Alicias was so awesome over the telephone throughout my whole experience. After meeting her in person...shes just as great as she was on telephone! Good company!

I made a reservation on May 11 and received a confirmation number. I showed up on time to the specific location on my reservation May 13th. They did not have the truck or any other moving trucks at their location (except one that was out of service). They sent me to a different location that put me behind by two hours. The new location could not retrieve my original reservation so a new contract was made. I was charged a no show fee of $75. What a joke! Now I have to call customer service and explain to get refund. Budget should pay me $75 for an inconvenience fee. I am very dissatisfied with Budget Truck Rental for not providing adequate customer service, not fulfilling a reservation that I made, and then charging me a fee for all the inconvenience they caused me. I received more than one email congratulating me on my rental. What a joke! The new rental place provided me a rental truck, but acted like they had no affiliation with Budget even though all their trucks were in fact Budget. The truck provided was very dirty inside and out. I had to stop a gas station to clean the windshield before I could drive it. The new place could not pull up my original reservation nor did they cancel it. I do not recommend Budget Truck Rental.

The ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever been into contact with. If i could leave no star I would have. They completely screwed over my family and I on the day of the move. The manager little miss Kim was the most horrible human being to me and she completely LIED about the location having a truck for us. Someone needs to shut this company down completely or hire a completely new staff!!!!

Easy truck pick-up and conveniently located. The gentleman who helped us with our reservation was nice enough, professional, and helpful. Budget is located conjointly with the gas station here, which is convenient both for filling up and parking! Better than Uhaul and definitely easier on YOUR personal budget ;)

Made the move easy!

We booked a moving truck about 3 weeks in advance of our cross-state move, including a tow for our car. 5 hours before we were supposed to pick up the truck, they called us to let us know due to a system error, they had no truck for us. We spent over an hour on the phone with them and the corporate help line with no success. The district manager, who we were escalated to, was no help at all and basically told us we were out of luck. He was incredibly rude and not sympathetic - even telling us that we hadnt paid yet so it wasnt his problem. We had to scramble and pay a significant amount more for a same day rental so we could leave the next day before a major storm hit. They reimbursed us for a small portion of the extra cost. Wont be renting from budget in the future; spend extra money on a Uhaul rental.

I rented a 16 moving truck and a tow dolly from this location on 09/15/16. The people that worked there were very nice. When we checked out the truck, I noticed that the outside was dirty and that the windows were covered in bugs. I knew there werent any other trucks and we had to be in NM that evening. I figured Id clean the windows when we loaded the truck. We loaded the truck and went to put our personal belongs in the cab. That was when I noticed that the problems went beyond the window. There was vomit on the floor, soda sprayed on the headliner, visor and windows, spit out sunflower shells on the door and in the door pockets, food and soda spilled in the console, food and drink spilled on the seats. While driving it, we found that the headlights were so far out of alignment that we had to use the bright lights, the passenger side door did not stay closed, and the wires for the trailer lights were shorting out and worked intermittently. When I opened the door to unload the truck, I found roaches! We had to unpack everything as we took it out to make sure there werent roaches in our belongings.A truck this dirty and unsafe shouldnt have been rented. Our rental fee was almost $1300.
