Kaylor Air has provided us with great service on our A/C unit year after year. We recently came back from vacation to an air conditioner that had failed and a 90 degree house. The unit was diagnosed with a leaking condenser coil and because of its age did not warrant repair. Kaylor came out and had the entire unit inside and out replaced in the quickest turn around I have ever seen. Thank you Kaylor Air for such a great response. Coming back from vacation we found our A/C broken in the heat of June. The A/C company we called said we needed a new compressor (ours was only 2 years old and under warranty) and sent us a quote for over $5,000. They suggested we should replace the entire unit which would be almost $8,000. Luckily, they said it would be 4-5 days before they could get to it which gave us time to get a 2nd opinion.Our friends referred us to R.L. Kaylor as they had done a wonderful job on their home. Mark came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem, a simple burnt wire to the compressor. He fixed it and did a complete diagnostic check including checking the Freon level.
