I placed a call in the afternoon right after our swamp coolers motor went out. Luck had it that they were finishing up a job around the corner and they came to check it out about 20 minutes after I called. It was indeed the motor, and they were able to replace it in under an hour. They tightened up a few loose valves and got it all cleaned up for us. Mont & Nick have been taking care of the plumbing in my home for several years. They are friendly professional and always take the time to answer my questions. Always on time or I have a call from Melissa to keep me updated. So easy to work with. Because of this I called them to do work for the HOA I manage. They replaced our swamp cooler, water heater and several toilets along with repairing/replacing faucets since all were very old & out of compliance.Their customer service is the BEST! Monte and his son are the only plumbers I trust and have do work for me. They came and changed my pressure valve in less than an hour and a half and I was so grateful to have the pressure back to when my house was new. Also they have done my water heater, furnace and AC. Fast, fine work from great people!

I called these guys because my furnace wouldnt work right. They were fast and the repair was done the same day and reasonably priced. I liked that they gave me a time frame of when they would be there as I had to meet them on my lunch from work. Nick the technician was really nice and explained what needed to be repaired and the cost with me. I will call them again if I need any Plumbing or HVAC work done.

My water heater dropped working on a Saturday morning. I called J&M Plumbing and they were out to my house in 45min. Very nice and helpful, explained everything that needed to be done and they cost up front. Had work completed in about 1 hour, Nick and Mont were great. I will definitely call them again!

I forgot to drain the line for my evaporative cooler last winter. Rookie mistake, 20 years after the fact. I did not want to endure the heat of the attic. Even though their first job ran late and they missed the appointment window, someone from the office called me twice to keep me updated. Once there they fixed the problem and made sure everything was working well. I found the price reasonable and trust that their work was high quality.

No complaints. These guys are straight shooters and the price was reasonable. They were in and out fast. I called to have an outside faucet fixed, they replaced the entire worn thing with a minimum of damage to the inside wall. And, they discovered a bulging hose on our washing machine. I mean ready to blow! So you could say that they go the extra mile and notice things. Thank goodness!

These folks were recommended by my AC company when I had a clogged drain line from my AC. They took care of the problem and were great! Called them a few years later when I had the same issue, and got the same great service.

Absolute horrible customer service. Swore at my renter who is a little lady. They broke the faucet and charged me to replace it 127.00 for 15 minutes of work. Steer clear he is an abrasive individual.
