Post Mothers Day weekend trip with the family and our moms. House was SPECTACULAR!! In a very quiet location but near any and everything. Playground area in the subdivision for the kids and the enclosed pool area was perfect. Roman was very responsive to our few requests and ensured we enjoyed every minute. We were so pleased with our stay and can’t say enough good things about the management of the property. Roman was extremely responsive on multiple occasions, going above and beyond to help us. Christmas gifts arrived before we did. Roman tracked them down at the multi-home property and had each package waiting in our place when we arrived. He also immediately responded with a solution when we’d locked ourselves out of the property, and he’s shipping an item we left behind back to our home. The property was clean, spacious and in great condition, walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Thanks for helping make this our home away from home!

Do not rent from Roman! We rented an AirBNB through him. When we arrived at the home, there was an insect infestation (among other problems). The maid (who was quite nice) came by while we were there and confirmed the issues. Roman offered us a Full Refund. However, when he refunded our money, he deducted all of the credit card and AirBNB fees. This is not a full refund. It is also incredibly unprofessional that he would try to make us pay for these fees when he is the one who tried to rent an uninhabitable home.
