Do NOT look into this company. It is an unnecessary middle-man group that will not make an effort to get you a job unless you happen to take whatever they have right then and there. Any position one finds here through them can easily be gained through another job/positions own site or resources, or by ads - like on job sites like Indeed. SMART Resources will take your information and do nothing with it. My interactions have been as follows:-Firstly, there was miscommunication where I was contacted twice by two different people (or text bots) AFTER I had already set up an appointment with a specific agent, for a specific position through the agency (for which I had applied).-The agent who had set up a phone interview with me didnt call, and claimed they reached out and left a message, but no such thing happened. The next time we chatted, she asked if I was still looking for employment and asked what position I was interested in (this was previously known when I was initially sought out after applying for a SPECIFIC position). However, we set up an in person interview.-When I finally set up to go in and meet the agent, I appeared on site and I provided the 2 forms of ID information for an I9, which I had to do before I could even meet with anybody or move forward (in ANY other job Ive applied for or been offered, proof of employment is not required to be shown until after hiring, or even after the start date of first date of employment).-I had to complete an in-depth online application before the meeting, where I also sent in my resume. Upon meeting with the agent, Maria, it became apparent that she had not looked into my information at all by the questions she asked. In being interested in that specific position, she asked if I had any experience in that area, or if I have a bachelors (or other edu) in that field/area. If she had read through or scanned my neat 2 page resume, she would know; information is presented pretty clearly about my skills, education, and past jobs, all listed by category.-I was told I couldnt apply for the position because they would need a bachelors degree in said field at minimum (this is not true). My relevant skills in the initial job description all match up quite nicely and I felt confident about this. I expressed this and she said she would forward my info to the hiring managers, or the company, whichever it was that position received the information through. She also said she would do that for another position that she suggested, which I feel was randomly assigned and generic - unspecific to me or my skills.-Through a text line which I had been communicating soley, I was told that my resume had been forwarded to the position holders (which one? And only one?!) and she would be in touch in a few days.-I never received an email, or text after this.-It had been a while, 8 days in fact, and I sent to the text only line: Hi Maria, I havent received a follow-up, so I am just reaching out. Did either of those jobs respond? No answer.-4 days later: Hello this is Davis Underwood, I am just following up one more time. No answer.-It has now been a while, but I still thought Id reach out just in case anyone answers. This was a week later, the 27th of July. Nothing.What unprofessionalism. I understand things happen. Miscommunication is an issue often. I am a person who highly gives people benefit of the doubt. BUT, every interaction Ive had with SMART Resources has informed me that the work is not being done, and true recruitment is not a part of the agency. Effort is not being made, and recruits are not important enough to track through the process. Im just a number, someone with no record of contact and involvement. What it feels like at this point is that I was scammed. I hope many read this message and take this to heart.

The redwood road office is the Worse office to visit. It is very disorganized, It smelled, No one seems to know what they doing and The staff isn’t very friendly. I waited to fill out an application and after about an hour I did leave. I was told by a friend to visit the office in West Jordan and I called before hand and the lady that answered seemed pleasant and welcoming. Later when I visited the office both young ladies there were very nice and helpful. I recommend anyone looking to apply do so in West Jordan.

I love my job at this agency. They put me to work with in 48 hours. They were kind and considerate. They did not hesitate to be welcoming and inviting. The payroll department pays me on time and always gets my W-2s to me without error. I always lose track of my hours so they are working with me to submit my disability paperwork. Theres no place else I would like to work.

This is the worst place to look for a job.Do you know what these people did in one of their companies, they fired every one without saying anything, they didnt care about the employees, they make people sign a paper that says page two but they never show you the first page. This is the worst agency ever dont apply here, save yourself.

Middle of winter and they have the audacity to sit lazily in a chair, see a persom standing in the cold for five minutes after a respectful knock, make a short glance, and then just ignore the fact that its below freezing outside. I wouldnt give my business to a company that disregards basic courtesy and human treatment. When calling their phone they replied come back in an hour (10:30 am january 3, 2017)This kind of treatment should never occur by a human resources business.

This place sucks, this is the worst staffing agency out there, go to Premier instead. The only job they have open is Integracore and its worse than a slaughter house. You never get paid on time, the payroll department cant answer a phone, actually I dont even think there is a payroll department. The only good thing about this place is the receptionist and her boss at the 1300 W location...

Sends people to Integra core to work on Doterra area then the company wants you to work more than 5 hours without a break and each shift is 12 hours...this is what outsourcing gets you..sillyass upper management and a company filled with outsourced workers about to die to make a living..then the outsourced workers are angry that you can communicate better understand instructions better so the moment they get a position of minute power they come to the full blood Americans with stupid suggestions and pettiness..

This place sucks you will be lucky to get paid on time. My new issue with them now is trying to get there right tax ID # cause what they have on W2s are wrong.

So I went in with my ex to help him fill out paperwork and I could not believe some of the fees the ignorance of the people in The fat that they sent him to a Spanish-speaking only plant and he no no Spanish whatsoever he walked off the job and they have the audacity to call and tell him that that was unacceptable and that it was his fault and his problem they charge you a $25 drug test fee OK I get that but they have the nerve the nerve to charge you a $1.50 a pay check fee to keep looking for work for you what Ive never heard of another company doing that and Ive been with plenty of companies and Ive never been charged as fee for them to continue to find jobs that I might be able to go to the staff is ignorant and rude and when you go to them they dont give a krapp they could care less about making sure that what theyre putting you on is a job that will work for you theyre just trying to fill jobs so that they get paid who puts an English only speaking person to a Spanish only speaking company Idiots plain and simple just peer idiots

I just went in there to apply and I waited a few minutes because there busy talking in Spanish to each other then a couple walks in and they aknowlege them she then the lady that works there proceeds to tell me that I need to leave because her manager needs to close for an hour for a meeting and to come back in a hour while they let the other couple stay to apply DO NOT APPLY THEYRE IF YOUR NOT MEXICAN THEY WONT HELP YOU AT ALL

Showed up around 3:30. The receptionist stalled, and at about 4:02, I was told to come back before 4. Ridiculous.

They give preference to Venezuelans who do not even speak English ... The receptionists are very bloody and they forgot that they come from the poorest country in the American continent.

The truth is not it is not a company that employs a good profit when they want to get you out of the place where you are and perhaps it is not that the job ended and they get you out of there is not a company that gets a good job in my opinion it is a bad company to employ i am unsatisfied with their services i dont know the truth i was expecting something better
