Peter was amazing! He was so fast and friendly. My day was ruined since my car wouldn’t start and he gave me input on what the problem is/could be, gave me a website I could find parts for my car, and overall just awesome!I will definitely be using this company in the future and recommending them to everyone!

By far the best customer service I have received from a tow company. Sent me a picture text of the truck being loaded and a picture text of it being dropped off. Fair priced, prompt and friendly. I even revived follow up information of where I could by discount parts to get it fixed. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

The guy I talked to this morning was very disrespectful from the very first moment he picked up the phone. I needed a tow from the University of Utah to South Salt Lake and first he wanted me to get an Uber. He was telling me to do it, although I wanted to ride along to the destination where he was taking my vehicle. He wanted me to leave my car keys in the vehicle telling me how safe the neighborhood is. Then I call him for a second time and he starts yelling over the phone to CANCEL it. He CANCELLED my tow that I had already requested because it was too complicated. BS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! IF YOU DONT HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER LOOK INTO A DIFFERENT BUSINESS! I will definitely give you a zero rating if I had the opportunity to do so

Locked myself out of my jeep, called ABC Towing for assistance. The gentleman I spoke with asked for make an model of my vehicle, address an informed me someone would be out in about a half hour, 20 minutes later a gentleman showed up an had my vehicle opened up in 5 minutes! Got my car out of impound and towed to my house on a saturday with no hassles

Absolute worst customer service! Was criticized for not scheduling a pick up and was told i would have to wait. I asked how long and got the response Is it an emergency?. Wouldnt this be the reason for calling?I didnt respond and was able to find another towing service that was willing to help in a matter of 15 minutes! Told ABC Towing Found someone else. Thanks for your time. and i was told Its funny how people feel that the tow truck can be ordered quicker than a pizza. Unrealistic expectations. Have a nice night. These guys are friendly and professional. My guy got here in a reasonable time and went above and beyond with his service.He not only towed my car safely but also went very in-depth about the problem which caused my car not to start. He confirmed my ideas about the problem and made me feel so much better about spending money on the fix.If you want the cheapest prices, and someone to go above and beyond call ABC towing.

Sketchy business practices. Booted my truck for parking at McDonald’s for ten minutes with intentions of going into McDonald’s. I don’t care about the $75.00 dollars they charged me. I’m more upset because they take a sign to your door. My truck hadn’t been washed that day. Left micro scratches in the paint. I called the company and asked for a manager. I got Peter on the phone. While I calmly tried to discuss this matter, he promptly got loud and said “you were going to the liquor store, I’m not listening to that, you can suck my d**k.Real professional Peter. I would avoid using these guys as a service. I would also steer clear of the McDonald’s on 450 South and 200 west in downtown slc. I’d consider it entrapment.

Professional on the phone, was told it would be a two hour wait time. Still waiting six hours later with no word on what is going on. I understand if something more urgent came up, but it would be nice to know that so I dont spend all day waiting for a truck that isnt going to come

These guys are the best towing company in the Salt Lake area. The guy who came to help me was exceptionally prompt and brought my vehicle to a trustworthy autoshop. ABC towing charged me a low price and it was one of the best towing experiences that I have had. Getting a tow is a pain already and can be scary if the car is stalled in a relatively unsafe location, do yourself a favor, if stuck, and call ABC. They will treat you right!

Usually I had good response from these guys in the past. Called them today and was explaining my situation and what I needed and the first response from the guys isand I suppose you want me there in 30 seconds too. I quickly called him on it and told him he did not need to be a smart*** and it was not appreciated. Not the greatest at customer service and you could tell he did not want to be there.

Great towing company. We got a flat and the spare was flat so had to call someone to come get us. Was there within 90 minutes of us calling and had us to a tire place within 20 minutes.

The poor service (understatement) started right off the bat. As soon as I got a hold of someone on the phone I felt rushed. That was just the start. When he got to the location (late). He was very impatient and couldnt find where I was so he left and told me to meet him where he was or give better directions. How exactly was I supposed to meet him somewhere when my car was broken down, the whole reason I need a towing company! Therefore, I called another towing company and when I called him back to let him know he said: of course! What a joke. Very unprofessional and quite Immature. I do not recommend using them.

