The west valley crew went out of their way to locate a vehicle for me and my three foster kiddos when our car broke down 9 hours from home on vacation. After so many issues it was great to have someone go the extra mile to get us back on our way. Thanks for the great service!

We rented from these guys twice a week out and both times they did not have the vehicle we specifically booked.Great staff but if someone books something a week out, have it ready. There isn’t an excuse for it.

This is my first experience with Enterprise I rented a truck online the day before I needed it. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9 amAt 8:10 AM Enterprise called me and said they did not have any trucks and sorry there is nothing they can do and would not explain how this can happen. I would not go through this again Lots of other rental companies out there that dont overbook and would have taken the time to help.

1st choice when I rent cars, now itll be my go to for large trucks or cargo vans - U-haul cant compete with their brand new fleet and wont nickel and dime you on miles. Thank you Enterprise, Saturday last minute too.

If I could give this place a negative review, I would! We made a reservation online, my husband went to pick it up and an employee named Brett gave him such a hard time about every little thing. His customer service was horrible! I brought the truck back and waited for someone to help me with the return process and got passed by by three different employees that were with other people but at any other enterprise location, I at least got an acknowledgment that theyll be right with me. After exactly 25 minutes of waiting, I got back in the truck and called them so I could talk with someone and he said to put the keys and the drop box and leave. Perfect! I could of saved 30 mins of my life if one of your employees had the decentcy to tell me that when they saw me pull up. And! I didnt get my full deposit back because it was late because I had to wait, then make a phone call. NEVER using this location again!

Was going to leave a poor review just purely because enterprises rental billing cycle policy is dumb but Tyler the guy who helped us was way cool and made sure we were all taken care of. Said I wasn’t going to come back but as long as the inside customer service is as good as it was with Tyler our company will continue renting trucks/vans here. Give this guy a raise or a free lunch

Although the entire rental experience was a good one my dealings with this particular location is what the 2 stars is based on. They gave me a rental that had transmission issues, brake issues, and was a couple thousand miles past its regular maintenance.After spending hours on the phone trying t have this location trade out my car (being promised one with a call back and not getting the car or the call back) I ended up having to drive to the airport and trade out the car.As I write this I realize that they only deserve one star.

U Haul was sold out for Sat. I was scrambling so I tried Enterprise. I have used U Haul in the past many many times. Not much cheaper and trucks barely work. Enterprise staff were awesome and truck was awesome. For a little bit more way better experience. Will never use U haul again. This location was great.

Confirmed/rented a truck but when I showed up Enterprise had recalled most of their truck fleet due to a recall by Dodge that came out a month earlier. I understand how this can happen BUT Enterprise did not call me until the day I was supposed to rent to let me know I had no truck. I consulted with several Enterprise managers who were reasonably helpful but they could not really give an explanation of why I was not contacted a few days earlier as they knew at least 1 week in advance of my reservation. After quite a bit of discussion I did eventually get a truck but it wasnt what I really wanted (it was 2-wheel and I wanted 4-wheel drive).

Staff got me into the rental quite quickly my only reason for less stars is how much it cost. I think its abit pricey and cant figure out how you have it for 3 days but are charged for 4. I wish theyd give you a choice on cars and prices. I would have been fine with a smaller car with less price..but wasnt given any options.

Enterprise has taken care of all Salt Lake Community College Soccer Teams travel vehicles for our road trips. They are great to work with and super responsive. We love working with Enterprise!! Their employees have been awesome!

This place was amazing. I was involved in a wreck and they personally helped me in every way possible and went above and beyond with my rental. Insurance company was not pleasant to work with for my rental vehicle. Linken was very professional and helpful with making my bad situation be a little more pleasant. Ive been an Enterprise devotee for many years, for work and leisure alike. I used the LA truck division for years for commercial production, so I was expecting great service when working with the SLC branch.So. Disappointed.I reserved a truck in March. I confirmed it last week. I got a confused call late on Friday, but was assured that itd be fine. Predictably, this morning, there was no truck for me. Not even a record in the system. Now Im taking a huge hit on a last-minute rental elsewhere.Never again. What a debacle.

Im extremely surprised that a local company like this had such incredibly terrible customer service. In fact Ive never had worse customer service experience then at enterprise truck. I will not be returning to this location at least and very possibly any other enterprise rent-a-car or truck. They are definitely not a full service company and they dont care if they screw up and have crappy trucks. They will not take care of the problem however they will allow you to lose a lot of money in the meantime while they find you more barely functional trucks. Terrible.

The east West Valley location was awesome in making a rental for me. Good pricing, great car, quick service! The west West Valley location is filled with inconsiderate lying asshats, who have no clue about rentals, customer service or management. Never rent from that location.

Had a good time with our rental car when our truck was in the shop getting fixed for a week. We are truck drivers and got to explore Salt lake City alot more than siting in the hotel for 5 days. Had a great Mamorial Day weekend

Excellent service and advice

This was not a good experience. the first car i rented, had mechanical issues. I returned it right away. the following car was a good car. so I had very few problems with the actual car.. It was the way they do business, The prices were not consistant and the sales staff were not helpful at all. they charged me double and they were only to charge me a $150 deposit when i ended up paying it 2Xs. when this was a geico insurance claim. i ended up losing over $200 when all was said and done. i received NO DISCOUNTED RATE on any days that i had the car. they over billed my credit card and still have not refunded the out of pocket monies that they charged my card. i would like it sometime soon

Made reservations got there and of course didnt have a car for me lucky last second i got sent away in a new toyota that was filthy and not to mention i was late on my trip due to not having a car ready like a normal reservation would usually have done interior was horrible my alergies were crazy the whole trip this is a experience that will definitely lead me elsewhere i go though enterprise alot but i will be looking elsewhere this next one ...worst experience ever and the last experience.!!

They had a wide selection of trucks... Branen was very friendly and helpful.

Nice enough, but they didnt have the van I specifically reserved and confirmed 3 days prior to arrival.
