I called to get some information about bee removal and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend him!

Highly highly recommend! William was absolutely phenomenal. He came out to our house on a Sunday evening and was there for about 3 hours. He made sure to remove all bees safely and checked for hives which were none. He also sprayed repellent to keep them away as they were under our deck.

I called to ask for a quote and he laughed and said 5 dollars, I said great... then he said per bee. And he didnt say he was joking. He sounded very unprofessional and didnt take his business or my call seriously.

Service was terrible. He went out to my house several times and came up with an excuse each time to charge more. He never solved the problem. Had to call someone to finally get rid of my bees. I would say, save you money and call someone else.

Mr. Bill came out to our home on Easter Sunday to remove bees nesting in our attic. He came to our home at the time promised and was extremely professional. Mr. Bill is truly an expert and removed the bees with ease. The job entailed cutting into our ceiling due to the location of the bees and he minimized the amount of damage to our home. I am truly grateful I came upon his information online. His pricing was very reasonable but most importantly his availability on the holiday was truly appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Bill! One month later and still no more bees!!!!

Bill did an awesome job removing a large bee hive from under a soffit at our house. He found the exact location of the hive, removed a wooden panel and there it was. I would never take the chance of anyone else to do this job. It was quite a experience from watching him work to learning knowledge about the bees. All the negative reviews here seem to be about price, if you want good service, you have to pay..... and this guy is without a doubt worth every dollar (or hundred..lol).

Bill was great and very professional. He arrived in no time and removed a newly formed hive of about 7,000 bees from my outside shed. I would highly recommend Bill for any bee removal service. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Had a bit of a learning session as well.

Had about 20k bees swarm the back of my house in the afternoon. I called Bill and he came over in 15 minutes. It took him less than 30 minutes to remove all the bees without any dangerous chemicals. He knows what he s doing. A job well done.

Richard came by today and took care of my problem with bees very professionally. He was on time with his agreed time, and cleaned up after the removal. He is Bills son and both are very nice people and straight forward. I would recommend them for any bee removal job. Besides they take care of the bees that are so important to the eco-system.

I called to request bees to be relocated away from my home and I could barely understand the person on the phone. All I heard them utter was itll be 50 bucks. The price sounded good but because the phone manners were so poor I decided not to choose this company. I accidentally called the same number today after continuing to look around and the person angrily said it will be $250, otherwise do not call me again because this is the second time youve called me. Wow!!!!

After a trip out of town I returned home to discover bee beard under the soffit. Within days, the bees had accessed the attic via a small hole, & built a hive. There were so many trying to access at the same time, they formed a beard. I found Bill on the Web & called him on Wednesday. He and his Son came out Thursday morning, as promised, and removed an approximately 8 diameter hive - WITH HONEY - already. Bill & Son then gathered up as many of the bees as would cooperate and treated the area. Bill said within a couple of days, they would leave. By last night, none remained. Bill quoted $150 and that was the charge. Very professional & friendly. Good people!

I used Bill for the 3rd time in October 2017. He helped me 2 previous times with bee problems over the last 5 years. He came the next day to remove the bees from my garage wall. He does good work to collect the bees and hive and gave me a free jar of honey.

Called Bill on a Thursday to help me with a bee infestation at my home in Lake Worth, Florida. I should note that I called after another so called bee removal company completely failed to do the job, after my paying them $250.00.Bill arrived on time the following Saturday morning, and immediately diagnosed the location of the bee hive. We hired Bill for bee removal at our downtown Delray commercial property. Very professional service: arrived on time, saved the bees and relocate them to the bee farm. This is the second time we used Delray Bee Removal service. The first time we had a bee swarm at our home. His assistant solved the problem quickly. We have had no further problem at the house, and we are confident it will be the same this time. If anyone needs a bee removal, this is the guy to call.

Very rude on the phone. I googled free bee removal and his company came up. When he answered the phone I asked if he charges for bee removal and if so how much. He said we are expensive you are looking for cheap call somebody else. All I did was asked if he charges for bee removal and how much. Didnt even get the conversation going and he hung up on me.

I called Bill Nour this morning in a panic, after the neighborood kids told me I had bees coming out of my roof! Bill was on time, he removed the hive safely, and he took it somewhere to thrive which is what our environment needs.

Extremely rude on phone asked him to come out and give price he said Im too expensive for you call someone else. He then Abrubtly hung up on me! Ps I called another company and he said he will be there within the hour!
