I ask for a simple cut because it is all I want. When they do extra stuff, especially when they mess it up, it is very annoying. Even after the attempt to fix it, it is still not what I want. My hair looks uneven and poorly trimmed, and Im not sure there is even enough left to take somewhere else. Very dissatisfied with this location and with the stylist. Additionally, that neck trimmer actually cut me and caused me to bleed.

I been going here for about a year. When this store reopened after lock down I stopped coming here because of the lack of safety precautions. When the new store manager started I heard they were wearing masks and following safety precautions. I been going since she took over always get a great haircut. I will be going here as long as I feel safe

Used the check in online feature and was able to walk right in and get helped without a wait. Masks are required at this time. Staff is always friendly and they do a good job!

Brand new Sport Clips in Westfield! Beautiful store and plenty of parking. Staff are all very friendly and experienced. MVP signature service for men is outstanding! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a mens/boys cut. Location is perfect for this area and easily seen from St. RD 32 across from the Kroger Plaza.

Tried them out, when my usual barber was closed for a holiday. Online check-in was easy. Saw my name on the board as soon as I walked in. Got in faster than the estimate, since a few people on the board werent there. Haircut was fast and looked good. Since it was my first time, I got the MVP upgrade for free. Wasnt planning on a massage or shampoo, but it was nice (and not terribly more than just the haircut when paying full price). Would definitely go again.

I came in on a busy day a little late and last minute. Courtney and Robin was there. Courtney was absolutely awesome at what she does and both of them are some of the most polite people Ive ever met. I will be more than happy to drive an hour north of where I live past 5 other locations to come here! I will request and recommend anyone to request one of these 2 stylist!!!

Walked in today at 3:45pm and immediately got a haircut. Big Robin was fantastic!! Got the MVP and feel GREAT!!! Highly recommend - friendly and clean!!!

Been going here since they opened. Ran off the old manager and most of the crew that started the place up. Overworked, over booked and lost the quality of the team.

Completely rude employees. Would love to have the owners information, can’t seem to get a manager on the phone.

In a word - Rude. One particular stylist pretended not to hear me nor see me. The others seemed uncaring, unfriendly. My sons and I walked out. We went to the one in Carmel. Friendly and professional! Westfield - almost empty. Carmel - busy. I wonder why...

I went this morning and left after realizing that stylists dont wear masks during the pandemic. It doesnt seem very health conscious.

Always great hair cuts for my son. He loves this place. They listen to their customers and always try for the best! They also send out coupons.

Stylists have complete disregard for small children and waiting customers.1) The conversations between the stylist have been inappropriate for the small children who are here.2) The stylist are moping around like the place is empty, but the line of customers waiting is quite long, a little hustle would be appreciated.3) To be fair, I’ve had much better experiences here at other times but this one is quite awful.

Had a great experience here just like I have had at the one in Carmel. The staff were very friendly and helped me decide on the best way to cut my very messy hair. There was literally no wait, which was nice. As of now I don’t think this Sports Clips gets a lot of traffic. No complaints with my visit.

Right price, good service. Fairly consistent. New location seems to be much more consistent with notes from previous visits.

I love it every time I go in. Super polite staff, only problem is that there is usually a significant wait if you dont sign in online.

Check in online for the westfield location. Says 16min wait. On my way to location I get a text notification at 12:37 saying stylist will be ready with in 10 min. Arrive at 12:40 for one stylist to decide to take a break leaving me waiting until 1 when I decided I had enough. Disapointed to say the least. Other stylist didnt seem to care and spent more time chatting with people not getting hair cut then paying attention to customers.

Brittany is the worst. Trim the top is not take it all the way to less than half inch. I came in w 2 inches. Horrible. She should’ve paid me for that service.She even started w I won’t take that much off. We can always shorter. Shorter?? You would’ve had to use clippers.Never going again.I would give negative stars if I could.

They have butchered my husband’s hair more than once, and clearly have no idea what they’re doing when cutting little boy’s hair. My son’s haircuts have turned out awful twice now. I wouldn’t advise going to this location.

The people were awesome, the hair cut and beard trim were terrible! Came home and had to fix multiple things that were missed. Side burns weren’t blended at all, mustache wasn’t touched, underside of beard not touched, multiple spots on tip of my head missed and uneven. For the price I pay for a hair cut, this place was horrible!
