Supercuts every time. While the staff rotates quite frequently, the men’s cut is usually decent and wait times are minimal if you call ahead and avoid the busy times. This is a strictly price choice for me as many other men’s barber shops are too high for my taste.

I walked in at 6:30 and was out by 6:48, the young lady didnt care about styling or shaping my hair. She simply just kept cutting and cutting, worst haircut Ive ever received. And for the price it IS NOT worth your time or money, totally avoid this location.

Worst haircut of my life! Not the length I asked for. Uneven on top. Fade was absolute garbage. Back was crooked. I would have noticed before I left but the chair was too far away from the mirror, which was also hanging crooked. And I was not offered a mirror to check the back. I honestly dont know how a simple mens cut could be so terrible.Good news is I went home and had to recut my hair and it turns out I give a better cut then any Ive ever recieved at a place like this. So I think Ill save a lot of money going forward and avoid another hack job like I received here.

What a disaster!!!! Stopped in to get my bangs trimmed as I have a big business meeting tomorrow. I clearly stated that I wanted them trimmed to just above my eyebrow. The stylist also asked if I wanted them cut straight across which I affirmed. She cut them at least a half inch above my eyebrow in to the middle of my forehead and were uneven!! When I asked why they were uneven she said it was because she layered them. I reminded her about what we agreed on moments before and she admitted that she deviated. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was clearly unhappy and upset to say the least. I know they will grow out but for the next few weeks I have to look like a grade schooler whos Mom gave her a bad haircut. And to add insult to injury, she made me pay!!! I know this is Supercuts and you get what you pay for but it was just trimming bangs. Isnt that hairstyle 101?? Isnt that taught on the first day of beauty school?? Lesson learned. Stay away from this butcher shop.

Always a good cut. I used to go to expensive salons, but was tired of paying exorbitant amounts of money for upkeep of a short hair cut. Tried Supercuts Westfield on a whim and loved it! Both Kim, and now Alberto have cut my hair with great results. LOVE paying $15 instead of $65-$100 for a good cut.

For $16+ Id expect a damn good haircut. Instead, Im looking like an oompa loompa from SUPER-uneven-CUTS. The towelettes they give you arent even used properly to remove hair lying on your neck/face, it is just to make them seem fancy. There should be a 0 stars option, this place has a whack price for their rushed cuts.

The website says they close at 9pm and no appointment is need for dry cuts. I get all the way there and at 7.15 pm they tell me (with rude manners) they’re not accepting any more customers.Playing with people’s time, don’t trust what they say on the website.

Horrible customer service the minute I walked into the door. Waited over 5 mins before even being acknowledged. Finally Fabiola welcomes me and asked what I was looking to get done. I wanted a simple hair trim, shampoo, deep conditioner, and blowout. The place was empty and it was only her and another co-worker (Dana - an older African-American lady) working the store. Fabiola asked Dana if she wanted to style me. Dana who I hadnt even noticed sitting in her stylist chair the entire time - who could have checked me in or greeted me this entire time... She puts her phone down, looks at me up and down and flat out says No. Fabiola and I looked at each other completely stunned. I have never seen anyone behave so rudely to a customer in my entire life. ESPECIALLY when you are being asked to do your job! I was very ready to leave, and not give this place any of my business. Fabiola quickly came and apologized and said that she would do my hair. She even took off the deep conditioning price OFF my receipt. I know, Fabiola was only trying to lighten the mood (after apologizing for her co-workers RUDE behavior), however I felt uncomfortable the entire visit here!Fabiola did a great job with my hair trim, and blow up. After reading the other reviews here and the horrible experience I had soon as I entered this place, I was afraid I was going to leave with my head looking horrible! I wish I could give more stars but that customer service really has me never wanting to come back here!Please get Dana out of there! Clearly she is in the wrong profession and has no value for any customer service! She was rude, impolite, and made me feel uncomfortable from the minute she said she wouldnt do my hair. Im actually glad she didnt do my hair at all. Fabiola was great, and I know she tried to mend the situation, however that was the most horrible experience, I have ever experienced in my life!

Checked in one hour ahead, and got there at the time she said. Waited another 30 minutes, and got a lecture from the stylist on how shes the only one there. I will never ever go near a Supercuts again. Rude, poor service, and they dont want my business. Only one star because zero or negative arent options.

I had made an appt., or a call ahead, when I get there they told me another 20 minutes, I told the lady I was going to grab something next door because I was under the impression, making an apt would mean that you would be taken somewhere near the time you had reserved. I ran next door to grab my son something to eat, back in 10 minutes. I walk in and she tells me another 20 minutes. All the while I am trying to get this done on a lunch break. I have been going to the Supercuts in Westfield for 5 years after the experience today I will never go back.

I called after one to book my mother a spot. The lady on the phone told me that there are 3 people ahead of me and the LATEST they would be done is 230. So I arrived on time... One man was in a chair God knows how long before I got there and didnt leave until 45 minutes after I left and all he wanted was a trim. He looked like alf Alfa once he left as there was long hairs sticking out the top of his head. All of the stylists took their time, one man took 25 minutes to go get warm towels from the back, while theres 4 people waiting for a cut. He came back and asked for my moms name as if he was getting ready to cut her hair ( this was after an hour wait) and then a man walked in and he took him right away . Another lady and her daughter walked in and Danielle smiled at them and said omg hi ! Good to see you I cant wait to cut your hair!! And apparently she had called ahead as well. Sounds accurate, because my call in time was 230 and this lady walked in after 3. They are very snotty and inconsiderate of your time. I wanted to try this location out but Ive had WAY better customer service at cranford and Woodbridge . I also asked for their corporate number and Alberto gave me the number TO THEIR STORE.

I called them and scheduled a time and reached on time. They kept me waiting for 45 mins without a word. Then they called me to sit and cut my hair like trash without a single word. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN
