As far as an impound yard goes, this one was very not bad. The woman working in the office was very friendly and helpful. A much better experience then you would expect

I had a wreck and I released my vehicle to the insurance company. The driver which is the number listed on the website is a real tool bag. The lady is fairly nice, but seems like a shady business, and I would never go through them if I had known my car was being towed there. I was in an ambulance so I didnt have choice. Not a good company and extremely hard to contact anyone who knows what the heck is going. It would be nice if you guys had an office number and the number not go directly to the driver who is extremely unhelpful in all situations

My grandma was in a car accident that was NOT his fault. And he needed his truck today and no later because he didn’t have any other people to help drive it back. And they were fighting and fighting with us and wouldn’t let us come get it. While my grandpa is in the EMERGENCY ROOM!!! All these people want is your money!!!!! Terrible.

This place is not where my vehicle was towed and damaged even worse from the accident my nephew had. This is the main office.The lady was very nice in the office

Rude as hell like youre trying to steal your own car when youre there to pay its bail.

Car needed to hide out and rest in a safety expensive zone. Manageable service.
