I really feel confident going through here. They had multiple jobs, warehouse, order picking, office, inbound customer service, and more. They answered questions with excellent customer service too. I have a son with schizophrenia that they actually listen to me as far as what kind of job woods best suit him and his abilities and abilities. I love it

We have worked with BBSI for quite a while now. The staff is exceptional! Nic is the best at what he does. A+ Company.

I have mixed feelings about this staffing agency. The west valley office was a nightmare, however, the south Jordan location was decent. Now let me get into the nightmare with the west valley location. I was sent to a warehouse somewhere in west valley, and was immediately harassed by the Mexicans, groped and then terminated. They had then sent my husband and I to a day assignment to unload trucks, however, they were using gasoline fueled forklifts, no ventilation, which produced a thick cloud of pollution, and with further observation you can see how the walls, and objects were covered in soot. My husband and I left with major headaches, and faint. They did not care that we had carbon monoxide exposure/poisoning.

Please dont walk in this awful business. UNLESS you need an immediate job and its your last option. They treat you like your dumb and disrespect you. I have seen so many people that had a life issue come up and had to tell Strategic Staffing that they couldnt work for a period of time. Strategic will drop you from their systems and not use you again EVER! They just want a body to fill in the job. They will pay you $9 and the company that you work will pay Strategic Staffing $15. Thats not fair.They see so many people and they lie all the time to you. This company is such a joke and Im being serious. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Went overboard for my safety

I had just moved from Maryland to Utah a year ago and did not know where to look for work I found Stategic Staffing and they helped me find employment I did two short term jobs before I found my permanent job which only took about two weeks. They always work with you they are great people. If youre willing to work theyre willing to find the work for you Id refer antyone looking for employment to strategic. .

Got the job at Auburn and super lay back, loved it but the boss is soo demanding. He literally swore right next to me cuz I made a mistake during rush hour, on my 3rd day there. Maybe if you werent intimidating me, maybe I would get it right. Anywho maybe consider the peoples point of view and work with those companies, Dan is cool but I guess he let me go cuz I asked to leave early, but I was feeling dizzy about to faint. Again out of all the new ones that missed work came late soo many time he kept them, except me. Is it some sort of racist? BBSI needs to really treat their employees equally and consider their point of views, but instead you guys dont. Im not the first this happened, my husband as well like 2 years ago. Because theyre group of men, they have no soft heart, they just do business I guess. Anyways I hope and I mean it that when people come to you guys for jobs, its not just business, Its their family that relying on them to provide.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE GUYS!! The absolute worst staffing company to work for, they wont release your W-2s to you and they make you go on some stupid website to print them off but yet that website wont let you in!!!

Go elsewhere because they never have jobs. Unless you want to work in a sweatshop with Sub-Saharn conditions, some warehouse with no air-conditioning.

I applyed to get a job they are supposed to give temp jobs and you only get three chances what a waste of time when i didnt even get to go to two of the jobs

Told me they had a job for me, then I went in and said they wouldnt give it to me. wasted my time and very rude.

Has anyone reported these guys to the BBB yet?
