Nobody knew where anything was and when I asked where a class was the security team just passed me off from person to person. So I didnt even make it through orientation. Amazon is so strict on everything. They bagged UPS to make them selves look good. And every single person seemed to not want to be there and loved like robots.

Truckers !!! never take cargo to this place !!!! none of the staff knows what to do with trailers !!! You can wait 8 hours just to drop your trailer !!! this is a very small place !!! not intended for so many trucks !!! small Amazanon tracks will stop you from parking !!! cunning staff will ask you to do a lot of unnecessary things with the trailer that you will bring !! my advice is to immediately ask where you will park your trailer and where to pick it up !!! definitely refuse to rearrange the trailer that you brought and droop off. !!!

I have an Amazon Prime membership and have a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I live less than 20 minutes from the facility Amazon says it arrived at (this West Valley City distribution center) and somehow the package delivery was delayed in transit twice yesterday. I now (6PM the day after it was supposed to be delivered) still have not received my package. I needed this item for the weekend and now am going to have to figure out another solution because somehow Amazon cannot deliver a package to a residence 20 minutes away. Very disappointing.

Fun place to work. Delivering smiles! We sort incoming packages from the new Fulfillment Center and from third party vendors. Then, in the wee hours of the morning, we load the sorted totes (arranged by some clever proprietary algorithm, I think) and the drivers hit the road.

This station has some of the friendliest crew assisting the drivers.The downside is the upper management, in which Amazon takes the Logic out of Logistics.It is not uncommon for asinine requests for drivers such as we dont want snow in our warehouses (while it is snowing outside)They dont share with drivers when they mess up the routes. When you login for your shift it says how many packages you have to deliver. Now 250 packages is a decent amount for a day. Anything over that amount will escalate the difficulty due to constant app issues and piss poor navigation. There are times in which you are told you have 250 (example) You plan out your day and approach and find out part way through your shift you have 275! Now you have to manually add those new packages and deliver to houses you have already visited that day. It is not uncommon that you will visit the same house for a total of 3 times in your shift while wasting gas time and unable to take an actual break. What is even more infuriating is they dont formally apologize.In short drivers dont get paid enough for what they do. There are no benefits and paying for your own healthcare is not benefits.Suggestion: 18.50 an hour with at least a prime membership would be worthy of the risk, physical taxing demand of the work.One of the more funny sides of it all is you start wondering what will find its way into totes of packages. I have found opened candy, wrappers, drinks....Its infuriating, embarassing and questionable on the overall motives of upper management.

My background check was sent in almost a month ago, I wont give it 5 stars until it goes through. Ive worked here before with FTA and RADD for almost 2 years. The leadership was sketchy at that time . Im back in utah again from fl . Ive spoken to Kaiden, and I know Trenton very well, they both have said they would love to have me back on the team. I worked here for two years, and can tell you this is an abominable place to work. If you are in dire need of something short term, its fine but trust me you dont want to be here long term. Corporate cares more about the numbers we push out to a point on any given night OSHA could have written several violations. I was literally once told by the onsite HR rep, Jon, that it was easier to find an excuse to fire me than give me a medical accommodation.If you are going to start, keep in mind that the turnover rate is to where they expect one out of five people will last two weeks. To them that is fine, and every person that isnt a shift manager is expendable.

I work as a driver here, and its decently organized. Its very streamlined. But with every job it has its little issues. With new people, sorting issues show up, tote organization is less of a priority then it usually is. But overall, its pretty decent place to work from my perspective. Take it as you will

I live in a condo community in Taylorsville. We have a 10 mph speed limit. I just watched a Prime driver go by at 40 mph. He was gone before I could get a truck ID number or a plate number. Ibelieve Im gonna rethink shopping on Amazon.

Here I sit patiently awaiting a 2 day prime package. The anticipation is killing me, suspense totally building!! Set to be delivered by 9:00pm. 8:04 while watching the tracking..Boom!!! Your package is going to be late. Sorry pal, your plans will be on hold now. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE??? I will totally protest if it ain’t here by tonight. I once protested Carl’s Jr. for doing away with chili cheese fries, don’t make me boycott you!! I’m gonna still give you three stars cause y’all are pretty good most of the time.

