Very friendly and fast service! Would recommend for any bug treatment necessary. I drop my car off to be fumigated and the process was very smooth and quick. It was also very affordable and I would recommend if you have any items that need fumigation to get rid of any pest they are the one to contact.

Still have ants coming in after two sprays over a couple of months, not a very effective service so I cancelled and requested my money back. I was denied my money back. So in reality, there is no money back guarantee. Once you cancel, they just dont care.

We hired Hullett because we noticed that we had wood termites in our house. Roger came the same day that I called to do the inspection. Two days later, we had Alex arrive to start our treatment. Alex was amazing! Arrived five minutes early, was very personable, polite, and professional. Did a great job and left us very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend:)

The company was very very professional from the first phone call at the office. I don’t remember the lady’s name at the office but she sent Roger Perez for the estimate who then sent Alex Edwards to perform the services. We were so impressed by all 3 of these employees’ professionalism and efficiency that we ordered the same services for another family member. I used this company for a termite inspection. The technician Corey was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to identify in seconds major issues that other pest control companies had missed entirely, and recommend the appropriate course of treatment. Im a fairly new customer but, so far, Ive been very satisfied. Everyone that I communicated with, from the office staff to the tech, had patiently answered all my questions. How can a big company such as this has so many unprofessional? Lack of responses from account manager, promise to treat each and every time with stronger chemicals, but just keep on billing each month. No Financing available although they will tell you that they do. Sticking to smaller pest control companies.

I hired Hulett specifically to treat my Bougainvillia for insects as we have an HOA that takes care of our lawn. I paid a $147 fee for the initial treatment. The technician did NOT treat the Bougainvillia. I called to report the lack of spraying on the only plant I needed treated, and they sent a second technician out. He sprayed the Bougainvillia but put in his notes it was clearly dead and he only sprayed it at my insistence. It was not dead and came back to full bloom after the treatment. Even though Huletts treatment was successful, I was concerned I had hired a service who could not tell a live plant from a dead one and called to cancel further service. At that time a full court sales effort went on. I was told that they had an expert who would take a look at the plants and they would be willing to drop my price for service. I was not sure I wanted to continue, and asked that they reach out before doing any further service. When our security gate called and said Hulett was at the gate, I pushed back and said I had nothing scheduled - if the expert wanted to come in and look at the condition of the plants that was fine, but he was not scheduled to do any service. 4 months later I get an email saying I am past due on a bill for the unscheduled service. The manager, Ryan, argued with me and insisted I agreed to continue service. He agreed to split the cost of the unscheduled visit, but was argumentative and insisted I pay. I paid the additional fee just to end the harassment, and asked to receive a copy of the invoice I had never received (because my account was cancelled). Even the invoice noted to call before servicing the account. I never received a call before the service was performed. I hope $27.50 was worth it.

Kudos to Michael the Branch Manager who reached out to me to have my townhouse re-treated for termites. I am very grateful for his conscientious response. A person cannot help worrying about pest control and termites which is why I renewed the contract with Hulett in the first place!. I found that Michael was extremely re-assuring and made sure to have a return appointment set up for me - and made sure to follow-up Wow!! That is great. These days when a company goes that far to extend quality customer service, I am impressed. Thank you Michael for customer service well done. He said I could call him anytime if I need to in reference to the termite control at my house. Such a relief!I think Tony Diaz was very sincere when I met him and I signed a contract with Hulett because I was very nervous my townhouse had drywood termites. I feel the company was very thorough the first year with injecting into the wood and spraying and going into every room every time to inspect. Last year I renewed late due to Covid and this year because I was short on fundss. There were not as many termite wings as when I first began with Hulett, however, enough that I was not comfortable still seeing wings in the bathroom downstairs still, a few in my bedroom and a lot in the bathroom on the second floor. I was not too happy, when I asked to have the house re-treated and was told they needed to see granules from the termites. $2,000 is LOT of money to start off with a pest control company and I would never sign up again and am extremely unhappy Hulett has me under their thumb so to speak for renewals unless I find another company to sign up with. I dont like seeing so many termite wings after spending so much on the initial contract - plus having to renew for $175 every year. Tony Diaz told me when I signed they would be there anytime I called them but never said it wouldnt be for more injections into the wood.

