After calling their service to take care of an ant problem in my house, They showed up on time, and II showed them around the house.. I did not watch what they did but they said they sprayed inside and outside including an RV I have parked outside.He told me when he left that if theres any issues to call them and they will come back. Its like theyve never been here. There are still ants everywhere possibly even more. Including inside the RV.He tried to give me a receipt from his computer when he was leaving but for some reason he said he could not email it to me. He said I would receive it within a few hours but I never did. I have no record of them ever been here. Call their number this morning and was no answer I did not leave a message.At this point I dont think I would recommend their service.

Today after watching the technician apply all the treatments and take the time to pay attention to details and not rushing to do the job I was 100% satisfied with the service provided by Evergreen Environmental Services. My neighbors recommended that I contact TruGreen so I hired the Company for Pest control, Mosquito treatment and Turf/Ornamental Services and they failed with poor communication and I didn’t see the results. We have used Mike and Evergreen for over 1 year now for both our retail office and our warehouse operations center. Our staff hates bugs and we regularly get shipments of large cardboard, so we are basically an importer of gross insects from other climates. They regularly treat our offices to keep those unwanted guests from disturbing our staff. Additionally we have an office dog, so it is super important that their bates and treatments are safe for kids and animals.

A friend recommended us to Evergreen and im so glad they did. We have been having pest control problems for about a year. Our son turned out to be highly allergic to fire ants and has to carry a epi pen everywhere he goes, so imagine as a parent the feeling of having fire ants continue to appear in our yard after calling 2 other local companies with no success. The minute our friend shared their experienced w/ Evergreen I knew I had to try them out and im so thankful I did. Mike was so knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our concerns and used products that he was able to give thorough explanation as to what they would do to assist the problem. He was friendly yet so professional. I havent seen any fire ants around our yard since he came. The peace of mind to have my 6 year old be able to play in the backyard is truly priceless. Evergreen is the best of the best! Mike came out years ago for a roach problem and we havent seen one since!! He is so kind and professional, the prices are so fair, I would never call anyone else.

I thought our pest issues were not capable of being resolved until I switched to Evergreen from a larger firm. They quickly got everything under control, using solutions that were safe for my cats. The staff is professional and responsive.

I had a problem with scratching noises coming from next door shared fire wall, called EES they checked outside and found the a/c line pipe into the house had lost the insulated pipe wrapping into the house leaving a small open space that could let unwanted pest into the wall cavity, it was repaired. The attic space was inspected but nothing was found. the noise stopped the same day and not a problem since, Thanks for resolving the problem and doing a overall outside check for to prevent potential areas for openings.
