Unfortunately, Nextgen hasn’t been able to get our ant problem under control. We had pest control before (with good results - ants were rarely seen) and we decided to change, but we are rethinking that decision because the ants have never been worse. Not only has Nextgen been to the house 2 x (3rd tomorrow) but the ant problem seems worse. The tech keeps telling me it’s the trees in our yard, but the trees weren’t an issue with the other company. Also, I requested a different technician since this one isn’t able to get the problem under control and the company insists it is the only tech available. Super frustrated!!! How hard can this be?

I have used Nextgen after being disappointed with the large national named exterminating companies who have frequent personnel changes and offer poor exterminating results but do offer large attractive adds. Nextgen always shows up on time, has the same techs, are detailed oriented and offer proven positive results. They are a veteran owned business and hire vets as well. I plan to continue renewing my contracts with them; I have a very large office and they respond when I need them and take care of my pest issue promptly. I cannot ask for more or a better service.

My car was infested with german roaches, and it was horrible, as anyone can imagine. I requested a quote from Nextgen Pest Solutions, and they quickly called me back and set up a plan for me the next day. I was given 3 treatments (once a week for 3 weeks in a row) to ensure that no more eggs were left in the car and that no more hidden roaches were in there. I did not see any roaches after the first treatment, but I felt much better with 3 treatments because I absolutely never wanted to see those in my car again. Not to mention, the people who came to my place to service my car were extremely friendly.

Ralph and his partner treated our situation in a timely manner and had no issues even though they came straight from another job. They didn’t mind talking to us about how the ants spread and had a great personality. They even gave us advice on how to fix our water leak showing how well rounded their employees are. I recommend using this company as they have responsible and polite employees who know how to get the job done.

They were very responsive and came out right away. Ralph, the technician, was thorough and extremely professional. He was also patient, which I appreciated because I HATE roaches and I was trying very hard not to freak out. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I also love that they return in a week to check the status of the treatment and that there’s a 30-day guarantee. So far it’s been a week and I haven’t seen any more bugs (knocking very hard on wood as I type this!) Definitely recommend!

They simply stopped showing up. Can’t say the quality was very good as the problem still existed 6 months later but to simply stop showing up is extremely unprofessional. I think I’m better off. No service and no quality.

Great service. Had issues with spiders that managed to make their way inside my car. They managed to come in and take care of the problem so I would be able use my car without fear of getting bit. I really appreciate their help.