I was nervous about getting my house fumigated and anxious concerning the pre-fumigation preparation that was needed at our house. The Hullett representative, Ian John, was extremely helpful and guided us every step of the way, from the first inspection to the final walk-through. He was transparent and honest about using a subcontractor for the particular service that we needed, and spearheaded the work of the crew that did the job. Got a love a company who comes out, same day, every time you call! unfortunately my neighborhood is prone to bugs specially with all the construction going on!It’s expensive but most companies are and Hulett rises to the occasion and comes back anytime you call!

BEWARE Hulett recently tented our historic house and killed a lot of our mature landscaping. It was around an area they were NOT supposed to tent. We now have to replace $500-$1000 worth of established plants, vines and trees. No customer service from the rep when my husband brought it to their attention. We have a monthly contract for lawn care and have used them for other services. Very disappointed.

Over a year of service and bugs are still here. This place is a joke. The bugs get so bad at night they come in my house. Thousands of dollars spend this is my result with hulett!

Needed a pretreatment as an owner builder. Called Hulett. They had a rep named Tom R. Call me back. After talking with Tom, I was wiser, more knowledgeable about the whole building process, the reason for treatments, the whole deal was broken down so well. I was very impressed. He took the time to explain the process, the steps and when to expect what. And the cost was within reach. Hulett is lucky to have him on board. Im your new best friend.

Very unsatisfied call to make an appointment for use of there fumigation vault. They were unwilling to provide a price, timeframe or location to take the furniture for treatment. Rather than assisting me, they pushed the agenda of sending a tech to my house for inspection of the one piece of furniture. POOR Service, it is clear the only goal is to get into the house and try and upsell treatments.

EDIT: Just found a window wide open. Not only did they leave the gate unlocked for anyone to get in, but they left a first floor window open (normally protected by the gate) for someone to break in. If I didnt know any better, Id say it was one of their workers getting it prepped for robbery.Gave us a 10 hour window for when they might come to to tent, then when we got back our gate was unlocked. Do not recommend if you live in an area where security is an issue as they did not take it into account for us. Tenting the house covered up our cameras.If they forget to lock something up after I emailed them a few times to double check that they lock things up then they really cant be trusted to be in your house when youre not there.

Hewlett from the first call was professional and attentive.I appreciated the thank-you note and I appreciated the follow-up phone call. But I really appreciated the rid of roaches that suddenly had appeared. They care about their customers. I called them because they take care of our house for termites. And they have been great service providers always answering our questions and willing to come out and check the smallest wood break.

I have to say I was extremely unimpressed with the work provided to me from Hulett. They came into my home and sprayed for bugs, this didnt help at all. I still had an ant problem and I still would see live roaches in the house. It wasnt until I had my son came and spray the home with some bug spray from home depot that I noticed a change. I no longer see any bugs in my home. If a regular guy can just go buy bug spray and do a better job then someone you pay all this money for why spend the money.I will say even though the bug spray didnt work and the worker wasnt very knowledgeable. He did seem to try and help to the best of his ability I just dont believe her has enough experience or training.

I contracted and paid to have hullet spray my front, rear and side ornamental bushes as I had a rapid and severe infestation of moths and caterpillars .they were very rapidly devouring dozens of bushes. the hullet man came out, saw the damage, i contracted and paid for them to come and spray the following day. noone showed up. when I called hullet to find out what happened I got conflicting stories. the office said it was scheduled for 2 days hence, the hullet man I contracted with said a commercial job took precedent. in either case noone from hullet called me to say they were not showing up. they now said it was too late in day,5 pm, to send anyone out. this is terrible service, unreliable, unresponsive, and deceitful. I had already paid and they did not fulfill their agreement.

I have been completely shocked by the outstanding service that this company provides. I recommend them to absolutely anyone who wants the job done right and if they need service right away, these guys come right out without hesitation.My wife got off the phone with them and they were out here within 15 minutes, she pulled out of the driveway after getting off the phone and they pulled in I could not believe my eyes. Low and behold he immanently pick up on the problem, asked if there was a birds nest near by, and bang..bird mites!!What an incredible detective and honest man. i would have paid anything to get rid of bed bugs instead it was much cheaper. I have come to learn that most exterminators bait bugs and then kill the ones that are attracted to your house. Then replace the bait and repeat the cycle. Since firing this company 3 years ago, I’ve seen 2 palmetto bugs. We spray ourselves with a product found at any home improvement store. No more bugs.

