Awful technicians and customer service even worse. They came and fixed the problem and created a new one. Now its been over 3 week they are still not able to come back. They have very rude agents on the phone. No empathy or urgency. I am unable to use my ice and water dispenser dues to your own technician mistake.

I have an AHS appliance repair contract an the hired A & E Sears repair to fix it. My washer would not complete the cycle so half way thru I had to put it on rinse and spin. The technician, who was very nice, said it had a bad fill valve that was making it fill very slowly. During the repair he said it also needed a transmission. He went to get parts and returned and installed parts. He left and I ran a load of wash and it worked great. After a few loads it got very noisy and I called for a repair and asked them to come on Monday when my company would be gone. The new technician said the new transmission was defective and he would order it. After making the calls he said the part was on back order and I would have to wait until July 9th to get it but I could use the machine until then it was just going to leak oil and be noisy! I starting calling Sears after the transmission came several days later and they bow said it was an additional part that were waiting on that was on back order. After many more phone calls they finally told me it was a clutch pulley kit . I put my model number on goggle and clutch kit and found the part in stock and fast parts.com. I called to let them know and they refuse to order it there and can’t talk to their parts department to get this done. Turns out Sears call center is in the Philippines. My contract says it they can’t fix it they will replace it. They say I have to wait 21 days for that because it’s their policy. My wife of 40 years is ready to divorce me over this. You know the story, happy wife, happy life. Well it is no longer happening here.

The repair was none existing. The repair person never called, returned calls, or showed up. We tried numerous times to contact the repairman and had no response.

Well never ever do business with sears again . they didn’t know how to fix my stove tried charging for more expensive parts after the parts they installed made my stove work worst than i had it. then i asked for a return and they told me yes. let’s just say i’m still waiting on it. spoke supervisors and they assured me i would get i think a month ago . still processing that all they keep telling me
