Great! These guys had me in and out in about an hour. Its not obvious what you have to do for service but once you have your appointment, when you arrive you pull up to one of the garage doors that are side by side and they open automatically and you pull inside where you wait in line in your car. They walk you through the rest. They seem very organized and keep you informed throughout the process.

I have been taking my car here for ten years and thought I had found an honest place. But alas, no.I dropped off my Scion on Thursday afternoon and was told that a certain part might not be available till the following Tuesday. But less than 2 days later, on Saturday morning, the advisor called to say that the car was ready for pick-up. When I got into the car I noticed that it had been driven 62 miles! Since my call was not returned on Saturday, I called the service manager on Monday. Rather than admitting that the car was being used, he gave me a totally implausible story about how every car gets a 20 mile road test after any engine work. So since 3 services were listed as having been done, that accounted for the 60 miles. Except that 2 of the engine services were replacing internal parts for which the engine had to be taken apart. So, in 30 hours, the engine was taken apart, put back together, tested; taken apart again, put back together, tested; then the transmission was flushed. And I guess tested again.Maybe they shouldnt have the invoice list the same mileage going out as coming in, and hoping that nobody notices the difference.

Went here for a oil change regular maintenance required, when I opened the hood to replace one of my light bulbs notice they left the filter cap open, and the tube to the filter pulled off? I would think the dealer did a better job but seriously? If I never opened my hood to check this could of been serious. Notice the coolant was never refilled, now I’m thinking was there anything done that I paid for? Waited 2 hours for service, just to notice the sensors are pulled off and intake filter caps left open? Shame to have Toyota service people so unprofessional, what if something happened to me because of your lack of repair?

I brought in my 2007 Prius to Westbury Toyota Service twice for major work on the car. The car needed a new electronic dashboard and a new water pump. Every person I came into contact at this location was professional and genuinely friendly. From the very accommodating person who scheduled my appointment to the mechanic who greeted me to my advisor (shout out to Andrew!), every one was mindful of my needs and fun to interact with. They even have a quiet waiting room area, which merits another star in itself.Each time I visited the repairs took more than a day and in each instance they loaned me an awesome, brand-new Prius (once for an entire weekend.)When they installed my dashboard, the mechanics broke a vent. But they made me aware of it, and when I brought it back they fixed it without issue. I was back on the road in 45 minutes.I cannot understand the negative reviews here. They must be visiting a different service center than the one I experienced.

Bought my truck to get fix they said it might take a couple days went all the way home and they called me to come back. Came back and realized that one of their workers stole a Apple Watch out the vehicle and the manager said there is nothing they can do about it meanwhile I can See the location on the watch I just Think that’s really nasty behavior and says a lot wow!

I took my 2014 Toyota for routine maintenance a week ago. The shop made a few recommendations including tire realignment, rotation, changing brake fluid, etc. I spent $1,000...Two days later after not having driven the car on Sunday, my tire pressure light goes on for the first time in a long time, I take it back to the shop, they tell me my wheel rim is bent and I needed to replace it...the price over $200. I took it to my local tire shop, they fixed it for me no problem for $50.Feel free to go here if you want to get ripped off.

I had an issue with the 70k maintenance procedure and shane comacho was a decent service rep that helped me with my needs and suggested transmission oil dump and wiper blades change and oil change and tire rotation.also decided on coolant fluid swap.

I would like to express my disappointment for my experience . After being called several time I decide to go for revision and inspection . After almost 2 hours of waiting they told me one of the tire had a problem and they told me to change it and pay 200$ Otherwise they would have failed the inspection. No explanation or options were given until I ask to speak with the supervisor which decides to apply what is called “costumer care “. After that another 2 hours of waiting they give me the car back and on my way out I notice that they did no do the inspection . After going back they told me that they change the mechanic and forgot to do it ( however they did not forget to charge it and make me pay for it ) . After another 45 minutes of waiting I am able to get my car back with the products I paid for . Starting time 9.30 am, end 2 pm . Extremely poor costumer service and really bad experience with no support . If this is the way Toyota treats their costumers I will def bring my money and pick up a different brand for the next car .

