My husband and I run our own little shop and for the past few years we’ve commercial’d with Oreillys. Last year we spend close to $80K at Oreillys alone. We do commercial with auto zone but our auto zone close to us (3500 and 3200) isn’t the best. Service has never been good.I came to this auto zone to get some rotors. It was a rush job so we had to do some filtering between Oreillys and auto zone with who had parts on hand at the time.When we walk into Oreillys, it’s a celebration and we’ve always felt like royalty walking in. I stood in line here and another guy walked in and stood behind me and the cashier addressed him by name as if he were “a regular” - just the same as we would walk into Oreillys.I stood there and thought - that’s so cool that these guys get to know their mechanics and know what projects they’re working on and are very present in seeing them succeed with providing their parts.The way my Oreillys team is to my shop, this autozone is to the guy standing behind me. That’s good service.This auto zone is too far for me be a regular here. But if the team running this store was over at my local auto zone, you better believe, they would know who I am when I walk in. 😊👍🏽

Such a waste of time. I go in there with a dead battery to one of my motorcycles there is a long line because only one guy is working the register. Standing there for 20 minutes finally a lady comes out to open another register show her the battery and immediately says I dont know anything about motorcycle batteries so I asked if she could look up my make and model to find the right one and apparently she could not do that either so I just left after wasting my time sitting there for almost 30 minutes for nothing.

So glad the dealership we had planned to go to closed 3 hours earlier to enjoy the holiday weekend so we stopped here to take advantage of the courtesy diagnostic machine the clerk was so helpful checked our batteries which needed replaced and helped my husband place the new batteries in my only complaint isnt really a complaint at all wish that there were a cash back option to tip the person helping us. I also noticed that each patron was helped with the same attentive service even what appeared to me to be the most difficult patrons. WAY TO GO GUYS THANK YOU!!!

This store is my hometown store, located on 3500 S. In-between 4400 W and 4800 W. This store in particular has always gone above and beyond helping and providing great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. They keep the store clean and grandly thanks AutoZone.

Rigo was amazing! I visited four AutoZones and they all acted like they didnt want to help me, but when I got to the West Valley location, Rigo made everything better. He was knowledgeable, willing to help, and very polite. This is the only AutoZone I will visit now.

My check engine light comes on. I go there to have them put their meter on it. He hands it to me and tells me I have to do it myself. Im handicapped brilliant move. Lost customer it was the big guy

Lady at the counter doesnt know much.She sent me up the road, they sent me to another store. That store had employees who knew RAM Trucks. Got my brake pads. He told me that the first store I was at, had 2 sets in stock. Figures

Took car to a dealer as it died he said need new battery 160$ and they would install. Nope drove here asked can you test battery I couldnt start car. came out said your battery is fine little low but might be because it was just dead. Dud saved me 160 today and will return to buy battery when needed late. they could have sold me a new battery for 150 but decided to treat me like a person and take car of me.

Brandon was awesome. Needed to test battery, alternator and starter on an 06 impala and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I had purchased a battery at AutoZone in November of 2018 which only lasted me 16 months it had a dead cell in it causing it to drain out the battery,.. was not a very good battery but they took the battery back because it was under warranty it was great customer service that they refunded my money for the old battery a really great place to shop! Was very happy with their customer service!

I aways check with Auto-zone any time I need car parts. They have very competitive prices and stand behind their warranties. I recommend buying their lifetime parts. I have received parts for no cost under warranty. Of course, I did have to do the labor, but I would have had to do this even if the parts werent free under warranty.

Had bought wiper blades here and sam came out and installed them for me thanks for the great service guys

Be careful you all. There is an old lady working there on Wednesday nights with an attitude. I asked for a certain part, she typed it into the system wrong, so I kindly corrected her. She said that she heard me, and to not tell her how to do her job. Shes had an attitude ever since I walked into the store. Manager, if youre reading this, send that lady home. She started at 7 pm so Im assuming 3 hours is too much for her.

If I could rate this zero stars I would ! We called to replace a part because one of your employees gave me the wrong part . Instead of refunding me my money she said it would take 3 days to get my money back . So frustrated because now I don’t have the part I need to fix my car . Horrible service and definitely won’t be coming back here .

Ive lived around the corner from these guys for years. While this location is busy during peak hours, the staff is always super helpful in making sure you get exactly what you need for your vehicle. Theres a number of different parts stores in the area, but this one remains my go to due to their customer service.

The helpful mechanics at this part store always seem to have what I need & are usually more than happy to assist with my repairs. One guy even let me borrow his socket wrench while he went back inside to help customers.

They were very helpful. A staff member helped me determine what wipers I needed, took the broken/ frozen ones off for me, and put the new ones on for me....all while it was snowing. I just wish I would have gotten his name.

I took my brothers truck here because for some reason my OBD 2 reader wouldnt read is service engine code for a 2005 Ford f150. Their machine read the code and they printed out what could cause the code. Very Helpful!!!

We often have good experiences at this Auto Zone but today we did not & with the same employee weve had issues with in the past. She is rude & disrespectful to customers but acts like its them & not her taking no accountability for her attitude.

Stopped by 10 minutes after close, and was asking about which fuel injector cleaner to buy as a potential solution to a car problem Im having. The autozone rep researched the engine code error on online forums, explained more about it and how fuel injector cleaner probably wont help and what to have the repair shop do. He didnt care about selling us anything. When we were pulling out, he came running out and said he read more online and gave us some more info to give to the repairman.EXCELLENT customer service. Will come back for all my car needs!!!

I went to get a can of Freon to charge up my a/c, the guy who help was really cool, telling me which one would be the bestand what one I should get to fit my budget. Anyway got one that would work for me, check out, and went out to do the charge up just one thing I had no idea what I was doing. It would of been nice if someone asked if I knew what I was doing Or if I wouldlike some help. But none was offered. Oh well my bad on my part not to ask.

They would not even attempt to plug my car into the computer even after I explained my lights dont always work and even though my check engine light isnt on to view doesnt mean the sensor inside wouldnt say something as Ive had t done before and it still gave me something. I told him one of my lights was on and he gave me an answer like I was stupid. Continued to argue with me until I left thanks for the stupid answer and no help Carlos...

Love Autozone. Free testing and advice saves me lots of money. They cant help you but I have had guys watch and give me pointers while I do some complicated work in their parking lot.

Its far and few between where you can walk into an autozone and find someone that knows more then how to punch something into a computer. Not the best place to get a lot of advice but if you have a general idea of what you need then they should at least be able to find the part you need

Customer service was quite slow. I waited 25 minutes to exchange one item and buy another. With 4 people behind the counter and 3 customers at bay, there should be no excuse. Products purchase were decent and what I needed.

I bought a battery last year that came with a 3 year warranty. They had trouble finding my Warranty information. The manager, Stephanie was very rude and has a generally bad attititude. She had no patience at all first finding the information and explaining the terms of the Warranty. I shop at Autozone frequently and was appaled at the bad service I received.
