I cant say enough amazing things about this rescue and the person behind all this. JoAnn, you are truly an angel! This is by far the kindest person I have ever encountered. I recommend this rescue to anyone who is considering adoption of a fur baby. They all need our love and care. We are their voice! I rescued my Bunny almost 3 years ago from JoAnn. She has been the greatest joy and delights me daily! Thank you JoAnn and our good Lord for sharing your love to these babies.

Destiny for Dogs has a great reputation with our little tight-knit rescue community. That says a lot.

I will be forever grateful to Destiny For Dogs. I happened to be at my veterinarians office when a woman walked in with a beautiful black lab mix. She told them that she could not care for the dog and that it was a former coworkers dog. She said she was going to bring it to the pound. They told her they could not take the her. As she was leaving I asked her if she looked into rescue organizations. She said she did not have the time for that and needed to rehome her immediately. I told her I would help her. I then went home with this dogs photo. (her name was Cookie) and researched a lot of groups only to discover understandably this takes a lot of time with applications and home visits etc. Being that she was going to surrender the dog as soon as possible I put every free minute into this. Through an internet search I came upon Destiny For Dogs and my prayers were answered when I spoke to JoAnn. She not only put a courtesy post on her website but was in continuous contact with me. Her post led to a lot of shares and it was seen by a wonderful couple who adopted beautiful precious Cookie(now Lucy). This process was complicated because Lucy needed spaying, vaccinations and transport to her new loving home 2 hours away. JoAnn and her partner Linda helped and supported me every single step of the way, staying up at night answering my questions and making phone calls to make sure everything was working out well.Thank you Destiny For Dogs for everything you did to save Cookie(Lucy). I truly appreciate your time, patience and expertise. Thank you to Connie and Sonnie for giving Lucy her forever loving home. 💗 🐾🐾