I scheduled an appointment for synthetic oil change as it was advertised on their website for $49 but instead regular oil change was performed, upon inquiry I was told that since I didn’t say anything that’s y they did regular oil change, although they charged me $ 51 dollars . Bad service I came in for the gas pump recall were they changed my gas pump. After leaving the shop I keep hearing a rattling at first I thought it was my suspension it how could that be it’s a new truck then I noticed when I would close my driver door it would rattle so I went under my car to see what it was at first I thought it was the exhaust but then I noticed the gas plate cover had a bolt very lose. So instead of waiting at the service department for two hours because of the Covid long wait I decided to tighten the bolt myself. The second time I went in for a oil change they did the same with the oil plate cover 🤨 I will definitely speak to a manager next time I go in!!!

Up until this visit, Ive been pleased with the service. However, I think a nearly three hour wait for an oil change and inspection is over the top. The service rep was no where to be found when I tried to find out why it was taking so long for seemingly minor service. The service team didnt check any of my cars fluids (I wasnt given the sign-off sheet) so I have no idea if I need anything in the line of other fluids. Customers came in after me and work on their cars was finished before my oil change. I may find some place else for service in the future.

I send the car for regular maintenance, changing tires and the car had open recall to change power window master switch they had the car for 2 days I paid 1500$ and when I received the car driver door and left rear door locks did not work they did not honor they caused this. They want to charge me almost 1000 to fix it. My last time I will deal with them they have no integrity.

Love these guys. The whole service department from reception to the service techs; they are very nice, welcoming, and friendly. Other dealerships either dont want to know you after you drive off the new vehicle on day 1. Here, you seem like family. Never like the black sheep of the family :) When my finance is complete next year, I will we going back the the Westbury Dealership and service center.. By the way, Nelson is fantastic at Westbury Toyota.

Beware of this service dealer! In my experience they are earning money from ‘Toyota care’ free service. Because a scheduled third service of my RAV4 XLE 2019 on last month Dec. Service advisor Angela Tomlinson told me the vehicle need wheel alignment and it costs $150 also told me that it has ‘recall’. I was surprised to hearing that vehicle needs alignment because it was running smoothly. Even if I trust them and paid the full amount mentioned above. So I request for alignment report (MPI checklist/ Check in sheet) instead of that I received a fake one the image is given below.

Hopefully youll come here on a good day. On their bad days equipment is broken, theres no communication on wait times or issues and your service advisor is MIA for over two hours.We came here two weeks ago for the airbag recall and at the recommendation of staff, patch a tire that had leakage. Well they didnt do a great job on the tire and were back. Checked in at 8AM and finally got ahold of the advisor, Adalberto (Al), at 10:00AM for him to let us know that one of the two tire machines was broken. Was given an estimate of 20-30 minutes additional wait for the tire to be fixed. Al comes and gets us at 10:45am to let us know were all set and that they changed the tire. WITHOUT our consent for $165. Instead of fixing the patch because the patch is only temporary, lasting a whole 2 weeks. Even though last time THEY recommended the patch.Weve been coming here for years but now it feels like another shady garage. To add insult to injury, the advisor gave us an EXPIRED giftcard for $25 to cover the cost of the shoddy patch work.I wouldnt suggest anyone come waste their time and money here. Theyre fix your car so your forced to come back for additional repairs. I dont ever plan on coming back here.

I drive a 2015 tundra and I need a new blinker so I can pass the inspection. They charged me labor to not fix the blinker but yet I needed new rear brakes and drums. Somehow I passed inspection with a non-working blinker after I told them it was out. So the point is if you need to pass your inspection with things wrong with your car then go to Westbury Toyota Service center.

Truth be told, i had problems with torque converter 2014 Camry model. I found out that it had recall so i made few calls Toyota services in Queens all of them told me you don t have any recall. When i talk to AL he told me i have recall with this car and can be replaced without any cost. I feel honesty is a key characteristic of a business it sets the tone, and builds loyalty, trust in customers and Westbury Toyota has that.

Brought my Taco for an oil change and it was dark outside when i picked it up, came home parked it and didnt drive it for a week, when i finally drove it i noticed that my passenger door accent panel was scratched and they even tried to mask it with some sort of buffing tool but it made it even worse... Im really upset because this is my baby and you cant find just this perticular part, you need to buy the whole door panel.... I didnt complain because a week passed since the oil change, i wish id notice it the moment ive picked it up but ive learned my lesson, never again ill use this service center.....

Was told the technician would review the results, but received no analysis or information on the tests performed or the items checked. Not a great experience as far as customer satisfaction. Be careful here!!! the staff here will steal your free oil change and take it for themselves and oil filter, they are con artists! they will call you into there office advising you to get an oil change early and pressure you into that idea and call there manager in to make sure its okay (wink, wink) I didnt realize this until I was getting my next oil change and had no more free ones left on my 3 year lease, very unprofessional and very old and out dated! bunch of kids running it. (no experience) better off trying another toyota!!

