Been using Highland for about a year now. Mike is awesome and very knowledgeable. Their rates were better than some of the competitors so I dont bother with anyone else. On time and no high pressure sales. Perfect.

We have used Highland Pest Control for over 25 years on a number of properties, both our personal and our rental properties. They are reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced and are extremely professional. We always want to make sure the companies we have interfacing with our tenants provide great service and Highlands does this. A lot of companies can claim they have integrity and do the job well, but few perform to this standard. We are thankful for the value they have provided us over the years. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommending!

Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Called this company on Thursday for an inspection and service, and receptionist said technician was going to contact me to set an appointment. Technician Kevin called me and asked if he could pass by that same day. I was not home so I set the appointment for next day. I called him the day of the appointment to let him know I was going to be home earlier, but he didn’t pick so I left a voicemail. Technician never called back, nor did he showed up to the appointment. Company never called me back to apologize or to try to schedule another appointment.

Highland and Mike was my saviour, because I was totally freaking out. So if you need great service and reasonable price, you know who too call. EXCELLENT JOB !! And Genie who answers the phone, is an absolute sweetheart.
