How would I rate my experience here...Very bad .I closed my unit out 20 days early and they wont refund the 70.00 dollars. No one wants to rent a storage unit but they hope to be treated good . I will never return here I will drive to alpine storage in north slc from now on . Alpine storage is a top notch company that respects people . King arthur should treat people better so they dont loose potential customers. Please take my advice and go anywhere but here ....Sincerelyelysha Neves

Ive had my unit broken into and ALL of my tools stolen TWICE within about 6 months there. Both times the management claims they couldnt find anything on the camera footage.... Which would be impossible, I had A LOT of items taken and they had to have gone out only one way... And that way has cameras on it..... Perhaps the cameras are just dummy cameras and they dont want to tell us that.

I think that this is a great place to store your items. The Manager was extremely Friendly and pleasant...actually EXCEPTIONAL and she assisted me throughout the entire transaction with professionalism and ease and made specific suggestions which were very helpful. The prices are fair, it is very secure and clean and I LOVvve the location, along with the King Arthur Theme, that gives it character! Complete with a Knight in Armor and lovely murals! ;-) I have only WONDERFUL things to say about King Arthur Self Storage and its Staff and facilities. :-) Cher McLane

Just rented from here. Eve was extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. One of the cleanest storage units I’ve ever seen and I love the policy of the gates only working from 6am-7pm! I’m super happy with my choice of renting from here.

This storage facility, King Arthur in West Jordan is wonderful! Ive rented at enough storage units to know. This place keeps their grounds very maintained, very friendly, very reasonable late fees, and the best of course, great lighting! I can actually see what Im doing in my storage unit whenever I go! I recommend these guys. 5 stars, excellent.

I actually used the U-Hual truck that was here and it was nice to be able to use the app instead of waiting till the place opened. My only issue, and reason for 4 stars, is that the password locks on the back door were really hard to open. I had the right word on there but getting it to unlock was like getting a rusty screw out of rusty metal; really tough.

As always, today February 15, 2020, I went to the King Arthur Storage and I was treated as a King. The deal was so great and the place as always neat, my daughter also has a unit and she is so pleased. And honestly, I can recomend this storage as a trusted place to keep your values belongings.

Always accommodating to someone last minute like myself. The units are clean, affordable, and secured. I’ve used King Arthur 3 times in the past years. Why go anywhere else.

Awesome! Originally they accidentally gave away the storage unit I reserved less than an hour before I came to claim it. To make up for this they have me a unit nearly twice the size for the same price on the first month. They even threw in a free lock. Id definitely use them again although it would be nice if I had 24 hour access.

I rented a Uhaul through these guys. I got caught in construction and traffic while returning the truck which ended up making me late. I called them and they said itd be ok. I was charged double my rental rate, but when I inquired about the extra charge it was removed. Great customer service!

While the location is convenient the staff was rude and any questions asked werent ever clearly addressed. They were very helpful when I called in to make a payment but at no other time. We were so disappointed and felt some of the staff were a little shady. At one point we even noticed that our lock had been switched. My husband is very organized and knew exactly which lock was placed on this unit as he had labeled the lock in a very specific manner not readily noticeable. The label was gone and the key didnt work. Thinking mistakes happen we grabbed the other two keys that we had but neither worked. When we asked the staff the only response we got is We dont switch locks. Obviously somebody did because our lock was gone. Too shady for me. We wont be returning.

Attempted to rent a uhaul truck at this location after making reservation online with uhaul, worst experience ever! Jay at the desk was beyond rude and most incompetent. He Refused to speak to us when he was having issues completing the charges, was smoking inside the office, he even refused to speak to the Uhaul rep who called in attempt to assist him. Never have we had such an experience, King Arthur Storage and Uhaul should be embarrassed to have employees such as this!

Tried to reserve a Uhaul truck online and it didnt complete, though it did say they had a 10 truck available for 10am. Get there about 10 minutes later and told no sorry we dont have any trucks available
