They were very friendly. Made the drive to Provo to pick up my car and towed it all the way back to Magna at a reasonable price. I will absolutely use them again if I ever need a tow. Thank you

My car was left blocking the driveway. I was unable to move the car cause if it completely dead. While they were still there I spoke to David who said there was nothing he could do. After trying to get him to correct the issue he continuously hung up on me and eventually just turned off his phone. This was very unprofessional and upsetting coming from someone who is suppose to be a professional.

They were very professional and quick to get my vehicle towed back to my parents house. Highly recommend using these guys they were great.

Released my car without my permission!!! I had been waiting for my vehicle appraisal to come back, which for whatever reason took a week, and I called R & Z Towing at 11am to schedule to come clean out my car because it was determined that it was totaled the same day the appraisal came back, and turns out they had released it and it was taken to the car auction ALREADY. No one contacted me, they didnt even tell me the car had been totaled, I had called the insurance. So, when I went to go clean out the car, they had just chucked everything in the trunk, all of my business cards had been scattered everywhere, all of my paperwork, my things that I hadnt been able to get out due to the accident, completely ruined.