The delivery service is by far the worst. They tried to deliver a package on Sunday to a Commercial Business. The Business is not open on Sundays. Package was returned to facility. They tried to deliver it a second time on the same Sunday. Why? They dont communicate. It is now Wednesday, and they have not tried their third and final delivery. I have been told by them to contact the shipper and have the shipper file a claim. It has been 10 days since shipper sent package that was supposed to take 3 to 5 days. It has been setting in their facility, and they wont take responsibility. Someone needs to pull there head out where the sun is shinning. Other shipping services are far more reliable.

The warehouse may be fine, but their in-house delivery service is worthless. But of course I can’t find anywhere online to rate and review Amazon’s delivery service, so here I am.I’ve provided them with my building access code, cell phone number, an Amazon brand package hub, and a front office to leave packages with if all else fails. I’ve been on the phone with Amazon support multiple times and I’ve provided detailed delivery instructions multiple times in multiple places. Yet it’s still always a 50/50 shot, at best, whether I’m going to get a successful delivery or a message saying they couldn’t get in.

This has got to be the biggest joke of a job Ive ever had!!! I received little to no training upon hire. It was two hours. Found out before covid-19 it was a full day. Started getting points, which are bad, for clocking out less than 5 min early. Then I got told that was my fault. Took the extra covid-19 pay away after only a month yet my phone was blowing up with text saying another confirmed case at dut1. Take the pay and the threat still exists? Thats BS! People were quiting on a regular basis because, in my opinion, they were asking too much of people! They wanted me to pull packages from both sides of a conveyor belt So instead of hiring more people they just expected us to do more!!! My boss couldnt do it yet expected me to? Good luck if you choose to work here!!!!

Lousy place to work for. They have a machine dictating their stow rate. Its master level expectations. They hire on entree level empowerment but they train nothing. That stow rate system of theirs is inhumane. It lacks all basic compassion for human rights. Even doctors notes are utterly ignored. This management is irresponsible. This is a crime against humanity and something needs to be done about this.

Normally Amazon is great. We all love it. When you order something and they try to deliver and we do not get it we think. Ok, I will get it tomorrow. Here I am, 22 hours later and my orders are still at this facility and not delivery has even been attempted today. IT NEVER LEFT THE FACILITY!!! Very frustrating.

This place is so unorganized and way too small for Semis and Amazon Flex drivers risking a scary collision. Amazon Flex drivers cut off and squeeze thru Semi Trucks and there is nobody out there directing traffic to prevent an accident. Semi drivers beware the wait will be a minimum of 4 hours because the kids in charge at this place have no idea what they are doing. They ask Semi drivers to get in line first come first serve but since nobody is actually organized or paying attention the kids in charge dont know who comes first and will skip drivers causing so much abrassion and an even more wait time. Amazon should invest in a system that works here! Hey Amazon Semi drivers spend hours on the road for you only to come to your warehouse and be treated like scum. I rather be in line at a DMV. SHOW SOME RESPECT you are rich enough to fix this s#!t warehouse!

What can I say about this place, well the people are usually in a good mood, of course there is always someone who hates their job, but that’s not my problem, I enjoy the Gig Business This warehouse offers via Amazon Flex, delivery of Amazon packages in your own car, the time blocks are more limited than before but if your on the list you can make extra cash almost any day of the week if you meet the requirements.

