We rented a trailer to move a car. Good service. Decent prices.

Called to get a quote, the girl that answered was pretty Rude and misquoted me. Called the other U-Haul by Bingham and much better service and knew how to give an estimate.

Had to move over the 4th of July weekend. Hired a moving company and they only moved Half of my things. Had to be moved out by that Monday. Called around on Monday and all moving trucks companies was closed, but this location. Was so Thankful for the kind lady to go into work that day if was not for this Uhaul location being open I would have lost the rest of my things. So Thank you so much

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Absolutely horrible to me because I wouldn’t pay to fix a problem with a truck that I had reserved. It’s crazy to think I would avoid Uhaul at all costs because of my experience with one of their vendors. Offered no reasonable resolution to fix their problem for me.

I was actually there at a car dealership that shares the building.. so I can say the car dealership is a good one and highly recommend anybody that needs to buy a car these guys have one, these guys are worth checking out I believe the men of the dealership is CL something..👍

I cant comment on the staff. I didnt interact with them. I checked out and in using my phone. Checkout took 2 1/2 hours and 3 calls to customer support. The customer support people are wonderful. I know. I spoke with 5 of them before I got the truck. Being on hold for almost 30 minutes on each call kinda slowed things down.So, here is the saga.We didnt know what time we would pick up the truck, so we reserved for 6:00 AM, thinking we could pick up the truck any time after that. But that isnt how it works. We were not told that we had to pick up the truck within 30 minutes of the reserved time. When we showed up at 9:00 AM to pick up the truck, the site confirmed that we had a reservation, but would not allow us to check out. The site did not give us any clue why. Thus the first call to customer support. While waiting on hold, we gave up and drove home, partly because doing things on my big screen at home is so much easier than trying to do them on a phone.This is when we found out about the one-hour window to pick up the truck (30 minutes before or after the reservation time). It took 3 very nice customer support people to figure this out. The 3rd one reset the pick up time, and we drove back to pick the truck up.But the truck that was out for us was not the same one that was written on the reservation, so the odometer readings didnt match. We couldnt complete the checkout process.Another call to customer support. Another 30 minute wait on hold.The very friendly customer service agent changed the truck number on the reservation, and we were on our way. Almost. By that time, we were no longer within 30 minutes of the new checkout time, and we could not finish the checkout.So, another call to customer support, and another 30 minute wait on hold. We were told that, according to their records, we had completed the checkout an hour earlier, and we could have taken the truck then. But according to my phone, we hadnt. We never did. We took the truck anyway. I was on a tight deadline, and didnt have any more time to wait, and the customer service rep was kind enough to let us take the truck, even though there was still a couple of steps we never completed in the checkout process.So if anyone at UHaul wants to confirm the odometer reading, fuel level or condition of the truck when we picked it up, those photos were taken after we dropped it off. And I still havent sent them. I probably should, even though, at this point, it is hardly going to matter.If I ever do UHaul again, I am talking to a real person face to face.

Friendly staff who were helpful. Uhaul vehicle was very clean. Great place to work with. No complaints at all.

Was moving from the SLC area set up everything on line but when I got there they did not have item needed to move with. They helped me find another U-haul and found my needs supplied there.. helpful in that respect. Disappointed in the national center.They helpfulness saved the rating.

Best customer service Ive had in a long time. The gentleman in the front office even went out of his way to calculate all my mileage for all three addresses that I had to go to and he was right on the money with it. Great to know this amazing customer service still exist. Thank you for making something thats already so difficult so much easier for us. They were even open on Sunday. I will and I recommend you recommending this location to everybody. They will fulfill your every need. Great people to work with thank you again.

Was in to fill a couple propane tanks and received fast courteous service.

I had a mix up in my order and this location was very helpful and flexible to get me on my way. They were very customer oriented and friendly. The location was clean and orderly, inside and out. Would definitely recommend this location when looking for help with moving transportation.

Best customer service Ive ever seen. The People in the office are very friendly. Awesome to know this great and amazing customer service is still in this world. Thank you for all your help and amazing help. They are even open on Sundays which is pretty amazing in its self. I will and I have recommend this location to everybody I know.

You always here its about location location location. This is a bit out of the way for renting the U-Haul. We went for a used car they had available.But if I was looking for a U-Haul I would probably find an easier location.

I just called to rent a trailer. The lady that answered the phone wasnt helpful. Then said shed need to put me on hold because she had customers. Which is fine, but it was a few minutes into our conversation.

Ryan and his crew are amazing. This location is very easy to get in and out off. I would drive past other locations to get his trucks. I highly recommend this company.

Slowest Uhaul I ever used. Made the mistake twice now. One person ahead me each time and their employees just take their sweet time and complain. First time took 45 min this time nearly an hour. Sheez

I was charged double the price to rent a trailer. Due to P.J.s mistake. When she tried to reverse it she charged me again which drained my bank account. I was then unable to rent a truck because she couldnt run my card AGAIN. When I told her I have nothing left in my bank account bc of her mistake she began screaming at me (in front of my 5 year old) to get out. I requested the name of her supervisor and she refused to give it to me while she was screaming at the top of her lungs. This place is disgusting along with the people that work there.

Hold wait times but they do try to make it io with good better customer service. Will give them another try

If you get the Gal, turn around and go to a different location. Not worth anyone’s time working with this lady.

I came here to buy moving blankets but they were much more expensive than the online store had led me to believe... there are definitely cheaper options out there.... both, for blankets and moving trucks, alike! Keep looking...

Crazy experience. One overworked lady was working the whole place. I started leaving with the trailer after having it attached, paid for, etc. She ran after me telling me I was stealing the trailer because I didnt sign the final piece of paper. Then she started yelling at me telling me she wouldnt rent to me. So I put the trailer back and walked back to her to apologize for the misunderstanding. She wouldnt even look at me and only continued on obviously very upset despite my effort to at least apologize. I suspect she was having a bad day and got triggered by something small I did. What a weird experience...and my last experience at this weird little U haul place.