Today I had the sweet luck of my car breaking down in walmart a parking lot, I called to quite a few towing companies and they were all extremely rude... I called ABC towing and he was so sweet and very comunative, I couldnt have asked for a better experience although my luck is bad, I will always call ABC towing if I ever need a tow, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Just wanted to say Thanks! ABC saved me big time, was doing an overnight trip and car broke down, was about 2am when I called ABC Towing, they were out to me in about an hour. twoed me back to a parts store (so I could fix it in the morning). alternator went out. I had it removed and waiting for store to open. All we need now is 24/7 car parts.

If I could give this company negative reviews i would. We called asking for a tow and they were rude and the man I was speaking to hung up so I called back and asked why he hung up and his reasonse was I already told you we are backed up. And I would try to talk and he kept cutting me off and I asked him to please stop talking when I’m talking and he said “I’m sorry you are having a bad day” then started laughing I am reporting to the bbb. And the whole conversation has been recorded. So please don’t come comment to deny any of it abc towing, a joke for a company

Was very disappointed with there customer service I called this company several times and each time I called I was told its going to be a long wait. At least an hour and a half, I told the guy thats what you said the last time I called which was exactly an hour and a half ago do you really only employ but 1 driver ? He then tells me hes going to give me a number to his driver I dont know why I need it just dispatch him to my address.In all this company is terrible and I will not waste my time nor anyone elses by ever recommending this place stay clear unless you just want a bunch of lip service which is what it looks like all they can offer.To the owners responseI did call 4 times yes and of course they were busy I get that but I originally called at 12:30 the last time I call was at 3:00 pm yes on a Saturday hoping that you could provide me with services a( tow ) for my vehical but of course I was getting frustrated who wouldnt ? And of course Im not going to pay you up front and hope and pray that someone will show up to preform the job. I pay for services rendered not before hand sorry owner.

Terrible service. The driver told me he could do but then told me he couldnt he was also swearing on the phone at me and then told me he was not interested in my business. If there was less than one star I would do it.

Listed as the first site in a Google search. Advertised as a 24-hr towing service. Placed call at 5:40am after my car had broke down and was yelled at by the man who answered the phone. I apologized and said I thought I had called a 24-hr towing company, so Im very sorry (assuming the listing was wrong). The rude man then said Call back in an hour! Were sleeping!. Wow. Just. Wow. Not sure how this individual has a business. Horrible communication skills.

They were quick, had the best rates, went the extra mile (no pun intended), and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

Wife went to winco with my son and accidently locked the keys inside her vehicle. She then called me to come and try to unlock it. I didnt have a metal hangar, but only my tool box. Yet, when i arrive i did all i could and nothing. We stood out there for 2hrs when she spotted the ABC Tow truck. She walked over and ask him for help. He said he would as soon as he was done loading his customers car. He then pulled and in seconds we were back in to our vehicle. He didnt charge us or anything but did it out of the kindness of his heart. I deffinately would suggest ABC Towing to family and friends. Awesome work and great people vibe. 5 stars on my book...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. The owner, who makes whatever rules he desires at the time, will end up costing you more money than ever advertised. When I talked with him very calmly, never raising my voice, but just asking what was needed to get the vehicle out, he became very rude and defensive, telling me he would not play games and ended up hanging up on me. He told me his store would be closed if we went to pick up the vehicle (which was a Saturday, just after 10:00 a.m., when they advertise that they are open). This resulted in us requiring to pick up the vehicle on a Tuesday due to a Monday holiday, costing us an extra three days of storage for the vehicle. A wallet was left in the vehicle and when I asked about the wallet, he asked why someone wouldnt keep a wallet in their pocket. When I explained that many men dont wear wallets in their back pockets while sitting, he said there was no wallet in the vehicle.

Answered the phone, told me how long it would be... arrived 20 minutes sooner and got my car towed to local tire store. Cant ask for more than that.

The ABC paid off on this issue. Was in a rental car that broke down, needless to say rental car company had problems getting a tow truck to me, so I called ABC Towing had them there and towed back to the car rental where I got the car and never had heard back from the 800 number to call for assistance. ABC saved the day.
