I use Stark Exterminators for my normal monthly pest control, but I recently had a termite infestation that I had Stark take a look at. Anthony from Stark Exterminators was the absolute best. From start to finish he had every answer to all my questions and made me feel at much at ease as I could. He was extremely responsive to even the smallest of my questions at any time of the day. As we were bagging up our food at night I messaged Anthony and he texted back within minutes. The crew came in and was extremely professional and quick. I called many companies looking for someone to come out to my home and do a termite inspection. I had been seeing these bugs flying around in the evening time and they appeared to be termites. Jerome from Stark Exterminators did the most detailed inspection that I could ever ask for. Jerome was the only inspector to get up in both of my attic spaces to look around. Most of the other companies popped their head up in attic and said yes you have termites. Jerome not only confirmed I had termites but he was able to tell me the locations of all the areas he had seen evidence of Drywood Termites. He also did a inspection throughout the interior of my home and was able to identify that I was having a problem with big headed ants. I purchased a pest control program and complete termite protection for my home with Stark Exterminators. Jerome was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient. I felt completely comfortable with Jerome and the company he represents. I will be a customer for life. I will recommend Stark Exterminators to all my friends, family and whoever asks for a pest control recommendation. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

He said “ there is nothing I can do” ( we live in a town house). Then he said “mice have a nest on a palm tree( located next to the hose)then flight from a palm tree to get inside the house”. 🥴whaaat?!??. Last thing Roberto Cardoso ( home evaluator) did : Estimate for $400 to place 4 bait traps. IM GLAD they didn’t charge for the service it was not very professional.

This company is amazing! I called several companies on a Saturday morning and Stark was the only company that would come out to help me the SAME DAY!! From the receptionist that answered the phone to both technicians that came out, everyone was extremely professional, accommodating, and full of knowledge! Anthony and Joshua were extremely helpful and are helping me combat a roach and mouse/rat issue found after closing on our “new” historic home in West Palm Beach. They also beat the price I received for subterraneal termites baiting, so I ended up giving them that job too! This company is top-notch!! Professional, affordable, and available when you need them! I highly recommend!!!!