We brought our 2020 Toyota Sienna in this morning because there was a bolt in one of the tires. I called and the representative said to bring the car in. They took us without an appointment. The service was excellent! We were in and out of the service center in about an hour. Westbury Toyota Service Center fixed the tire and we are extremely happy with their service.

Dealer told me that it will cost $850 to replace a fuel tank sending unit. The dealer also said that the part is inexpensive but the labor is intensive.Another shop did it for $165, apparently my vehicle it’s a really easy install.So either the dealer doesn’t know their own cars, or pure ripoff.

Extremely unhappy with my experience here.I usually do my regular maintenance in Toyota dealer. I just moved to NY and found this Toyota service center had high reviews, so I went here for it. I have Toyota care plan purchased from my previous Toyota dealer in another state which was supposed to be applied to any Toyota store nation-widely. But this place does not accept it and charged me around 100 dollars for regular maintenance. I have to call Toyota customer service for refunding me only around 60 dollars from the care plan. I thought it might be general to Toyota service centers in NY, but I called other Toyota stores later and they all accepted the Toyota care plan I have.Also, the maintenance adviser strongly suggested me to do an engine carbon clean for charging more than 300 dollars. He makes it sound like it is required for auto regular maintenance. I am just a girl not familiar with nor understanding any auto-mechanic thing, and thats why I bought Toyota care plan and trusted Toyota maintenance adviser so much for their professional advice. Without doubt, I agreed to do the clean on my car with paying more than 300 dollars even though I never heard it from my previous Toyota maintenance adviser. Later I searched online and consulted my friends who are familiar with car, they all said it is not necessary and they never heard about it.So I paid around $400 for regular maintenance and an unnecessary service, which I dont need to pay anything with my Toyota care plan if I choose to go to other Toyota service center. I trusted it because it is a Toyota car service center. However, everything I experienced here is so unprofessional. I feel like they were digging every penny from me for just one time service. I am so disappointed with Toyota and their regulation with their dealers. I definitely wont recommend this store to any one and wont go there anymore.

This is not the place, if you looking for any cost saving and quality service.Went for my car service here, while dropping the car, adviser gave me the estimate of approx total will be $540. Then after a hour i got a call from the advisor and they mention they need to do ..... service for my car and the updated total is $1100 and change. Was not happy with this total so i asked the adviser to cut down some of the services but adviser told, all the services has been initiated now cant stop anything.Then i went to the service center to pick up my car, that time saw a board with Toyota Service Member benefits. The very first point in that says Price Match Guaranteed so i asked the advisor to do the price match with other local service center. Adviser was not sure about the price match and walk down to the hall and read the board. After that adviser told this is only for the new vehicle which are purchased here. but no where it is mentioned. Then adviser went to talk with the manager and they called me in. He asked me whats going on and i explained about the price match and then he told like the price match is only between the Toyota service center that too within 10 mile radius. This is how the price match is defined? i was amazed. Then the manager gave me 10% off and they started explain about the free car wash... which hardly makes any difference.Even on my last service i had to go multiple times. First they told me my cars break pad is too bad and need to be changed. I said ok change it. After i drive back home started hearing the rubbing noise. Then next day took to the service center they didnt charge me anything but they mentioned that there was some dust which we cleaned. Great, without cleaning they changed the break pads? But the rubbing noise not stopped, then again went to service center then find out that noise was from the wheels hub cap. That needs to be changed. Even paying more $ this is service i got.

Yesterday i drafted my Toyota RAV4 to Westbury Toyota Service, my adviser was Amanda she was not really friendly. I dont think, so if this is the excellent service to stop by!What ever they charging costumers price is beyond! Beginning she give me deferent price, but at the and of this service, price was too higher and this is not first time happening! Horrible and unprofessional. Avoid Jorge Guzman. He indirectly indicated I was lying about my car being serviced at another Toyota center. I told him service for iil change shouldnt take 2 hours or more and he said its typically. I have had my car serviced at another Toyota center and he told me no it has never been serviced at another center... he and another colleague argued with me that this car was never serviced at another center making me sound like a liar. Not professional... do not take your car to this center. And corrective action needs to be taken on this adviso. My service was not free. I dont mind paying. I mind being treated with respect.

