Jesse hooked me up good on a really nice cut! He expertly crafted exactly what I asked for and was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back! The atmosphere in this shop is on point! You could tell that all of the barbers were good at their craft. Not only that, they made a great space for both adults and kids to get a great haircut.

Chuey also does a fantastic job on both my boys. He is very patient with them and knows what cut works best with their hair type. Straight up the best barber in town. Everyone at Barber 32 is awesome and the atmosphere is fun and kid friendly.

They have posted on their website that walk ins are available but when you walk in your not even greeted your treated like you shouldnt be there and get told you should have booked online rudly and that all of the workers are booked up well dont post walk ins as availableOption on your site and act unprofessional when your customer walks in. I like supporting local owned small businesses but Ill never be back, last hair cut there was 25$ and all the others it had been 20$ and the service only got worse, best of luck barber 32

Chuy was excellent! We took our 14-month-old in for his first haircut and he was very patient and did a great job of making the haircut a good experience. Shop was very clean and had a great vibe! All staff extremely friendly and nice! We will definitely be back and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Besides, their shop was a very good place to visit, for it was clean, comfortable, and their way of servicing was excellent. Staff was polite and courteous, no wait on the walk-in. Haircut came out looking fine, but wasnt remotely what I asked for and showed in a picture (of myself). Hair was at least 4 inches longer in the picture.Problem was, without my glasses, didnt notice how short it was getting until it was too late. Again, cut is fine, looks good, but not what I asked for.If youre a new customer, and blind without your glasses, wear contacts or ask for them back now and again lol.

I went in today as a walk-in at 5:50pm, they close at 6:30pm. Three of the barbers were cutting hair, a fourth was sitting in his chair playing on his phone. The barbers were too busy talking about cameo and sports to even acknowledge that I had come in. I sat down and waited 10 minutes, one barber finished up and disappeared into the back. The one in his chair started to leave and asked if one others was going to cut his hair, and decided to stay. He sat back down in his chair and resumed playing on his phone. I would understand if they were appointment only, and would have said that, but they didnt. The website says walk-ins welcome, apparently not. I have been there before and was treated good, only reason it is two stars instead of one. This time I was not. I have started going back to them out of convenience, to be honest they charge more than anyone else I have gone to in the area. They were conveniently on my way home from work, and made it easy to stop in. They are not that convenient, and I will find another place to go.

I drive from Cicero to here. Never a bad experience and staff is awesome. Always feel welcome and LOVE booking on the app. Eli my man you nailed it. Modern, 20s through 30s age group. Nice to have a place with a chill vibe.

Got in on fairly short notice, which was a nice surprise post quarantine. Very pleasant experience. Kate did my hair and she asked a few questions and confidently made suggestions which I went with. Efficient cut, good conversation, enjoyable and clean atmosphere. Good looking haircut, too. Seems like a great crew that’s there. Definitely recommend this place based on my first experience. I’ll certainly be back.

I am now sold on this place. I went to see Katie and she did a wonderful job! Its so nice to have a Barber shop that seems to actually care about my hair. I didnt mind the conversation at my old place, but they didnt seem to care how my hair turned out. On top of the actual result, the store was very clean and modern. This will be the barbershop I now recommend.

The haircut was fine but I was totally shocked that neither of the barbers were wearing masks when I came in nor was the other customer in the chair. Kate immediately put a mask on when I requested it but the other barber totally ignored me, well within 6 feet of my chair. It is well documented now that Coronavirus is transmitted by people breathing on others and that masks are highly recommended when safe distance cannot be achieved. A barber shop or hair salon is definitely a place where safe distance is not possible. I actually thought masks were required in Indiana for barber shops but if not they should be. From now on I will ask first.

I left a similar Carmel establishment due to inappropriate comments by the staff. This new joint takes the best from the other place and adds to it by employing a very nice and enjoyable crew. Haircuts are always great and pricing is right on par. Highly recommend (just dont go on Saturday so I dont have to wait for a chair)!

I went in for simple haircut, was absolutely butchered! All I needed was a little off the top and trim, taper the sides and back. If the trim was any higher I would have had a burr. Very unhappy, would never recommend this barber.

I have been here a few times now. I have loved my experience every time. The staff are solid and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. It is also super convenient that all appointments are done online and allow me to plan ahead and avoid the wait.

Ladies and Gentlemen I am happy yo announce after a 2 year tireless search for a new barber I have found one. Morgan did a fantastic job with little to know explanation as to what I was wanting. My hard part was ACTUALLY heavy, no random hairs longer than the other. I dare say perfection. To add to this, tha barbers are all great conversationalists who can read a room, provide great atmosphere for the lone person or families that stop in for a new cut. No longer will i have to drive around the central Indiana area because I have found the grail!

I had never been to a barbershop before but new I wanted to try one. It wasn’t like the type of barbershop your grandfather went to, it was modern and was just right for me. It was one of the best haircuts I have ever had and probably the best shave I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend them.

Ive been to the shop three times now. In December for a haircut. Again in January for another, then yesterday for a trim and neck shave. All three times with Chuy.The first two experiences were good. Good cuts, no issues. Then yesterday after my trim, which took all of 7 minutes, Chuy tallied up my bill (website and price board both said $10.00), on his phone and told me it was $10.00. I handed him a $20. I was floored when he asked if I need any change back.Who the hell leaves a 100% tip?Really? This was my last trip to Barber Shop 32.

Wandered in here after work one day the month they opened, after a coworker recommended I go see Eli. The atmosphere is a perfect mix of classic barber experience with a touch of modern. The price is right on point for the experience as well! I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.