Ive used many different companies within the past 10 years of owning my home. This was the first company that actually does a great job. My technician Brian is courteous and prompt. He calls me a day before to remind me and addresses any issues and requests I may have. Highly recommend this company to any home owner.

So I have been using this company for almost 2 years, and today the service technician Derrick, called me to say I was not scheduled until next week but he was in the area and wanted to know if he could come out. I said ok. He came out and sprayed the neighbors lawn, and I guess when he realized that it was the wrong house, he picked up the card they usually stick in the lawn from the neighbors house and put in on my swale. No explanation, no phone call, nothing. I caught it all on my camera. I called him first to let him know (voicemail) and then I called the company. So just be aware if your property is not monitored that people are dishonest and while the company may not know what the technicians are doing, you need to due your own due diligence.

They are very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions when we had no idea what was wrong with our grass or what to do with it. Then once they started treating it, the grass significantly improved. It went from like 75% dead brown straw looking grass to a beautiful green lawn. We are very happy. They are the best!

Overall the communication and ambiguity of their contract and work has left me with severe doubts in carrying out with an additional pest service agreement with Hulett. I am extremely disappointed and have shared this with my neighbors and friends.My neighbors and friends in the area initially had wonderful things to say about Hulett. This weekend has left me with an different impression. Initially the rep that came to our home was responsive.Our home needed a termite tent treatment. Hulett outsourced the work to Bugs Exterminator Services. Our contract stated we needed to be ready to go around 7:30 AM Friday. Around 10:30 PM my neighbors were calling and texting my husband concerned about a crew showing up to the house. Needless to say they tented the house in the middle of the night with no lighting equipment of their own.Several of my new plants were gassed and garden assets were destroyed due to the carelessness of work. Windows were open after the tent was removed, during a weekend of hellacious rain. When calling or asking Hulett they said they would go out there and check the work. No one ever followed up with me. It’s been up to me to continuously call and ask for status updates and what they’re going to do to make this right.Lesson learnt is don’t ever sign a tent contract with the clause of selling the work to other companies. Beware of what you sign up for and the level of communication they are willing to have with you. You are entrusting your home to these people, communication should be their main priority to ensure you as the purchaser feels confident in their timeliness, services, and property safety.Hulett offered a reasonable solution, yet this didn’t cover the lost wages for the days of prep and the clearance time during a holiday. This situation is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

I am an employee of Hulett. I have worked here for about five months and I couldn’t be happier. In the interview I was told about how everyone is like family and look out for one another the same thing every employer tells you and when I left I didn’t think for a second I would receive a call back but the very next day I received a call and offer. And everything I was told in the interview has been true. I have never worked for anyone or any place like this, they have given my family and I so much support, and so much love. When they say the customers are important they mean and prove that. They stand behind every product that’s used and anything you are told by an inspector or CSR even if it is wrong Hulett will honor it. I’ve wanted to work for them ever since I was 25 years old but they were hardly ever hiring now I see why cause when people get hired they never leave. All in all it’s a great company to work for and even greater company to hire for all your pest and termite control needs.

Be careful from this company. Never ask them to come again and they did. Told them to get of my property! Then the guy(about 50 years old) told me that he’s sorry(it was in my back yard after he surprised me and my wife) and left. Now I got collection from them. 🤬🤬🤬

Today 11 mo the after I had cancelled and wrote a truthful review about the abominable service the Hulett had provided me, a received a message to contact their management. This once again is true to form of how bad their initial service was and obviously remains. I decided to look over their google reviews to see if maybe they had improved and I should have them a fair shake, only to see that they are running a review scam where 8 five star reviews were posted in the last 24 hours. Digging farther, half of those reviews were from people that don’t even live in Florida. You are a disgrace

Very quick up to charge my credit card but did not deliver on services like I was told! On initial visit the tech left the small ant bait plastic traps and never told me my dogs are them and could have ruptured their insides! Very unprofessional second visit left the gate open for dogs to escape. Still have ants almost 350 later.

When the tenting was done for my home the techs who were in charge of locking my doors had locked the completely wrong lock on the handle of the door instead of the deadbolt even after giving specific instructions to the rep that came to my house and collected the keys from me. I had to contact a locksmith out of my own money after waiting a hour and half in a loaded truck with dogs and have not been reimbursed. Was told i would hear something after i brought it up to the managers attention since the tech forgot to mention it to his manager. Still no call and no one will get back to me either.

