My husband and I went in to get our taxes done today and we had an appointment with Sabrina Kilmer-Blando (who was highly recommended). We plan to return to her every year. She is warm, welcoming, professional, and makes tax return season less of a drag. 🙌 Highly recommend her at EG Tax.

Ive been going to EG for a very very long time now.. I have had the same lady for several years and found out she moved to a different location... well I was nervous when I got my taxes done yesterday but let me tell you Sabrina Blando is the bomb.com what a testament to the quality employees at EG tax the friendliness of everyone there and just an all around fun experience for something that isnt always fun... I had an appointment at the Orchard Park, NY office on May 10th 2021. When I got there it was closed. The contact phone number went straight to voicemail. I never got a response. Dont bother it closed without notifying customers.

Sabrina Kilmer-Blando did a Phenomenal job on our taxes! She’s super friendly and informative and goes above and beyond for sure!!!!

Appointment was for 630 arrived at 620 had to wait till about 645 to be called other then the wait it was fast, friendly, and covid safe.

I never post reviews, but in this case I feel like I have to. Sabrina Kilmer-Blando assisted me with my return and demonstrated exceptional customer service and leadership . For the past 8 years Ive always did my reviews on my own, not only did she help me and get my maximum return, she was patient and understanding. I had a 7 oclock appointment and I was unsure whether I wanted to file separate or married with my spouse, she took the time to go through every aspect of our return to decide together what was the best option for our family. I can say now, I will always go to her and never file myself again. She will make you feel assured and not rushed if you need time to make a decision. The best in my opinion!!! I definitely recommend this EG tax center in west seneca and to request her!

What a relief, thought I was going to owe taxes! Also, good advice for my 401K.

My return is gotten more complicated due to foster children and people illegally claiming them and EG tax has been great to help.
