Only shop I will b using from now on! They are very Professional. Not looking 2 charge u what every other place does. They Care! I had no idea I needed front tires & the price he gave me was unbelievable compared 2 what I paid before. My car is feeling so good I cant believe its 6 years old. Thank U I will b back for sure!

I too wish i could give a 0. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. They gave me incomplete information on the phone and made it seem like it was my fault when I arrived and completely dismissed me. All i needed was photos taken for new insurance and he asked to bring my insurance card. Even though digital insurance cards are accepted in NY apparently this shop has outdated and stubborn policies. He stated “Thats why I told you to bring your card”. I replied, I did but apparently you won’t accept it on my phone. He replied with “we don’t work off phones. It must be hard to be stuck in the past. I never write reviews but this really annoyed me. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time.

I went in for a photo inspection. I was treated rudely, with curt and nasty service. The dude even yelled at me at one point. Finally, he made believe his camera” was down”, so he couldn’t finish the 2 minute inspection process. There are lots of choices for you to patronize. I would suggest ANY other place. He ruined my day.

Bill, Phil and Gene are wonderful to work with. They are professionals who understand our attachment to our cars and they do excellent work. I have been using them for years. Bill also does routine mechanical work, like brakes and oil changes. You can trust them!

I wish I could give them a ZERO OR NEGATIVE stars! THIS SHOP IS A SCAM AND They are EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and I am glad I decided to not have my vehicle worked on there. I was in a car accident and my car was towed to this location. I wish the police station never selected them as a location because it has been a nightmare. I spoke with someone from this location the day after Christmas because I got into an accident Christmas Eve and they were closed. Once I spoke with someone they provided me with half information when I told them that I was transporting my car from there facility to another auto body shop. They said that there is a fee to keep the car, which I expected but what I didn’t expect was that this location was also an auto shop! I said why didn’t you tell me this when I first spoke to you bc I would have had my car worked on there. The person I spoke to was name Bill. He gave me some BS reason but at that point I had already decided to have my car switched to another location. Today I spoke to Bill again and told him that my insurance company Geico will be having a towing company come to retrieve the car. I asked them for the fee and they didn’t want to tell me saying that they can only give it to the towing company and then he said they only take cash and all of this crazy nonsense. SHADY #1!!! The towing company comes to pick up the car after I physically went down to the shop to retrieve some ideas out of my car and Bill tells the guy WHILE I AM ON THE PHONE WITH HIM that the fee is $450. The towing company didn’t pay the Amt bc they said they were not aware of the fee and I had to call Geico again. When I spoke to Geico they said they had to speak to Village Garage from an unrecorded line to discuss the fees. SHADY #2. When I asked how much the fee was they told me $650!!!!! How did the fee increase by $200 in a matter of minutes???? I called back to speak with Bill and he said oh, there is administrative fees and fees to back the car out of the driveway. YOU HAVE TO BE FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! I told him that this is crazy and that this should have been told to the initial towing company that it was $650. You telling me you don’t know the final fee!!!! SCAM! Stay CLEAR FROM THIS LOCATION! I’m so glad I decided to go with another auto body shop and I will be reporting them to the business bureau. I was extremely patient and professional with this company and they have proven to be dishonest simply because I decided to go to another shop!

Took my car to Village Auto Body Works to be repaired after an accident. They kept me informed as to when it would be done and did a great job. I would recommend then and would definitely use them again. Got the job done fast too!

I was there for a written estimate in regards to damage to my vehicle. The person that was behind the counter seemed annoyed and told me that he has to charge me for a written estimate. Charging for a written estimate is wrong. Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone going there. No body shop CHARGES A FEE for a written estimate. I wish I could give a negative rating for this place.

It was a really good experience. First time I use the service, care came out looking like totally new. Thanks to everybody involved.
