I had a wonderful experience at this location! Always have been! People here are so friendly! Molly, one of the workers here took the time to help out especially helping out with transferring one unit to the other. And it was great to see the new unit. Thank you so much!

The staff is always willing to help and I have never had a bad interaction. I feel safe coming here. Everything is clean.I like the auto gate, I dont have to get out of my car.I never have to worry about my property stored here.

The property manager was ultra professional and addressed every concern I had regarding the usage of the property. I dont know about the other locations but if they all have staff like the West Valley location I would highly recommend Public Storage for your business and storage needs. Sandy was so amazing, we never had a storage unit before so she took the time to take us to each unit and make sure it was the right size for us and was super friendly and patient. Sandy was amazing. Great lady. Super nice and very polite. Shes explained everything down to the insurance thats public storage has for your storage. This place was very clean and well kept. And all the item they offer down to moisture control thing to boxes for you guys if needed when moving in 5 out of 5 stars would deffinatly recommend this one!

After being with them for two years, they wouldnt prorate the rent for when we moved out. They kept raising the rent on us and only giving us like a 15 day notice when it was going up. Also, if you dont clean everything out of your storage unit, you can get charged a huge fee when moving out. Will definitely not be using them again.

The gate opened to let me in, but malfunctioned and would not let me leave the storage unit! I was trapped inside the gates and there was nobody in the office to help me even though it was 9am on a Monday morning.Luckily after about 20 minutes the gate opened up barely enough for me to speed through and escape but I was terrified.

Molly helped me and she was amazing. She was kind helpful and very informative.

Worst storage unit place all my stuff got stolen out of my unit they did nothing to help me at all had to be a inside job my unit was the only one broken into. Just letting you guy’s know don’t trust them.

The lady there takes her job too seriously. She locked us out because we were there after 9pm. 2 nights in a row. Both nights we lost track of time as we are being evicted (Thanks covid) and are desperately trying to get our stuff moved in while trying to work a 10 hour temp position every day. Because of this she locked us out and said if it happened again we would only be able to go to our storage unit in 15 minute, supervised intervals. Lol screw that! Take it easy lady we were just trying to get our stuff moved in. Also fix the damn unit doors. Im 64 185lbs and athletic. It takes every ounce of strength I have to open that damn door. Place is kept relatively clean and we do feel safe there so theres that I guess.

Sandy was very helpful and kind. She pointed out things that I may need to care for my protection of my things. I really appreciate all she did in explaining the locks, how to come on to the property and exit the property. She had done an excellent job that day! She’s a keeper!!!

Update: the district manager called me the day after the incident and was very apologetic and helpful. They put an extra lock on my unit free of charge. I appreciate that they were willing to fix the mistake and did so in a timely manner. He said everything had been resolved and nothing like this would happen again. Thank you!TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This place is a joke. I reserved it online and went in the next day to pick up my keys and pay for my unit. Online it said it was $25 for your first month but they don’t mention all the extra fees. I ended up paying $60 with all the extra fees they throw in. After leaving I realized she didn’t give me any kind of key. I called her and asked if I needed one, but she said oh you don’t need a key the unit will be open and the lock you paid for will be in there. It didn’t make sense but I assumed she knew what she was talking about. I showed up to unit around 7pm with my uhaul full and the unit had a lock on it. I tried to get in for 30 minutes and wasn’t able to. At this point I knew I wouldn’t be able to get my uhaul back in time and would be charged so I called uhaul and extended my reservation. As I was about to leave I saw that there was a car parked by the office so I knocked on the window and the daughter of the lady who manages it was there because they live in a room attached the office. She said her mom would be home soon. After waiting awhile her mom got back and I told her the situation and she was downright RUDE. Not apologetic, not helpful. She was making snide remarks the whole time because I was inconveniencing her and told me the girl that helped me is temporary help so she just didn’t know. I guess it isn’t important to train your employees so that your customers don’t get locked out of their units. She said I ordered a two door unit which again, the girl didn’t tell me and said I would have to come back tomorrow and pay $20 for ANOTHER lock but that she would open one door of the unit and gave me the lock I had already paid for. I told her I’m leaving town first thing in the morning so I can’t go buy another lock because I wasn’t told i needed to and she just said well if your stuff gets stolen it’s not my fault and refused to do anything to help or accommodate me despite it being their fault and just walked away mid conversation and said “I’m leaving I have places to be.” The lack of customer service and willingness to help me out since they made a huge mistake is absurd. My friends that were helping me and myself were literally shocked at how they handled the situation. This all happened tonight and I have to leave my unit with only one of the doors locked because they’re refusing to help me. I never leave reviews but this situation was too awful to not tell. The employees don’t know what they’re doing and the manager is disrespectful. Don’t give this ridiculous place your business.