The technician comes every two months. He treats my patio and exterior of my patio home.He also sprays additionally as I have requested.He usually calls ahead to tell me he’ll be there the following day.

Used this company for over 10 years for pest control. Never had a problem. Technicians were great - we had two over the 10 year period. We moved literally a mile from our old house and they doubled their price on a house that was half the size of our old house. I expected their price to be half of what I was paying for 10 years on a monthly basis, but nope. They were so rude to me on the phone. They dont value long term client relationships at all.

Love this company. Treated my termites. The representative spent considerable time discussing my options and came to the house twice to inspect for termites (a second siting came up after his first visit). He was very knowledgeable and informed. Also very courteous and professional. The technician who came out was a seasoned professional and had been with the company many years. I had the utmost confidence in him. Also like the warranty the company offers. Will do further business with the company when I look into treating for subterranean termites in the not too distant future.

I have used them for both a tenting service and a bi- monthly pest control service. I like the prompt and courteous service. I liked the communication with the service staff. The only reason I gave the team 4 stars is because the tenting team members when taking down the tent broke my bathroom roof vent off, broke and knocked over several clay pots by dragging the tarps asked a few other damaged yard pieces. I took photos, called the field manager, asked if he wanted to come see the damage. I inquired about what was the procedure to file a complaint and file for reimbursement. I read given no satisfaction and a run around. Heard a series of excuses. Not happy with the lack of concern for a persons home. Would advise a customer to be home for tent removal and do not go in, when if its been cleared to enter... ther fumes were still strong for the next 2-3 hours.

Having a real issue with Crazy Ants I called Hulett. Marcus did the initial application and 10 day follow, great service! As the ants infestation was great I called for another follow up and Matt came out and applied another application and inspected the entire property. Without calling them Matt came back a little over a week later just to check in.....seriously, who does this anymore? I highly recommend them, as long as you are not an ant.

For my technician, Paul S. is without question, THE BEST! He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, personable, calls the day before to let us know he is coming, and most important...keeps us pest free! It is such a pleasure in todays world to encounter someone that truely takes pride in his work, and takes it very seriously.I have been using Hulett for the past 14 years! Paul has been our technician since day one. Living in Florida, you almost expect to see a bug in your home once in a while.Not if you have Hulett. We NEVER have any bugs..Ever. Over the years there were times when we had to tighten the belt and think about where we could cut costs in our budget. Eliminating Hulett was NEVER an option! To be bug free in Florida is priceless! I am so grateful to have found Hulett, and have Paul as our technician. Paul is truely an asset to the company. He proves that quality work and true customer service still exists.

Hulett representatives are always responsive and courteous. The tech (Ronald) who manages my treatments is trustworthy and friendly. The normal treatment is outdoors only ... but if I see even one pest inside he will accommodate my schedule - usually the next day - to come in and treat the issue. Since I have no idea what some of these insects are, he just asks that I take a picture and send it to him via text.I highly recommend Hulett for their service and professionalism.

Our service advisor, William Brown, was excellent. The price was reasonable and they moved our service date up when they had a cancellation as they promised. Anybody needing Pest Control should consider this company as my wife and I were very very pleased.

This company needs a lesson in ethical business practices. My contract expired on 4/5/19. I mailed in written notice before that date clearly stating I wanted to cancel the service. They proceed to bill me for service I did not authorize. No decency to clear up the matter. They are extremely unprofessional have ZERO customer service skills. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware!! Ill take a small business owner any day.

We are happy with the Hulett for the most part with their pest control service, but I would not recommend using them to tent a house for termites. We had ours done several months ago. They subcontracted the job to some other company. Before the tenting the Hulett salesman told us which screens would need to be removed from our pool enclosure for the tent to be put on. We had a professional screen company come and remove them such a way that they could reuse the same screens after the tenting. The people from the tent company ended up butchering several other screens and also broke our wooden fence in several places. The Hulett salesman said we would be reimbursed for the extra repairs but we have never heard from him since.

Hulett Environmental has provided services for me for many, many years. Im very much a trust and reliability person in every aspect of my life. My home is my biggest asset. I trust and rely on Hulett to take care of my home.

Have a monthly contract with Hulett. My technician is Nolan. He provides the monthly service and responds immediately to any concerns between service calls. Today, I called him regarding a concern and he was out there this early afternoon. Thanks Nolan for your service and going the extra mile.