One of these drivers delivered my $200 Amazon package tonight. They dropped off the package, took a photo and then stole it and drove away. By the time we tried to chase him down, he was gone. My husband even tried to drive after and catch a license plate number. Amazon wont give me any information on the driver or vehicle information as I wanted to call the police to protect our neighbors

They’re delivery drivers deserve less than a star! I am not happy with amazon logistics. I have had one package delivered successfully from them. ONE! That’s it. And I order a lot from amazon. The last things I ordered that amazon logistics was delivering have been an absolute nightmare. I ordered them and paid the one day shipping charge and didn’t get them. I needed them the next day for my daughters birthday party favors because my original plan for the favors didn’t work out hence the ordering last minute and having to pay one day shipping. Talked to amazon logistics twice the day after my package was supposed to arrive. And two days after my package was supposed to arrive I still don’t have it! The delivery drivers, in my opinion, are incompetent. For some reason they can’t find my house. Use the directions I’ve left several times or call the number I left in the directions. Google maps can find me! What is their problem?! All I keep getting is a message saying they need the access code to enter my building. There is no access code or gate code I live in a house and it’s not in a gated community! Idiots! The people in the call center however, are super awesome and very helpful. They deserve 5 stars for sure.

Pay is decent. Thats about it. During the summer, the warehouse is 85+ degrees during the grave shift. They say they want you to be safe, hydrated, and please rest if you need to, but god forbid you take 5 seconds too long to stow packages. Overstep your metrics and expect retribution. This is the company of Jeff Bezos after all. If you want a job that values you, this isnt it.

Sometimes it can be easy getting in and out of there as a flex driver but more often then usual they give you the run arounds.Communication seems scattered.

Now this review is not so much about Amazon itself but their delivery drivers. Today I was on my way home with my husband when one of the drivers cut us off almost hitting us and then continued to swerve in and out of vehicles almost hitting them. This driver continued to speed going almost 100 on a 65 zone. I did take a picture of the back of the van as there was no logos on the van to indicate who the driver worked for. We did follow them so that we could find who the employer was to inform them of the incident. My husband then went into the warehouse and spoke with a supervisor informing them of the reckless driving. Upon speaking with them the driver of the van was hiding while the passenger thought it was funny. Not only did they put our lives at risk but the lives of everyone else on the road and then laughed is just down right ignorance. I do hope the supervisors take action so that this does not happen again.Van number 23 V70 9J8 I also have a picture as well.

Ordered a package that guaranteed next day delivery. Next day it said it will arive by 9PM. The next morning it showed it hadnt even shipped. Their service and driving skills are very consistent. Just look at the rest of the reviews and notice how they all sound almost exactly the same. Dont expect your package on time and watch out for these guys on the road. They park in the middle of the road, on corners, in your parking stall, etc. Incredible how amazon allows there standards to stoop so low.

Ordered a t-shirt on Monday. Received notification on same day that package had shipped and that it had arrived at an Amazon facility in SLC (mind you, I live in a suburb of SLC). Tuesday, package departed/arrived/departed again an Amazon facility in SLC. Wednesday morning - arrived at an Amazon facility... IN LAS VEGAS!!! WTF AMAZON!!!

Its ok, the point system is great, the management is nice. Overall, however, its exhausting and the paychecks seem small if you consider the amount of non-stop, hard work along with the exhaustion. I dont hate it but am looking for a full time job since working here 5/hrs a day at times seems like 10/hrs.

My experience has been good. I deliver for flex and people love getting packages. The app can mess up on occasion, but has gotten better. The warehouse runs very efficiently.

In my opinion Amazon needs to do a better job policing the sub-contract companies that hire people to deliver their packages. Amazon training by actual Amazon employees was fun. Good people.

Not good. I had a package out for delivery from this warehouse yesterday and it was never delivered. Seriously? They just joyride packages around for FIFTEEN HOURS and just up and decide to not deliver or what? I live like 20 min from that warehouse. And, here it is the next day and it STILL isnt here. I wont be renewing my Prime membership, thats for sure.

My job. Decent place to work. Pretty chill, pays decent, has all right benefits, even for part-time employees. Room to grow, offers employment for contract drivers and flex drivers.

