They never answer their phones, text messages, or emails! It’s a shame that I have to physically go to their office just to communicate with them! Very unprofessional.

Look its a great company for some but ..well not this one.. I got promised a job and they gave it to someone well.. that was lesser qualified then me. Then tryed to get a diffrent job but well had to jump through more hoops then I wanted just for $14 an hour... so thanks but naw ..

It’s been 3 days I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and they do not answer there phones from 8 till like 12:40 pm 😨🤦🏼‍♀️ Idk what’s going on but it is not professional at all! And they have couple people working there!

Called over 10x between 830-10am no answer or call back, text them and am told to come in for a test. i get wait for an hour and then they say i have to do the test tomorrow in the morning and they would call and let me know what time, 4 hours later no call/text so again try calling takes 15x in 30min to get a hold of someone and the person helping me when i got there never called the company or the rep in charge of that company to set up the forklift test; couldve started sameday but now at this rate going to be end of the week if im lucky

I was told to come down to the office and fill out training forms for an assignment here. They then presumed to give the job away before I could make it down. Do not waste your time at a place like this. Go somewhere where word is bond. They care only about filling assignments and not who goes to them.

Rediculouse waiting literally constantly asking eachother questions on how to do things. When they should know the basics. Nd then making me wait AGAIN when i finished talking to them telling them im literally less than a minute away.

Unprofessional. Ive been to this agency twice now the first time it was awesome no complaints there. Second time, I went to check to see what was going on with the job I was assigned to and it seemed there was an issue so, I asked if there was another job available the agent who helped me had the audacity to tell me “well, what? You want a job right next to your house then?” When I had explained to him that I am from out of state meaning I’ve been in Utah for 2 weeks? I never said next to my house but somewhere closer. I didn’t need his smart comment when he could’ve simply said “sorry, we currently don’t have anything closer”

I get to the interview and I am filling out their online application. After reading their handbook it shows what looks like factory work. I applied for data entry clerk. Checked with the front desk and said they do day entry but mostly factory work. They check to make sure the position I applied for is still available, it was not. I got contacted yesterday for the data entry role, it seems like they didnt bother to check before hand if the position is still available.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They are rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. I have worked under them for 2 weeks and still cant register my pay car . I asked to apply for a job in manual labor and was told they werent gonna apply me for it because they dont think Im qualified or good enough for it. Then talked down to and treated me like a child. Stay away from this place if possible.

I recently left a review here on premiers website about how they dont get you paid on time and the fact they provided horrible service. Ive recently decided to change that. As in the last month I had 2 errors on my check that were fixed before my actual payday (Im able to see my check on their website before it hits, a nice bonus might I add). Since that time though Ive decided to now leave a 4 star review. This reason being I do agree on the fact you guys are very hard to get a hold of. Doesnt matter the time of day. Ive called morning, noon, and night time. No answer and no call back. Thank you though premier I do appreciate what youve done recently with the problems Ive had.

When my husband worked for this agency, he had to call in because of an emergency in the family. He called 3 days before the Thursday that he couldnt come into work. He kept calling every day, leaving voice mails, calling office and the original person that got him the job and also leaving messages with her. No one called him back so that Thursday came along, he couldnt make it, didnt go into work and they fired him! It was total crap. He explained everything over the millions of voice mails he left and no one bothered to call him back or even listen to them? They said he should have let them know that he couldnt make it in that day and they wouldnt have let him go. When he told them that he did, they basically told him he was a liar. It was totally disrespectful and disgusting how these people treat their employees. My husband and I warn everyone about this agency and neither one of us will ever go back there.

This company is garbage. I didnt sign up for anything from them yet I get calls from them everyday. I have a job, that they have called me at 4 times in one hour. Its very distracting for me to receive phone calls. Also they call when I am sleeping and wake me up. When I answer the calls and listen to the whole recording there is an option to be placed on the do not call list. I have placed myself on this list countless times and I still get calls. I called them up and they told me they couldnt do it and to block the number they are calling from. I gave in and blocked it, knowing they would just end up calling from a different number, which sure enough they did. When will the nightmare end?

WOW! So I arrived like they told me too and they apparently are in a meeting and dont even care to let people know before so that way I could have went to some other agency. Their ignorant and Im going to try and get ahold of whos above these idiots and make a complaint. They need to hire better and more professional people. Very ignorant and they dont seem to care at all. Dont waste your time.

Annoyed af to be honest.... i was suppose to come in for a shift at 330 am that this company told me to be at... so i come out my way to make sure im on time and waited 1 hour and a half for no one to show up ..... i then call later this morning at my second job and this guy i spoke to said they notifed everyone that there was no work today.... LIKE WHERRRREEEEEE... obviously not me .. bruh straight waisted my time and sleep for nothing .. and i asked to get paid for the time i waited because its there fault and he said you have to contact UPS .. like NAH ups didnt mess up YOU DID ...

Very horrible I dont even live in Utah. I was notified that someone with the company is using my social security number. So I called to notified them, the lady who took my call was beyond rude! She literally started yelling at me when I asked for a HR Manager or her manager, go figure there wasnt a manager in. I asked for corporate number was put on hold then hung up on! For all I know that lady is the one using my social!bo will be contacting the better business bureau!!

I just called and they told me to go on monday to apply. I dont have time on monday. All others staffing take the application from Monday to Friday. I hire staffing is to help me, I dont help them. They want me no the other way around.