Two to three to five to one stars. Thats my roller coaster of a ride with this company over the last year.We had problems with missed appointment windows and appointments all together when we initially signed up for Huletts regular pest control service. To their credit, we moved into a house that seemed to have lots of bug issues so there were quite a few initial visits. Things were eventually worked out and when I provided a poor review on google; they were quick to call me and empathize with my issues, looking to make things right. And they did.Our regular technician Ron is phenomenal and with a recent recurring issue we were having, the service manager came out with Ron in less than 24 hours after my call and gave the issue the attention it needed. Couldnt be happier with the regular service at this point.A few months back we noticed termite activity and eventually enlisted Hulett to combat the issue. With the termite service we are experiencing the same issues we originally did with missed appointment windows and appoints all together. We have also had the technician out three or four times now. And for some reason no one seems to be able to explain to me exactly what their product does, how long I should see termites, what criteria is used to consider the application successful, and what I do when I see termites and they cant come out and treat them for 4-5 days at a minimum. And when will they finally all be dead? Today after speaking to a less than emphatic person on the phone at Hulett, I was set up with a service manager house call two weeks from now. It wouldve been much easier to talk to someone knowledgeable over the phone for a few minutes, but I guess for the thousands of dollars I paid for the service, might as well send someone out to talk to me.

We could not be happier with the service or people we have worked with with Hulett. I am especially impressed by the fact that I can photograph an insect with my cell phone, send it to them via their website, and get a call from a prepared service person the next morning. This is great service. Thank you all

Courteous, always call before they come, Very thorough, and efficient . If. Very responsive as well if Any problems need to be taken care of between standard services schedules .

I have used Hulett Environmental Services for several years. The technician always calls the day before she is to come to remind us she will be there. Besides being a very nice person, she is responsive and accommodating. On the rare occasions we have had unwanted visitors she has made special trips to address the situation. If you use Hulett, I think you will be happy.

Hulett had some issues in the beginning getting a single service technician set up, but once past the typical year, theyve kept with the same technician who is very courteous, aware of my time constraints, and is always willing to work with my specific needs. They do a great job. Its worth a little extra money to me to have the confidence of knowing they are always willing to go above and beyond, and do exactly what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

My wife and I really enjoyed our termite service tech. He was excellent at giving us information and recommendations on how to get rid of them and was very kind as well. So here’s your pat on the back Joseph.Thanks Jimmy and Jessie

We were scheduled to have them come out on December 5,2017 for roach control . We were happy with the sales rep that came out and looked around and told us what they would do so we signed a contract and would pay when the job was done. However the night before Joe Hope shows up tells us that they would have to gas the place and that was not what the sales rep told us as we have animals and we did not want to remove them, but he said the sales rep was wrong as they would have to gas it and then spray and the animals would not be allowed back in for a few hours and again this was not what we were told when we signed the contract. I went on thumbtack and found another company and that company came out and did what this company had said they were going to do and they did it that same night no putting me off until the next day . The other company came out and sprayed for roaches used the natural spray and I did not have to remove the animals only moved them from one room to another room and guess what we have had no issues . So Joe Hope you were dead wrong on how you told me that you would have to be back the next week and so on and so on as the guy sprayed and told me when i called and asked him to come back he said he would do it every other month as a preventive measure as he had killed all the roaches already so to people looking for a good pest control company i would not recommend this company and i especially would not recommend Joe Hope

I had a horrible bug problem and called Hulett a couple years ago. They had discovered a leak in my roof which contributed to the buggy problem. They come out & spray every other month and my house is bug free now. They really go out of their way to make sure they find the problem & fix it.

I hired HULETT Environmental Services to take care of my new home. I have a contract for 4 Services: the the Healthy Home Program; the Lawn Program; the Rodent Exclusion Program; and, the Termite Prevention Program. My Technicians have been Very Responsive to My Needs: they are quick to come to my home to solve a problem and they are very professional! Moreover, both Dave and Kevin are extremely polite and friendly! I am glad that I hired Hulett to take care of my homed!

Called Hulett to set a appt for a quote to get rid of an infestation they didn’t have anything available so I agreed to wait two days . The tech called me and explained to me he was on his way that there were cancellations and I agreed for him to come by I let him kno my house sitter would be there to call after the visit and let me know what does he think and when can we start . I saw on my door camera he left never called 30Min went by still no call . Followed with and he told me what needed to be done and wouldEmail me the info then call me back for payment . Still haven’t received and email or a phone call to follow now every professional