I thought Amazon delivery would be a great thing - I was wrong. So far Amazon has sent four orders to me via this service and NONE of them have arrived at my house. Three were delivered to the wrong address and one was left in the mail room - whatever *that* means! Three of these orders were purchased via a one time coupon and thus cannot be reordered - leaving me with no recourse. One I reordered from Amazon - well see if it makes it! I do *a lot* of shopping with Amazon but am now wary of placing an order, especially if its something I am counting on for a holiday etc... Amazon Delivery, Im afraid to say, doesnt deliver. :(

Great place to work but has a few kinks to work out thats for sure. And in response to a comment below: the unmarked white vans are for driver safety because marked vans were getting mugged and the drivers shot. So no they arent making anybody uncomfortable.

Dont deliver for Amazon. I was one of their better drivers but they up and terminated my contract for no reason at all. They accused me of using a 3rd party currier without providing any evidence to back up their accusations. Plus the money isnt even worth it between the high gas prices and the wear and tear on your personal vehicle

Worst logistic facility in the planet. I had three packages delivered 4 plus days beyond the promised delivery date. One of the packages supposedly left the facility, somehow during delivery the package got stolen/damaged during transit. Amazon did refunded me for that incident. The 2nd package came open and vandalized the box arrived in a really bad shaped as though someone had open the box. The third package never arrived on time and I’m still waiting for it. There is something wrong going on in this facility, and Amazon needs to take immediate action to investigate the mishandling of packages during the sorting, transit, and delivery.

Deliverd my package to a house 4 miles away not even remotely close to my address. Im glad the gentleman it was delivered to was kind enough to deliver the package to me himself.

I drove for Amazon Flex, the warehouse is pretty organized, but they play favorites. It is what it is. It is meant to be a side job :)

The company AZTG send out a text after 9pm on Saturday Nov 10, 2018 telling all its employees that they are shutting down. No one was warned ahead of time that this was coming, but not surprising since all the vans have bald tires. And a week after laying everyone off no one have been paid for there last 2 weeks of work. When by law they had 24hrs to pay us. They keep coming up with excuses and blaming Amazon. I guess we will have to take the owner to court to get are money.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with getting my packages from amazon. I’ve lived at my residence for one year and this is the first time the courier seems incapable of doing their job. I’m waiting on the rest of my stuff from my baby registry and it’s super frustrating to get an email for days straight stating that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Items delivered from amazon by a different courier show up without a problem every single time.

On November 10th subcontractor for Amazon logistics, aztg laid off 100 employees. They have still not been paid for 2 weeks wages owed. Aztg is blaming Amazon for not releasing funds. Had a package out for delivery since 8am one day. At 9pm that night I got a random update telling me there was a delay because of weather or natural disaster... really the sun was shinning all day. Unreal..... then the one that did deliver it a few days later was extremely rude and tossed my package at me... very unprofessional

I worked here as a delivery driver for AZTG Arizona Transportation from the day it opened until March 2018. I was in an accident February 1st 2018 I had the insurance deposit taken out of my checks which I knew would happen and was hard financailly for me but I needed to pay the deposit. We rented our vans from enterprise as AZTG didnt have their own vans. I have called the AZTG office MULTIPLE times left vms for the past few months as Ive been getting calls ever since the accident, called my old boss whonis at this Amazon West valley station and still have no clue whats going on. I had wages taken out for the insurance deposit $1,500+ and somehow AZTG hasnt taken care of the insurance on their company end and Im being personally sued even though I had wages taken away from the company for apparently who knows what. I loved representing Amazon and the station I feel like they should be aware who they partner with business wise as companies like AZTG shouldnt be able to partner or represent Amazon.

Nothing like a professional delivery driver texting and driving on the freeway at over 70 MPH. He was all over the road. These guys scare me when I think of them doing things like this in neighborhoods around kids.

Never could get a straight answer here. They will change your schedule without notice. If you dont like it, you can always quit and try to reapply for a better shift. Full time is not an option. There is no in house HR, just a number that have you call, which just tells you to contact the non-existant HR. I voluntarily resigned, and was then fired for not showing up to shifts after my end-date.

Love Amazon for coming up with Flex. Brilliant idea you guys!
