My husband and I were practically ready to divorce when we decided to give therapy a chance. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. I was having problems with my fiancé so I decided to find someone to talk to. Pablo heard me out on the phone right away and I got an appointment to come see him. I didnt think I could change so fast but I did. It was really helpful.

The most unprofessional therapist office I have ever came across. From the very beginning it was a complete mess.No one ever answers the phone and when I received a call back I was put with someone who was only available one day who told me they couldn’t book my appointment yet because they still didn’t have the office space yet. I later booked a therapy session with the owner and was TEXTED a hour later that “it would be better if I seeked care somewhere else” because I did not answer him in a hour, even though I have proof that I replied within the minute after the text was received. After explaining to the owner how unprofessional it was for him to tell me to “look elsewhere” and that if availability was an issue he could’ve stated that from the start, it would’ve been understandable. He later tried to say that he couldn’t take me because my insurance still wasn’t “working” but said that they accepted my insurance . I verified that they accepted my insurance and that my insurance was active ( I called to make sure when receiving this message). He denied me service without a reasonable explanation. As a person who works in the medical field, I have never seen or came across a situation like this. This is very unfortunate because this is the type of behavior that is coming from the OWNER of a facility that treats patients that are recommended with mental illnesses. It’s unfortunate that other companies could refer a therapist that denied service to someone who could’ve really needed the help.

My daughter refused to go to school every single morning and when she did go, I was called at work every day to pick her up. Since working with Pablo, she has learned to deal with her feelings and has started to make friends. Id recommend Pablo for any mom thats having problems with their kids. He was understanding and flexible and really took the time to understand or situation.
