If you need a hand saw to cut up a giant tree this is the place to rent one

If I could give no stars I would. I called 6:00 the evening before. They do not reserve for pickup so they told me they have one in stock. I borrow a truck, drive here at 6:00am to find out the one “available” today is not expected back until 5:00pm. Horrible horrible service. When I tried to question the guy working, the same one I talked to yesterday about his definition of “available”, he would not even look at me.

I have been waiting for service for more than 20 minutes. Tool rental was great, but I did the work not the the slow employees if Westerly Home depot.
