Its a storage. No 24-7 on-site management. One day I was locked in for hours because the gate lost power. I called the number on the door and the one online, left me to call every Storem on their website looking for my exit. The Manager in a different state called a corporate number looking for whomever had a access to let me out. Fun times!Since then they have raised their rates. You know for fun, because storage overhead is so high.

Found needles in my unit upon signing the lease and moving in. Definitely not good.

The women that was running the office was very attentive and the unit I rented was very clean. Sorry I spaced her name. THANK YOU

This is a great storage facility and has a great friendly staff. They take pride in making sure your items are safe and secure. They explain everything in detail and make sure you are satisfied with their services. They have mouse traps everywhere and strive to ensure your items are safe from bugs, rats, mice and intruders. The facility is gated with a key pad for your own code and always kept clean. They also have a brick wall surrounding the facility. You can pay your monthly bill by automated phone or in person. I feel comfortable having my personal belongings stored here. Going on a year and a half with no issues. Give them a try, youll be glad you did.

We had a great experience! Everything went just smooth, easy and convenient. Pat is just amazing. She treats you with such great respect. She knows what she is doing and you can feel that you are leaving your belongings in good hands. If we ever need to rent a storage unit, this is the place.

Were more than satisfied with Storem Self Storage in West Valley City! When we moved our things there 4 years ago we were greeted and welcomed warmly. Since that time weve been able to downsize our unit and Patricia, the receptionist and caretaker of the property was such a great help! I was thinking one size and she recommended another. We were able to make the change hassle free - thanks to Patricia! She helped us pick the perfect space for our treasures.We would certainly have no problem recommending Storem Self Storage in West Valley City to anyone else needing extra storage space - and would have to say it is primarily because of the friendly, prompt service were receiving. My family has had a unit here since before it was Storem Self Storage. I was initially worried, but the transition was flawless and Pat has been amazing to work with! She has been so helpful with everything we have needed! I feel like I am renting from friends! It has meant alot to my family to not have to worry about anything! The facility is secure and well taken care of! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Let me start by saying that PAT is an amazing person. From the minute I walked in she made me feel like I was going to be taken care, and that I was. This place helped me when I needed it the most. Pat was always so accommodating and had an answer to all my concerns. The units were kept clean and the area around them clear of snow. I will be back.

This is a great facility. Very clean, well lit, and secure. Pat in their office is wonderful. She was so helpful and friendly when I was looking for a unit. She does an excellent job communicating any issues or notifications regarding the facility. She cares a lot and looks out for her customers.

Ive been storing here for a year and its a fabulous place. Pat is such a friendly and efficient office / caretaker. The entire lot is always clean and in good condition which makes me feel more confidant that my possessions are secure. Ive needed to call once in a while and she either grabs the phone quickly or calls back within minutes if shes out keeping care of the property in her golf cart. Bonus! I think its so nice of this company to offer me their military discount, plus that they do it for seniors and several others too!

I have been renting a storage unit in west valley Utah for about three years at STOREM SELF STORAGE The units are well-maintained and the facilities are very well kept up always clean never any trash sitting around and the young lady that works in the office PAT.SHE always checking the storage units to make sure the storage doors are locked up and if they’re not she always calls to see if I can come back and lock it up I appreciate her checking my storage unit because sometimes I forget to lock it correctly she’s always willing to help or assist in anyway if I have any problems I do appreciate the professionalism and she always has a friendly smile and a welcome hello when I’m in town check on my unit

Daniel the manager is very rude. He is disrespectful and has no people skills. He treats people like they are scum. If i could do a separate review for Pat she is amazing kind and very helpful. Look into other options for storage before coming to this place.

We built a parade float in their lot while leasing a large RV unit. They gave us a great deal on the Unit for the two months we were there. We were so glad to have a place to finish our parade float that was close by.I would highly recommend them. Storem Self Storage was great to work with.

I have had reason to use Storem, WVC, for more than 1 unit, having both personal and business storage needs. The location has worked well and the price is fair. Security seems good and the facilities are kept up and clean. I am especially appreciative of the facilities manager, Pat, who has been a great help on more than one occasion, very friendly and quick to share a smile. She is a great representative of what customer and public relations should be, in an industry, where Im assuming, little thought is given, as to its importance.
