I used Compressor Pump and Service to service our air compressor for the past two years. Or, rather, theyve come out twice to service our compressor. Both times, I felt the service was unsatisfactory (same problem persisted). My biggest complaint is that phone calls and emails are rarely answered the first time. Their billing process is lacking - We had an additional service performed about a year ago, but the invoice was not sent out until about 6-weeks after the service (which I had to ask for and we paid promptly when it was finally received).I requested a service appointment just a few months later (because the earlier service did not fix the problem) and tried to schedule it to coincide with our annual maintenance agreement. I sent out eight emails and placed several phone calls (that all went to voice mail) to multiple employees. I got two email responses that only said they would get back to me. I finally gave up and started looking for another service.

Very helpful. They didnt carry the specialty oil we needed for our compressor, but took the time to refer a supplier.

I needed an air compressor 2 yrs ago. So i called and found a place that promised me that they would have one for me. Keep in mind i lined this up 4 months ahead of time. I called about 2 wks ahead and they still promised they would have one ready. Well the night before they called and said they wouldnt have one available and wouldnt know when they would be able to get one back. So i asked what am i supposed to do now with the 60 customers who i promised i would be able to winterize there sprinklers. The companies response was I dont know. And hung up the phone on me. So then i had to call around at the last sec to see if i could find a company who would have one available for me to rent for 2 weeks. So me and my wife got on the phone and started calling every compressor company we could find. I think we called like 6 different places and everyone rented all there compressors and couldnt help me. We randomly found this company and they saved the day!!! They all we supper nice to me. Even though Im a small 1 man business. They usually deal with big construction companies but where more then willing to help me out. Ive used them ever since and i wont use anyone else unless they close or move out of state.

The worst service i have ever had.They came out to my business to inspect my compressor,they charged me two hours for this, told me two options for repair and or replacement.Said they would get back with me on pricing and never got back with me that week.I had to call them,and they told me they would get back with me.This went on for another week,finally i went to someone who truly wanted my business and they took proper care of my needs.So for two hundred dollars i was treated as if my business was was not important to them!Therefore one star rating! their site would not let me put down a no star rating or i would have!

Obnoxious service and dishonest people, I dropped a broken blower monday november 23 to see if they could fix it, and Kaylee Hammon the service planner told me that they going to work on it by the end of the week and she post to let me know how much will be to repair it or if I need a new one. I call her monday november 30 to see what happened, and she said that they did not have time but they will work on the blower the next day and call me by wednesday, but she never call me, so I call her thursday and she told me that the blower was all in part and they was waiting for the parts price from Garden Denver, and I asked twice if they already worked in the blower and she told me yes I have the report on my desk I just waiting for price and i will call you back, but she never did, and I waited a lot days so monday december 14 I show up to see what was going on, and I saw the blower exactly how I left they did touch it, and I waste three weeks, so she is extremely lair and they dont care about customer I tried talk with her boss and the receptionist made me wait fews minutes and finale she got a call and told me that the guy whoever is his name left, they cover each other their back and they dont feel respect for the customer not even a little bit. I dont recommend that company to any body they are suck.

Referred me to their source for a part when I told them of the urgency of my need. Honest and helpful!
