Jess is our Technician and she is always on point with everything. She always makes sure the pest control is done correctly and also always checks in with us to make sure we dont have any issues in other places then just outside the home. Our three year old daughter is terrified of bugs and has had nightmares involving bugs. She asked me if I could call Mike the bug guy (mike Hughes) to help. When he showed up for his bi monthly treatment, I asked him to write a note letting her know he’d been here. He took it one step further and wrote a very sweet “inspection note” on the Nozzle Nolen card and hung it on her door. This kind gesture went a long way in helping her find comfort when she feels anxiety. We’ve been with Nozzle Nolen for almost six years and we are thankful for their responsiveness, customer service and overall bug service. Im so impressed by the integrity, honesty and ethic of the service received. Since the very beginning that I contacted the agency, Mark has been very fast responsive and always willing to work out the schedule. As a consumer, Im always concern about the term free inspection but in this case he really took the time to do it and he was very thoughtful by not tearing any peace of card board up without my permission. In addition, For an accurate diagnostic Mark took a piece of wood affected by humidity to his lab and after a inspecting it, he informed me with complete honesty that there was no Termite affectation and recommended a wood treatment. Their prompt promise is a joke. $50 if we don’t show up on time. Made apt for between 3 and 4 today. They call at 12:30 and said he is here. I said I can drive home in 15 minutes. He said he will come after 5 pm. Called office, manager said he will call technician and have him return as soon as he can. Waited for 2 hours. Office said he is on premise. Waited another hour. Called office again. They said they will leave him a detailed message. He called back at 345 pm. Said he will be here at 5 pm, 6 the latest. Whole afternoon wasted because of false promises. $50 for the trouble? Of course, never, as he DID call at noon but cannot wait for 15 minutes, and DID say after 5! False promises.

Service is reliable and consistent. Techs will reach out to you when they plan to come out if you ask them to. You can always get special visits if you need them. Theyre easy to get a hold of and will work with your schedule if you need them to.My tech goes above the job and treats my property with the respect I imagine he does at his own home.

My previous exterminating company could no longer provide service to my home. A neighbor whom has been using Nozzle Nolen for many years refereed them to me.Was able to get an appointment the day and time I requested with Michelle. She was very courteous and professional.The day of my appointment, sales Manager Kevin came to my home and explained what he was going to do. I am very pleased with their service.

Called them for a termite problem in my home. They steered me toward their non-tenting option, saying that I would have to wait at least two months if I wanted tenting (fumigation). Although this temporarily solved the problem inside the house, I discovered a year later that the attic was totally infested with dry wood termites. It seems that all they did in the attic was to sprinkle a little powder here and there, which did nothing to prevent the termites from eating the wood in the rafters. A thousand dollars poorer, I had to turn to a more reliable company to finally solve my problem. These guys may be competent for other types of pest control -- I have no opinion about that -- but do not even think of using them for termites! Buyer beware.

Nozzle Nolan has been a part of our life for as long as weve been in our house. 10 years!!! Thanks to Jan, who we feel is our personal extermination engineer, and Nozzle Nolans excellence, we almost never see critters and we know exactly what they do because they keep us educated and informed!They are quick, extremely informative, very reasonably priced, and the few times we have ever had to call in between service they have practically flown to our house!!We wouldnt even consider comparing them to other companies because they prove they are the best over and over again. How can you upgrade from the best???Nozzle Nolan cannot be topped!

Nozzle Nolen has been annually inspecting my house since they handled tenting to eliminate dry wood terminates perhaps 8 or 9 years ago. I lucked out choosing Nozzle Nolan among a plethora of competitors... primarily because of their customer service rep at that time, Jimmy the Eye, who made my life much easier during the difficult process. Since then, nice guys have come out every year for the annual inspection. This year, Dave Foley was the inspector. He was courteous, funny, and carried himself in a way that made me feel confident about his knowledge and ability. Turns out I have some dry wood termite activity, and Dave spot treated where needed. I feel confident Nozzle Nolan will continue to service my account well.. Heres hoping I dont eventually to tent again, but if I do, I know theyll take care of me. Highly recommended!

Just want to let you know, your techs have been fabulous! Just had another one here for the 3rd time trying to get rid of these darn big headed ants. He just found several nests outside near foundation and treated outside. Love the service and call backs to perform them! Im so thankful to pay one price and be guaranteed no charge call back service on the initial problem. I will not use anyone else going forward for my exterminating needs. Our Rep. I live in an apartment complex that uses this company for pest control.  They were first called to the apartment for a cockroach and roach issue.  After they came I requested they be sent to my apartment every week until the issue is resolved as both my son and I are allergic.  The person came to my home today. I opened the door for him to come in and start putting pesticides down.  However he did not come in right away and when he did he just looked around.  He asked where we were seeing the bugs.  I showed him and he looked in the guest bathroom and said that we were going to see more bugs because before the bugs die they lay eggs and about 15 roaches hatch.  I advised that I need to have the apartment rid of roaches because my son and I are allergic.  He told me  that there was no way we could be allergic to roaches.  There is no scientific research supporting that.  Hmmmmm... I will have to let my allergist know that they were incorrect.  I was then told to pour bleach down my drain.  I advised I am allergic to bleach as well.  Then the gentleman told me I live in south Florida and I am going to see the occasional roach.  I advised that the sightings are not occasional and I have lived in South Florida for 15 years and could count on one hand how many I had seen in my home.  I was then told it doesnt matter where you lived you are here now.  I then pointed out that he said I will see the bugs because I live in S. FL but now it doesnt matter.  He then said I am not going to argue with you and WALKED OUT!!!  I called after him and chased him advising he didnt spray and that I needed him to spray.  He continued to his truck and drove off.  I guess the gentleman has a medical degree.  He is obviously in the wrong profession!!

We have had an issue with ants and centipedes Sharon has been particularly helpful in eliminating both from our house We found her to be knowledgeable and easily accessible . Does a wonderful job!

Watch their billings. Gave them a new credit card in March and they rewarded me by charging my credit card twice in March. In April I called and explained the problem and the person said she would issue a credit. Instead she charge me again. Now Im owed two months. I called a week ago Monday and explained the problem. Left a voice message for the person in charge- Brandy- explaining the whole problem. Never received a phone call back. Called again this Monday and was promised a response- guess what? No response. Called again Tuesday and was again connected with Brandys voice mail and left an additional message explaining again. Of course, no response, There is no reason why a service organization cant respond to a valid billing issue. Service doesnt end with the pest control service, it continues on to the office. Dont trust them and give them your credit card- Get the bill every month and pay by check month by month.