Terrible service department! My dad bought his avalon from this dealership and brings it to them faithfully for everything. Yesterday he went in for a routine oil change and state inspection. I get a call from him and hes telling me his meticulously maintained 2014 avalon was going to fail the inspection due to the wear on his tires. The car has 20000 miles on the odometer. They told him without 4 new tires his car wouldnt pass. In fact they found a way to fail him.Tell me this... what tye of instrument do you use to determine the New York state tire depth regulation? Thank god I answered when he called. I was outraged that an inspection and oil change turned into a thousand dollar trip. I told him to take his car to another mechanic. Miraculously the tired 20,000 mile Avalon PASSED INSPECTION just hrs later. Go figure... Toyota of Westbury rigged that test to make a tire sale. Thats got to be a crime to falsify the results of a government test. Toyota of Westbury you are CRIMINALS. Stay away from this dealership at all costs!

I dropped my 2018 highlander black Friday received a loaner due to the issue i was having, I received a call from my adviser (Mr Polito) about the issue my warranty does not completely cover, Its a cost of 900$ I am a single mom of 3 lost my 8 month old daughter few months ago its a horrible time for us right now getting back on my feet and getting this news just took me back its holiday season & Im unable to do much. Recently brought my vehicle in for a 5k service I was impressed with the quick check in process.. My advisor kept me up to date via text msg. I had expressed some concerns with a vibration when braking and was informed after a test drive that it was normal. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed a bb in my windshield that I hadnt seen before I immediately texted my advisor but never heard back from her... After speaking with MaryAnn I was told to bring the vehicle back they would look at the windshield and review the cameras. The reply I received was that after discussing the damage with the manager I would have to go through my insurance... When I asked about the damage not being there before I brought it in her reply was... If you would like to bring it back in so we can check it out you can do so... BUT you will still have to go through Your Insurance.... Wow!! So if your car gets damaged on their watch Your Insurance will have to PAY! Question to Westbury Toyota... Why did you bother to have me bring the vehicle back the first time only to tell me to bring it back a second time with absolutely no intention of looking into what happened?

I was there today (October 2 2017) at 3pm-4:05pm to get a multi-point inspection/fluids topped off/cabin filters checked, oh, and to have my laundry money stolen from the side of my door. It was exactly $3 worth in quarters. My seats didnt even have the plastic on them like they usually do whenever I get my car back. You couldnt even give me the opportunity to wash my seat covers bc you stole my change! I am never coming here again.

You pay for what you get. You pay more but get perfect customer service and have a peace of mind. Honesty is also important because you make more in the long run and thats by building trust, a relationship. But when I had the maintenance light and came in for that peace of mind they said I had to change the tires plus the front breaks. I was ready to pay until she showed me the price. It was more then $800 something about rotor cleaning even though its only been driven 47k miles. I went somewhere else and they showed me that I had good front breaks it was way less then half done and I should keep the breaks. I paid 200 bucks in Jamaica somewhere they wheel calibrated, wheel balanced and installed front breaks. $200 cash.Toyota I bought because of trust. I went to Toyota care because its free. When I saw how inconvenient and professional they were I kept coming back and they made good money from me. But last thing I want is to get taken advantage of. If they were honest I would of done everything with them the time it needed changing with the right price. Now I got the old front breaks in my hand and they are practically new so why hustle me. I think it was a chubby Italian women her name start with a G. The same day she tried to hustle me the guy who worked on my car was Spanish guy he was very honest with me when I asked him about my breaks. I rather have an honest manager not a manager who lies about my breaks. I think the management needs to learn honesty is always the best policy.

They did recall work pretty quickly which was a pleasant surprise. My experience with toyota is 5 hours to do a oil change. Today they did recall work and oil change in about 2 hours. One thing Im unhappy about is they told me it will be $60 for oil change for my toyota avalon (synthetic oil with filter) but they ended up Charging me $80. Where did $80 come from? With tax it shouldnt be no more than $70. I didnt mind paying the extra $20 I just wanted to leave with out raising my blood pressure.

Overall good experience just feel that they had me waiting 30 more than needed because the person who attended me was chatting away with a co-worker. Then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes because the technician forgot to fill out the complimentary inspection form.

Great place to service my car they had me in & out as expected free oil change tires rotated & Nys Inspection 5000 service & yes its a lease I could go anywhere but my salesperson was the one who sold the service dept