This place is wonderful. It’s kept clean year round and the staff is friendly and attentive. Be sure to buy a bigger round-style lock for your storage unit door and buy it at Uhaul or Walmart stores to save money. The prices here are very reasonable. There is a ramp which is wheelchair accessible to get up to and into the office. I highly recommend this property for your storage needs.

My elderly father stores here, he don’t know how to use computers so every month he comes in to make his payment it’s very hard for him to walk. today when I brought him to make payment linda came out side and got his check for him did payment and brought the receipt back out to him. I have stored with Public Storage 4 or 5 times before. There was another place that was more on our route with comparable prices so we choose them. That was a mistake. They over charged us and would not transferunits. Coming and talking to Sandy, she explained that they dont charge to transfer. Price was almost half the price of the other one. I really like this place and will never even look at another storage unit company again.

The only problem I had with this place, is that when I went in with a 26 ft Uhaul it was very hard to maneuver with the narrow ends, and thus hard to make turns. You can tell other people have had the same problem. As the poles that are in place have been hit by others that could not make the turns either. I had to park the Uhaul at the end of the isle where my storage unit is and we had to walk with the stuff to put it into our unit. Which it is supposed to be a drive up unit. So, if you use this storage facility, I would recommend to either use a pick up truck of a 10 foot Uhaul.

The staff I have had to deal with are rude and nearly attempt to force you to buy products from them. Additionally, their help center is staffed by even more rude persons, provide incorrect information, and hang up on you after you point out their false information, claiming they dont have access to your account even though they just asked you for your account number. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will move out as soon as I can.

We rented a unit when we decided to get our house ready to sell. Everything was fine and when we moved and were between houses, we rented a larger unit to store what wouldnt fit in the apartment. They charged us a lot more after the first 6 months had passed and really charged us a lot on the two units for 2 months. We were not sure when we could move into our brand new home until the end of the month and were not sure we could actually get out of both units by the 31st. We did and the next morning (Sept.1) I called and left a message that we were out of both units and to please call me if there was a problem. No call. My husband went there that morning to sweep out the units and was still there after the office should have opened. Tried to tell them that morning we were out but no one was there even though it was after 9:30. The next day we received a bill for $3.68 (no one has told us what that was for) that my husband stopped by on the third to pay. He told Stacey, the manager, that we were totally out. She hardly acknowledged him, but did not dispute that. On the 8th, I received an email that we were late paying on the biggest unit and owed them $182 for it. I called and talked to Connie who told me we had left a lock on the unit. I asked her why she had not called me on the 1st or why Stacey had not told my husband on the 3rd and she said that they were busy. We had the lock off later that day. Had she called me on the 1st, I would have had the lock off within an hour or two. They have now sent us to collections for a problem that could have been easily solved and that we had no idea existed. This has left us angry and feeling like they purposely are trying to cheat us. Do not go to Public Storage.

I really like the security of the storage units, knowing that all my things are safe makes it easier to sleep at night!!! The manager Connie, provided me with exceptional customer service, by that I mean she handled everything in a great manner, we had a pretty bossy customer in there trying to but in the middle of Connies scheduled appointments (mine and anothers), he was being very pushy about getting his way she did a great job at explaining her priorities to her customers & assured the customer hed be taken care of once her appointments were taken care of, he wasnt happy but like I said she made it right by doing whats right, FIRST!!! I would recommend your storage units to friends and family in the future for sure!!!
